Martha is Dead very impressively combines visual beauty, psychological horror and the tragedy of war in the "walking simulator" subgenre.

Overall, we got a surprisingly good Call of Duty this year, and it's exactly what the series needed after the last very weak Modern Warfare III installment. It offers a very impressive campaign with some unique missions, but also a nice return of the zombies back to the basics of attacking in waves, and the massive multiplayer part has been brought to life nicely by omnimovement.

Tekken 8 could be the best after the legendary third instalment. The focus on aggressive gameplay will appeal to a part of the audience. I also praise the game's openness to completely new players, who can quickly and easily get into the game thanks to the new system. I have to praise the amount of content, the very well functioning online, the extensive character appearance editor and also the huge gallery where you can unlock art, videos and other things. It's a real treat for fans and a great way to introduce newcomers to a series they'll love.

Like Bioshock and Wolfenstein, Atomic Heart takes us to an alternative world of the past, set in a world with a communist theme, where a robot rebellion is currently underway. While not every gameplay feature is perfect, the game combines storytelling, action, crafting, and puzzle elements very well and constantly offers something new.

It takes a while, but when The Brothership is in full swing, it is an excellent action RPG after all these years: exploration, arcade elements, tactical strategy and the mix of gameplay is top-notch. We are so glad that the Switch has its entry in the series.

Overall, Lost and Found Co. is a nice relaxing game with detailed and content-rich environments that builds on simple and accessible gameplay. Some of the mechanics could be more in-depth, but as a cozy hidden object title, the game works very well and if you want to relax, it will not disappoint you.

This unique MMORPG features many original elements, and you don't need to be a fan of the book or any film adaptations. However, to enjoy it, you need to be passionate about the survival genre, which forms the basis of this online world. Over the next few months and years, Dune could well flourish and become one of the top games in the genre.

While remastering a game 3.5 years after its release is hard to justify, The Last of Us Part II Remastered still offers one of the best videogame experiences that now comes with the perks that PlayStation 5 has to offer. Even though most of the changes are cosmetic and graphics-wise barely make a difference, the roguelike No Return Mode brings a new challenge that may be worth the price, especially as an upgrade for players who own the original game.

More than 500 cars, 20 completely redesigned tracks, each with different variations, an already rich career and addictive multiplayer. And that's just the beginning of the new Forza Motorsport. Turn 10 is truly delivering a next-generation racing game that strips away the bells and whistles to focus on the driving and the experience. You're going to drive a lot, you're going to improve, you're going to unlock new things and you're going to have fun. That's the most important thing.

The RPG legend returned and took everyone's breath away. You will forgive its minor flaws because it offers an epic experience in a well-known fantasy universe. Although the basic principles of the game are mostly well known, the way in which the characters and the story are formed, with remarkable options that can change it dramatically, all this makes this game unique.

Even though the infamous Nioh title is absent in the Team Ninja’s newest soulslike experience, there is no doubt that it possesses the very same qualities as its predecessors. Visceral and hardcore combat mechanics are used against the most horrific of demons. Our nameless hero will explore the chunks of a wonderful world inspired by the Romance of Three Kingdoms whilst trying to bring peace to a war-torn feudal China. This cryptically epic horse ride will surely confuse you, make you cry with rage and mostly teach you the art of parry timings.
