Humanity is such a well-suited metaphor and a precise representation of an intriguing title, condensed into one single word. This game bends around established rules and genres, introduces creative mechanics and provides you with enormous amounts of food for thought. My best attempt at brief description would be something like this: Everything, everywhere, all at once and for everyone! Because this title has a little something for everyone, so you better get to playing…

Cairn is more than just a pleasant surprise. Expectations were low, but the game made a good impression. The way you get absorbed in the relaxing gameplay is incredible.

Return to history, complete with mythological creatures, in the new expansion featuring the Chinese pantheon. It's definitely worth it. This is not a return of the failed Tale of The Dragon DLC, but a completely new, high-quality Chinese DLC.

Sparks of Hope represents a big step forward for the Mario + Rabbids series. It brings loads of fun, extended gameplay and beautiful visuals. It's more than just a combination of two big brands and it brings a breath of fresh air to the tactical strategy genre.

The game offers an original and thoughtful building simulator, which stands out especially for its emphasis on water management and active environment modification. Despite the absence of a story mode and occasional repetitiveness, it offers a deep and satisfying strategic experience.

OlliOlli World offers an enjoyable easy to learn/hard to master experience. Your love-hate relationship with the game is partially spoiled by its technical flaws.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom may not be a game for everyone. Maybe not even a game for every Zelda fan. It does things differently, turns the traditional formula on its head and asks you to do something other than traditional combat. But that's what impressed me about it. It's not trying to do the same thing that worked five years ago. It's building on that, but it's doing something new, something fresh and something interesting that's hard to tear yourself away from.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is an excellent game that brings many improvements compared to its predecessor in every area. Moreover, these changes are not just for show, but are all in response to player feedback. Richer worlds, more varied combat styles, additional content, and numerous smaller innovations take the game to a new level. However, the game's performance cannot be bad like this.

After having triumphed over wastelands and fantasy realms, Bethesda has now set its sights on conquering the cosmos. With Starfield, they present their most ambitious RPG to date, seamlessly blending captivating storytelling, thrilling action, and boundless exploration. While the Creation Engine continues to deliver breathtaking landscapes, it also reveals its constraints when it comes to map size, reminding us of both its strengths and limitations.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is perhaps the best version of the game possible. Konami tuned the graphics, added nice gameplay and quality-of-life additions. The graphics is stealing the focus and 3D audio is welcome. The best games tend to age very slowly – this is another fine example.

A post-apocalyptic world with an eternal winter will once again entrust us with the fight for the survival of the survivors, whose fate will this time be strongly influenced by civil factions. A complex system of voting and negotiation is involved, which makes the game unique, but also challenging and sometimes frustrating.

Doom: The Dark Ages does many things differently from its predecessors, but it does them well. A rich story, a great sense of power, and still memorable, brutal gameplay make it not only a great addition to the legendary action franchise, but also one of the best games of the year.

This is a very complex and fun game that will force you to use your head and think through every step. At the same time, it successfully fulfills the fantasy of war and diplomatic skirmishes and intrigues in hell, not only with gameplay, but also with good artistic processing.

Undoubtedly, the original game combines action battles with the tactical use of settlers and preparations for the invasion of monsters. All wrapped up in Japanese folklore.

If you enjoy retro and at the same time want something unique that is not quite common even nowadays, Live A Live will definitely offer you that. Some periods of the game are more fun, others less so, but overall it's still a very good game after all these years. And the PC port is successful, although the controls could have been a little more refined.

The Night Springs DLC expands on the rich and interwoven storyline of Alan Wake 2 in a truly unexpected way. The trio of different stories bring their own protagonists and their own approach to gameplay. In some places it's more of a classic approach, in others it's a novel mix. It's a must for fans, but don't expect any definitive answers to your questions.

Close to its 2-year anniversary, the murderous puppet returns with an ever-so-brilliant DLC that not only rivals the design of the original game, but in many aspects surpasses what was puppeteered before. This expansion shines with mechanical brilliance, is drenched in even more oil and blood, and most important of all, shows the amazing snow tech that was developed! Apart from many new bosses, great level design, memorable locations, curious storylines, and a ton of quality-of-life improvements, we are simply getting more of what made Lies of P amazing.

While Hogwarts Legacy doesn't bring anything new to the the open-world action RPG genre, it manages to captivate players with its incredibly detailed world and fun activities. The game feels more like a theme park ride and offers an incredibly magical experience rather than a deep story. The game is full of references and even reimaginations of scenes from the Harry Potter films. Those magical moments of flying on a hippogriff, seeing the sun set behind Hogwarts and snow falling from the ceiling in the Great Hall will be etched in your memory.

If there's one thing Poles are really good at, it's video game development. This is confirmed once again by the 11 Bit studios team. After Frostpunk, they bring another great title in which you clone yourself, manage a base, explore and fight for survival on an inhospitable planet.

Dispatch delivers one of the strongest superhero stories in recent years, blending sharp writing, memorable characters, and stylish presentation. While the Switch 2 version runs smoothly and looks great, heavy visual censorship, limited interactivity, and a lack of player control over mission outcomes make it a compromised way to experience an otherwise excellent game.

Europa Universalis V is another brilliant grand strategy game from Paradox. It is on par with its predecessors and takes the series forward. It is challenging and complex. However, it's best not to rely too heavily on the AI's assistance, as it tends to fail.
