Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 is divided into two souls, which both have a fundamental weight: the first is the indisputable value of the works it includes, which in many aspects are still unmatched and unmissable for understanding the communicative power of the video game. On the other side of the coin, and absolutely not up to par, we find the work of re-proposal carried out for this box set, which is limited to the homework, almost as if having to start these games was a nuisance to be done as soon as possible and with minimal effort. The result is a collection that winks at those who already loved Metal Gear Solid, which is unlikely to be able to make new fans discover the saga because it makes no effort in that direction, partially embellished with bonuses that are however forgettable. If this is the modus operandi envisaged for future box sets, including prices, things could get thornier, because - perhaps beyond Metal Gear Solid 4, still confined to PS3 - neither the excellent Peace Walker nor MGSV enjoy the driving force of the extraordinary original trilogy. And if it is true that you can never say goodbye to yesterday , and Konami knows this very well, in this case it would be difficult to think that the best is yet to come.- SpazioGames

Joe Danger Infinity is a fun challenge and is full of unlockable content, but it's very similar to Joe Danger Touch. So, if you already bought the previous episode, you should know that you will find nothing more than new characters and vehicles in this new episode.- SpazioGames

We had approached the title with very low expectations, but seeing it break up our initial preconceptions just before falling miserably due to a horrible ending, a limited duration and some choices of game design that are anything that brilliant, it was very painful.- SpazioGames

Pepper Grinder is a side-scrolling platformer with a good pace and solid platforming mechanics, but it's marred by some questionable action choices that prevent the title from shining as much as it should. This is particularly regrettable in the case of the boss battles, which, despite featuring beautiful designs, offer unsatisfying gameplay, as does the overall duration of the adventure.- SpazioGames

Looking for something new or distinctive in Demon Gaze would be a waste of time. Nonetheless, the latest effort from Kadokawa games is a decent dungeon crawler, featuring many dungeons and many more monsters. This could be the first step of a brand new saga.- SpazioGames

Pro Cycling Manager 2012 offers some tangible innovations if you look at the managerial side. The simulation is improved as well, but the technical side is the same of the previous edition.- SpazioGames

Still Wakes the Deep is a classic walking simulator with few interactions. It's a very linear and guided horror game with a good story and a gameplay that comes from 2010, too simple to leave a mark in this competitive market.- SpazioGames

The Hunter & The Beast is the last DLC for Total War: Warhammer II. It adds new factions, units and mechanics, but there are some missing points for the new campaigns.- SpazioGames

It's a pity that Thunder Lotus Games didn't get the chance to work on those aspects that keep Jotun from excellence, such as too much trial and error and boring exploration, because the art style and the fights with the titular giants would deserve a better vote. The unlockable Valhalla Mode is a welcome addition but it's not enough to recommend this game wholeheartedly.- SpazioGames

Just Dance 2022 has worked really hard to add several fun choreographies and a rich and varied song selection: these efforts will certainly be appreciated by the long-time fans of the series.- SpazioGames

Warriors All-Stars is a dress rehearsal. It's a great party with many special guests, waiting for the upcoming Dynasty Warriors 9. It maintains the funny and the canonical gameplay of the series, and it also features good ideas that try to deep the experience, in a manner similar to RPG. Is it is now, the game is a very good example of fanservice, but it also may represent a good starting point for newcomers.- SpazioGames

The Berlin Apartment is not an anthology. It is not a collection of stories. It is a single story told by those who remain. By those who silently observe every departure and every return. And that someone is us. The game doesn’t put us in the protagonists’ shoes. It puts us in the shoes of the home they inhabit, carrying the full weight of a century of history.- SpazioGames

Although there are far better choices in the ever-growing Switch library, Aggelos is a love letter to action platformers of the eighties and early nineties that will make people in their thirties smile.- SpazioGames

Among Ashes is one of those indie titles that should be celebrated for its great ability to break out of the box through brilliant narrative and game design solutions. However, it has to curb its ambitions because of so many technical problems due to its low budget.- SpazioGames

Elite Dangerous: Horizons is a no-brainer for everyone who loves space and simulations, but, at the moment, it is a better option for the new players than it is for the ones who already own the base game. Some months of free updates and patches should do, but now planetary landings are not enough, considering the price tag.- SpazioGames

Guitar Hero franchise is known for this concept and band Hero is a spin-off no different. This is a game you can take to parties and everyone can join in no matter how much experience they have. Pop music is nice but rock is better and developers have now shown that they have run out of ideas.- SpazioGames

A suggested short story that speaks of loneliness, desperation, and a world that has to fight against two inexorable enemies: nature and human kind. If you look at the gameplay, there's not such a great challenge, but, on the other hand, you may find dramatic and deep storytelling.- SpazioGames

It's hard, very hard, EXTREMELY hard, so much we recommend it only to hardcore rogue-like fans. Still, if you are that kind of player, and start the game prepared for a lot of suffering, there's much fun to be had in this little strategy game with a Mad Max vibe.- SpazioGames
