Despite improvements across the board, the lackluster controls, disappointing team and player editor, and lack of new features make NHL 06 a good, but not great game.

World Series of Poker, while delivering solid table action, just doesn't deliver the superstars and televised gloss that people are going to want out of a game carrying the WSOP license.

Beginners will likely find themselves overwhelmed with the game’s complicated steps and unforgiving mechanics, even on the easiest settings. Dancing game veterans, on the other hand will relish the challenge and find the huge list of songs refreshing.

If you're one of those people that enjoys causing mayhem in "Grand Theft Auto" more than playing the missions, or you like swinging around New York for hours in "Spider-Man 2," then you'll love The Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.

Looks like a great idea on paper, but it fails to be even mildly entertaining past the first hour of play. There’s no excuse for the game’s camera, and the long load times and slow pacing are just icing on the cake.

Namco's development team put a great deal of care and effort into this compilation and it shows. If you own a PSP and enjoy classic games, you owe it to yourself to add Namco Museum Battle Collection to your library.

A dodgy camera and touchy controls can be fixed. I know I wasn't the only one at E3 who told the producer that the camera was a mess. But, alas, they shipped this most stylish and most gore-riffic game with its major problems still intact.

The developers should be applauded for trying such drastic changes, even if all of the new additions aren’t that enjoyable.

Flipnic, with its solid physics, dynamic tables, and Fantavision-esque presentation is fun and unique. It's also budget-priced, which is never a bad thing.

The racing is fun for a while, and the appeal of launching your driver like a human dart can’t be denied, but even those who love that aspect wish you could skip the drawn out animation after awhile.

I can't stress enough how dull and tedious the levels are. They totally suck the fun out of what would otherwise be a solid game.

Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam is not a horrible game, but it’s designed for an incredibly niche audience, and its gameplay and graphics are so out of date that there’s no compelling reason for anyone else to give it a shot.

It's broken, it's brief, and it'll only make you wonder "what if" every time you play it.

Anyone thinking of picking up the game with hopes that it’s simply a good game is going to want to look elsewhere – there’s just nothing new here and it doesn’t do anything particularly well.

As long as you don’t get frustrated with the long load times and the cumbersome way in which you must unlock things, Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition is a fantastic game. The sheer amount of content that Rockstar was able to cram into the PSP version is very impressive, and you’re sure to get your money’s worth.

The biggest problem with Destroy All Humans! is that it doesn’t bring anything new to the table. Sure, its story is different from the standard free-roaming game, but the gameplay is run of the mill, and there’s little innovation to speak of.

If you were a fan of the movie and want to re-live the experience, this isn’t a bad way to do it, but if you’re looking for a game that expands upon the movie, or one that stands on its own, it doesn’t get the job done.

Ultimately, it's impossible to recommend Juiced when games like "Burnout 3" and "Midnight Club 3" are out there doing everything it does, and more, in much better fashion.

MVP’s a solid game that does a nice impersonation of a PS2 title, but its got a number of flaws and missing features that make 989’s "MLB," not MVP, the baseball game to have for the PSP this year.

A terrible game. It’s not fun, it’s infuriating, and it feels like a budget title that was rushed out the door. Unless you have an incredibly high tolerance for dying and repeating tasks, there’s no reason to spend another second thinking about this game.

Unless you’re a completist who simply has to own everything Star Wars, I cannot recommend Revenge of the Sith for a full purchase. The game can be completed in about 4 -5 hours, and replaying it really has little value.

The sound is unremarkable. You’ve got your engine sounds, your squealing tires, and other sound effects that all sound like you’ve heard them before.

The biggest sacrifice is course variety, which wouldn’t be so bad if developer Clap Hanz hadn’t artificially lengthened the game by making you progress so slowly. The game is still quite fun, and even with only six courses, it will keep you entertained for quite a while. [JPN Import]

Stacks up favorably to the console versions of the franchise. Anyone that is already burned out on the console games may want to pass on this one, but everyone else that is in the market for a street basketball game should rush out right now and buy it.

One of FIFA’s biggest strengths is its audio. From the announcing team of John Motson and Ally McCoist, to the eclectic mix of artists in the EA Trax, everything is top-notch.

The total package. It's fun, it's involved, and it's portable. Some of you will no doubt have worries that the A.I. may be too challenging or that the career mode may be too time consuming. With regards to those concerns, my only advice is that you cowboy up.

If you’re into mindless shooting and action, Dead to Rights II might be a pleasant weekend diversion. However, if you’re looking for a game that improves on the original, delivers an interesting story, varied gameplay, and is worth $50, you need to look elsewhere.

989 Studios may have had to axe some graphical nuances and memory-intensive play modes (namely the mega-deep franchise mode) from the PS2 version of MLB 2006 in order to cram it onto the PSP, but everything else was brought across relatively intact.

If Mercury had twice the amount of puzzles, a decent multi-player mode and some mini-games or other challenges, it’d be a great game. As it stands now, it’s a decent diversion that lasts 3-5 hours, but one not worth $40.
