Easily the best game in the franchise’s history, but it’s not leaps and bounds better over last year’s game.

FIFA 06 is a very good game, but since it follows its predecessor by a little over six months it’s not a huge leap forward.

It’s a technically impressive game that manages to capture most everything the series is known for.

The perfect game for the PSP. The mini-games make it a good option if you’ve only got three or four minutes, and the World Tour is deep enough that you can spend an hour with it – never feeling limited by the fact that you’re playing a handheld game.

Thankfully, the PSP gets a lock-on button, so you can focus on one particular enemy without the camera forcing you to lose sight of them. This makes the game much less frustrating to play, and is something that should have been in the console incarnations.

Worms 4 is a big improvement from its 3D predecessors and the game has taken a step in the right direction.

The load times are short, all of its big-brothers major features are included, there’s instant replay, and the gameplay is surprisingly tight. Simply put: it’s nearly everything you could ask for in a portable NBA game.

The redeveloped manager mode will occupy you for hours and hours, while you oversee your franchise, and the new online mode will let you test your skills against real opposition from around the world.

So, curse you Konami, for releasing "Frogger: Ancient Shadow" [PS2], which made me scream and throw my controller, and thank you Konami, for releasing Frogger: Helmet Chaos, which I had some fun with.

Unlike "Pump It Up," the game is very accessible to beginners, teaching you the basics and then slowly ramping up in difficulty.

A wonderful compilation that should appeal to retro fans, modern gamers, and cheapskates alike. You really can't argue with 22 games for 20 bucks, especially when the emulations are spot-on and the line-up is this deep.

For better or worse, this is Sly's biggest adventure yet. The single-player mode itself contains more than 50 individual missions and will take most players a good 20 hours to finish.

The freestyle superstar moves are nice, but the other new stuff, like hiring staff, online dunk contests, and the inclusion of "NBA Live 95" aren’t worth shelling out fifty bucks for if you own last year’s game.

If you're going to play DICE, its short-subject, arcade-style gameplay makes it easy to get through in short bursts.

A good game and I feel that it is worth the money. It could use a lot of brushing up in certain areas, but considering its characters, dialogue, and sense of atmosphere, Quantic Dream has delivered a game ultimately worthy of the genre.

It doesn't have a riveting story, it's easy, the gameplay is stale and shallow – in short, and it offers nothing new.

It isn’t a sequel the true sense, but more of the full game that Katamari Damacy should’ve been.

All in all, while I felt the ride was too short, I enjoyed every minute of it. Few games these days can offer a solid 6 hours of joy, even if they have quests that take 50 hours to complete.

With features missing such as instant replay and challenging plays, and bugs that will crash games and others that ruin player progression, the game could have used some more time in the shop... Even with all of its problems, Madden 06 is easily the best football game to ever grace a handheld.

Frantix just doesn't quite work. Seriously, ask yourself "do I find mazes fun?" For most people, the answer is no. Worse, the few diehard maze fanatics out there that actually might want a game like this will probably be turned off by its dodgy controls.

The cars look more realistic than ever and are quite shiny, showing off real-time reflections. Like the vehicles, the courses are more realistic this year, and there’s a great amount of variety to them.

Urban Reign’s audio is purely average. You could play the entire game on mute and not miss a thing. The voice acting ranges from decent to poor, and the weak plot and script don’t help matters much.

A very good game, but minor issues, and lack of new material make the game fall just short of the high expectations that surround it. Don’t be mistaken, it’s a blast to play, and anyone who has enjoyed any of the previous games will certainly be happy.

If Gripshift’s controls were anything resembling playable, the objectives were time-based instead of focused on collecting, and the game had a little bit of personality, Sidhe and Sony Online might have a sleeper hit on their hands.
