Darwin’s Paradox! is a super fun 2D Puzzle Platform Adventure game, while i really enjoyed my time with the game and didn’t really encounter much problems other then sometimes being spawned back a bit further then I thought I would upon death, But other then that it is a stupendous game.- The Outerhaven

Homura: The Crimson Warriors is an otome game that should have been a hit with its setting, characters, and vibe. It does do a lot well, but some of the parts that it doesn’t do well with make the whole experience suffer.- The Outerhaven

Most people buy collections because of the games, and in that sense, you cannot go wrong here. Mega Man Star Force is a great series that you will have a lot of fun with, but it’s just not as good as Battle Network was. If you’re looking for special features, there are plenty here, but compared to other offerings from Capcom, it’s quite obvious that their Legacy Collections are copy/paste paint-by-numbers by now, so if you were hoping for something special or extra here, you won’t find it.- The Outerhaven

Screamer is a fast, chaotic arcade racer that brings back the spirit of the classics with a modern twist. The speed and twin-stick drifting feel fantastic, but aggressive AI and rubberbanding keep it from reaching its full potential.- The Outerhaven

Project Songbird soars onto the horror scene as one of the scariest indie games in recent memory. It’s also an incredibly moving title, aided by a heartfelt story and cozy compositions. Its various feathers of combat, puzzles, and traversal mechanics sometimes get ruffled, but they fly high in ambition for such a small game.- The Outerhaven

Despite a few minor issues, Crimson Desert sets a new benchmark for this style of open-world experience, one that will be extremely difficult for future games to match.- The Outerhaven

While MLB The Show 26 does expand and move the dial forward for the franchise, some other things do make you realise that it isn’t a massive step forward. With its new features and World Baseball Championship inclusion they have opened up a lot of content. Also, another year of The Negro League is a massive win for history and learning.- The Outerhaven

Scott Pilgrim EX is a fun game to play. It has a good-sized roster and variety in the characters' movesets. It has some compromises in making it a Metroidvania map system, but it does make it a different experience in the genre.- The Outerhaven

John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando is a fast-paced co-op shooter that fully embraces its B-movie horror roots, delivering chaotic gunfights, grotesque enemies, and a thumping synth soundtrack. While its mechanics are familiar and progression is fairly light, the game shines when played with friends, turning every mission into loud, messy fun. It’s a confident, no-nonsense experience that values atmosphere and teamwork over depth, and succeeds by knowing exactly what it wants to be.- The Outerhaven

In attempting to line up the perfect horror remake shot, Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake takes a number of steps forward and a few steps back. The ghosts and environments are scarier, aided by new appearances and sound design. On the flip side, in chasing realism, the camera gameplay struggles under the weight of too many mechanics. As a game, Fatal Frame II Remake feels overdeveloped, though its horror elements are practically picture-perfect.- The Outerhaven

Heavy Lunch Studio LLC successfully delivered on an RPG that takes from classics such as Earthbound and Pokémon and makes it all their own in Hermit and Pig. Featuring wonderful writing, a busy battle system that challenges you to think on your feet, great characters, and an explorable trippy world.- The Outerhaven

High On Life 2 is a better-executed version of the first game. The skateboard does add some extra flavor to the gameplay, but it ultimately still is very similar to the core concept of the first game.- The Outerhaven

Resident Evil Requiem concocts a winning formula for combining survival horror with bombastic action. By mixing elements from every game in the series, Requiem triumphantly celebrates 30 years of Resident Evil. While not every note proves fresh, the game’s weapon variety, intriguing storyline, and endearing duo of Grace and Leon make for a horror experience sure to thrill fans and newcomers alike.- The Outerhaven

God of War: Sons of Sparta is a very good video game, with strong visuals, excellent music, and simple yet effective gameplay driving an ultimately interesting story. However, as a God of War title, it is held back from true greatness by early pacing issues and a presentation style that feels somewhat tone-deaf to the rest of the series.- The Outerhaven

WiZmans World Re;Try is a solid time. I am glad it is finally out of Japan for the first time. There is a lot of customization for your characters, and a lot of depth, especially given that there are only four main elements to worry about. If you are fine without having voice acting and the longer dungeon designs, then this is definitely a recommended title.- The Outerhaven

Ys X: Proud Nordics is built on the solid bones of Ys X: Nordics. It, however, doesn't add a lot of extra substance to warrant a new playthrough. It is the ultimate version of the game and the new recommended Ys to play for newcomers.- The Outerhaven

Romeo is a Deadman is another memorable SUDA 51 game that will stick with you. The bloody hack n’ slash action, the overall presentation, the blend of retro styles, and the bonkers cast and story. It really is the spirit of video games. Including the rough spots and no block button. Don’t try to understand the madness that is a SUDA 51 game. Just take it all in and enjoy the ride. There is nothing like it.- The Outerhaven

MY HERO ACADEMIA: All's Justice is the more improved version of the My Hero's Justice games. Unfortunately, it doesn't justify getting this game if you are new to the series. A lot of the narrative is gutted, and the controls can feel janky outside combat.- The Outerhaven

Nioh 3 doesn't reinvent the series, and it does not need to. Instead, Team Ninja refines nearly every system the franchise has built over the years and layers meaningful additions on top. The dual combat styles, interconnected world, improved co-op structure, and player-friendly respec system all feel like natural evolutions rather than gimmicks.- The Outerhaven
