I really enjoyed discovering new Pokémon, finding new secrets, uncovering a way to change the route a bit, and generally getting a great picture. Pokémon Snap is a very relaxing and enjoyable game. However, let's remember that it focuses on photographing nature, Pokémon in their natural habitat: this is why you may imagine totally organic routes and moments, but New Pokémon Snap strangely strives to be as robotic and repetitive as possible. Here is a winning formula at its base, just needs evolve a little.- TierraGamer

SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide delivers a fun platformer that's easy to learn and enjoy. Although it's clearly crafted with so much love for the animated series, it also stands as a great experience for genre fans or anyone simply looking for an entertaining game to unwind with.- TierraGamer

The King of Fighters XV is accessible for newcomers, but at the same time, it adjusts some fighting mechanics so that the experience feels more aggressive. You'll enjoy it the most while playing online or with friends.- TierraGamer

High Isle is one of the best narrative expansions within TESO. Its plot manages to capture players' attention. Also, the game has localization in Spanish, which makes the game more accessible for Latinamerican countries. Tales of Tribute is a gem that you must try, even if other sections of the game have not evolved yet.- TierraGamer

Ultros is one of the best experiences you can have in 2024. The mystical ambiance and sound, combined with a story full of secrets, will transport you to another abyss as you flow through exquisite mechanics. One game that you should try at least one time.- TierraGamer

Once Upon a Katamari is pure charm. Bandai Namco succeeds in reviving the absurd magic of the classic with polished gameplay, humor filled levels, and a vibrant artistic direction. Traveling through different eras, creating your cousins, and rolling up entire worlds remains as fun as ever. While it does not innovate much, it achieves the perfect balance between nostalgia, rhythm, and colorful chaos. A gem that celebrates the weird and beautiful essence of play.- TierraGamer

Do you think that 2022 is going to be a terrible year? Well, Nobody Saves the World comes to save it with tragic humor set in an apocalypse that's destroying humankind. Rescuing the world while being a spitting fire rat is fun. Its gameplay and puzzle-solving mechanics feel like the breath of fresh air that we all need.- TierraGamer

Freedom Wars Remastered brings back a cult classic from the PlayStation Vita era. While the gameplay isn't as refined as other genre titles, the game offers a satisfying enough experience for those seeking an alternative, especially if they enjoy science fiction.- TierraGamer

Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is a remake of the classic Super Nintendo game, now adapted for current consoles. Its gameplay mechanics continue to position it as one of the most original franchises in a market saturated with this type of adventure, offering a unique experience at a great price. However, its artistic presentation may spark debate due to its world's simplicity and its music's repetitiveness.- TierraGamer

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is the best musou set in Hyrule to date. Its combat is varied, fluid, and spectacular, featuring unique characters and mechanics inspired by Tears of the Kingdom. The story, though familiar, feels epic, and the performance on Switch 2 is flawless. It is an ambitious spin off that manages to honor the main saga without losing its own identity. An essential experience for Zelda fans.- TierraGamer

Capcom Fighting Collection is a valuable way to preserve arcade titles from the 90's. The title curation seems a bit like a Darkstalkers showcase, but we also found some gems worth reviving like Red Earth and Pocket Fighter. The customization options are simple and very useful, and the online game is functional for playing with faraway friends.- TierraGamer

Wild Hearts does not invent the black thread at the time in hunting games, but it does offer some attractive game mechanics thanks to the Karakuri system, which dramatically changes the way you face giant monsters. Omega Force proves again that it is a versatile game studio with many talents and the ability to do different games. The result is a very entertaining title that will depend on its community to keep going.- TierraGamer

Kona II: Brume's charm lies in its intense narrative. Its game mechanics follow the narrative of the game. However, it does fail to bring them together. Its exploration lacks dynamism, but the history will keep you playing until the end.- TierraGamer

The First Berserker: Khazan doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it is a soul-like experience worth the time of any fan of the genre. FATAL FRAME II returns in a remake that preserves the atmospheric horror and unique identity of the original. With a slower, more intimate approach focused on exploration and lore, the game excels through its art direction and ambience, although it still carries clunky controls and inherited design limitations. Rather than competing with Silent Hill or Resident Evil, this new edition reaffirms that Fatal Frame remains a distinct, niche horror experience with a very strong identity.- TierraGamer

Final Fantasy XVI: The Rising Tide is a great way to conclude this installment of Square Enix's beloved saga. It adds more content in terms of both story and gameplay, which adds more value to the base game. Additionally, it provides us with more exciting battles we love and a beautiful and intriguing region to explore, not to mention a new challenge for those who want to get more out of its combat.- TierraGamer

SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium on Nintendo Switch is an option that feeds the nostalgia of many gamers, especially since it does not have noticeable adjustments nor changes and the experience remains intact. Now, the price is quite reasonable and if you like this series of crossovers, it is a must-have.- TierraGamer

Shin Chan: Shiro and the Coal Town is a video game with gooey, overly saturated, yet charming environments. The brightness resonates strongly in the summery art that will take you to another world (in more ways than one). Although it may seem more of the same within the genre, the distinctly Japanese items (fish, food, plants, and animals) add a special touch. Its mechanics will keep you engaged for hours without you even realizing it. It's an excellent video game to forget about everything and simultaneously experience summer!- TierraGamer

System Shock does an excellent job of resurrecting the 1994 game. Its graphic proposal and mechanics take you directly to the past, and therein lies its biggest weakness since its mechanics feel too outdated for 2023. The combat could be faster and more fluid, while the levels feel like a maze you must repeatedly return to to progress.- TierraGamer

Dying Light: The Beast is a highly entertaining game that enhances the series' brutal melee combat alongside its satisfying parkour-based exploration, while adding a Beast mode that makes you feel like an unstoppable, bloodthirsty juggernaut. Metroid Prime 4: Beyond marks a spectacular return for the series. With memorable biomes, fluid 60fps combat, impeccable metroidvania exploration, and a melancholic narrative, it delivers some of the strongest moments in the franchise. Despite a few stumbles in its new ideas, its core Prime identity shines brightly, solidifying Samus in one of her best modern adventures.- TierraGamer

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is a starting point to get to know the series, formerly Yakuza, as it presents the immediate past of a protagonist who guides himself by the values of honor in a world of corruption. The various activities, story, and character development make this title worth enjoying. Sure, it has many cliches and a horrible camera. However, it is still a game that is very worthwhile, both for long-time fans and new ones who have just gotten into the series.- TierraGamer

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a magical RPG with consistent and interconnected mechanics. You will make use of each of the gameplay mechanics that it proposes. Nothing is left over. It is a very balanced installment both on narrative and mechanical levels. The designs are simple, but their fluidity stands out. The difficulty level is enough to keep you entertained without getting too tense. Seeing characters from League of Legends lore repurposed efficiently is fantastic.- TierraGamer
