Some people won’t get what’s so fun about Serious Sam, preferring the more advanced graphics and realistic action of more modern shooters. But you don’t have to be an old fart to enjoy this classic gaming throwback. Sometimes just shooting stuff without having to solve puzzles or tactically engage an enemy is what we want to do, and for that we will always have Serious Sam.- TeamXbox

Things like the Zamboni Races are fun, but it’d be better for 2K to concentrate on its core components before spending its resources on fringe offerings.- TeamXbox

For those who found themselves addicted to the PC Flash game, Bejeweled 2 might be worth the full download for hours of gem matching fun, but for others the free PC download may still give players their fix when necessary.- TeamXbox

In the end, Def Jam Icon is more like a bump-n-grind slow jam instead of the club banger that it should have been, but it still deserves merit.- TeamXbox

The mixture of varied and well executed gameplay, along with tolerable graphics make for basic yet entertaining action that even grandma can enjoy, well, at least until she has a photosensitive seizure.- TeamXbox

Sure there are some inconsistencies in the gameplay, but I was able to enjoy the game anyways because of its style and accurate reflection of the original film.- TeamXbox

It’s almost a shame to see such a unique graphics engine go into a game with such a generic feel.- TeamXbox

If the game was a little more difficult and the players weren't limited to one controllable plane, then I would say take a serious look at this one.- TeamXbox

The Follow Camera turns a decent game into a great game. Deeper multiplayer support would have been nice to drive home the "next-gen" quotient.- TeamXbox

Turok is fairly solid technically, very compelling via its good storytelling and proper direction and somewhat interesting gameplay-wise with its mixture of human/dino enemies and stealth/traditional combat. Turok, however, is still a bit too familiar and cookie cutter to compete with the big boys of the FPS genre.- TeamXbox

Purchased moves and learned skills help to keep the hack-and-slash of Conan fresher. Suspect physics and hit detection system. Camera control please.- TeamXbox

Sadly, ET:QW looks like a good idea that wasn't properly fleshed out to meet that potential.- TeamXbox

From a video game standpoint, there are things that the game does well, like the strategy and motivation of your players, and things that it doesn't, such as the barebones online showing and the absence of any offline multiplayer.- TeamXbox

I really enjoyed the time I spent with Pinball FX, because it does have a similar feel to other real tables.- TeamXbox

A classic example of not being the best looking or sounding game around but still delivers what gamers are really after, fun factor both on and offline.- TeamXbox

All of the absurd weapons, sliding around corners, and destruction players have come to expect from a title such as this are present, but its fun factor wears off fairly fast.- TeamXbox

As a multiplayer game, Wrath Unleashed proves to be a solid title, but as a single-player experience it proves to be entirely too short. If you are looking for a mix of the strategy and fighting genres, then give Wrath Unleashed at least a rental.- TeamXbox

The game’s poorly ported control scheme makes the rich flavor of the original game taste more like day-old leftovers instead of a gourmet gaming treat.- TeamXbox

It's unrealistic to expect every aspect of a franchise game to change from year to year, but 2K11 borrows so many elements from its predecessor that it's genuinely difficult to tell the two apart during key aspects of the experience.- TeamXbox

Beenox has set a standard for Spider-Man games. Even though it has a few quirks, The Amazing Spider-Man is one of the best renditions of the superhero yet.- TeamXbox

A visual treat; even more so than its immensely popular "Geometry Wars." The tweaked classic tracks may not be for everyone, but at least they tie into the gameplay, making Boom Boom Rocket a very unique offering in the ever-surprising lineup of Xbox Live Arcade games.- TeamXbox

This set isn't a horrible beginning for those looking to introduce themselves to the Metal Slug series, but last years Metal Slug 3 offers up no unlimited continues, the original development team's work, and a much more "Metal Slug" feel.- TeamXbox

With puzzle solving taking a backseat to the action, battling enemies becomes the highlight of A New Beginning. If the nonexistent A.I. and poor camera angles were fixed, completing the adventure would be much more fun.- TeamXbox

Powerdrome set out to create a white knuckle racer that will keep players on the edge of their seats, and that is certainly what they accomplished. For those players looking for an in-depth driving-sim, this is certainly not the place to look.- TeamXbox

This is a turn-based strategy game through and through, so fans of the genre will likely have a great time with Band of Bugs. However, if you don’t like the pacing or style of gameplay found in this type of game, your best bet is to avoid the game.- TeamXbox

The combination of a single player game that is deep in levels and even deeper with enemies, solid multiplayer offerings, slim Xbox pickings, all rolled up into a $40, makes this a game that deserves a look on down the line.- TeamXbox

At its very least, a very entertaining game with a tenuously attached license that few people probably care about. But at its best, it's an old-school type of shooter that rewards players hungry for beating their own high scores and those willing to try some very innovative multiplayer design.- TeamXbox

The magical spells don't feel as deep and compelling as portrayed in the books/films, and the overall game experience becomes stale and repeated by the end. Stand out moments from the story are included, so fans will have a hoot picking those events out.- TeamXbox

This most certainly isn’t a game that you’ll be able to relax and play with a smile on your face. That’s not to say it’s bad, but just that it’s going to cater to a smaller segment of the Xbox 360 population looking for maximum challenge.- TeamXbox
