Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection brings all the action of Star Wars battles back to consoles. With the mission to be fun, the game has interesting single player campaigns, a Galactic Conquest mode with a hint of strategy and a multiplayer filled with new maps. A collection made for longtime fans, but which also invites new ones to experience one of the most fun experiences in the Star Wars saga.- PSX Brasil

Slave Zero X is a beat'em up extremely focused on its combat and, consequently, the player's fun will be directly linked to how much you will enjoy exploring combos and perfecting their execution. In case you are not part of this very dedicated subset of players, it's not an easily recommended title.- PSX Brasil

Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story is the definitive celebration of the legacy developed by Jeff Minter, delivering unique stories and concepts about game development. It's a beautiful look behind the scenes, creativity and context of old games, which move through time, returning to the present with a new and immersive look.- PSX Brasil

Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster is a remaster we didn't know we needed. The game preserves all the essence of the original, while bringing visual improvements and a series of extras. Its story is interesting, featuring some well-known characters and gameplay that is naturally an evolution of Doom. An exquisite work by Nightdive Studios, contributing to the preservation and accessibility of a game that was a landmark when it was released and leaving us eager for a possible remaster of the sequel.- PSX Brasil

Pentiment displays Obsidian Entertainment's full capacity of developing excellent games in lesser-explored genres and Xbox Game Studios capacity of offering these games to new platforms.- PSX Brasil

New Star GP is a fun title that focuses on simplicity, but still innovates with its retro aesthetics and some additional choices that offer depth and a feeling of accessibility when controlling the vehicle on challenging tracks. The game allows current players to experience the past, embracing simplicity and the spirit of overcoming as drivers.- PSX Brasil

Inkulinati stands out with a crazy setting and tone for a game that executes the turn-based strategy style really well, even though it stumbles over confusing controls and an uninspired interface.- PSX Brasil

REVEIL features a rich, evocative and vintage art direction, with detailed, well-made scenarios. Unfortunately, everything else is tied together in an average package that struggles to stand out from the myriad of games in the same subgenre.- PSX Brasil

Akka Arrh is a psychedelic, almost sensory experience, offering challenging, non-stop action that embraces precise but difficult-to-master mechanics. There is a purposefully confusing visual, with touches of modernity supporting an idea that was misunderstood decades ago.- PSX Brasil

Top Racer Collection is a great way to remember the past. In addition to bringing the trilogy, the collection also adds online, extra modes and even a modified game. However, it is an expensive package on the Brazilian PS Store and only the first title in the collection is actually worth it.- PSX Brasil

Vanillaware hits the spot with Unicorn Overlord while reinvigorating an RPG sub-genre that, for a long time, was neglected in the gaming industry. I strongly believe that it is also the best game created by the Japanese developer. Even though there are small imperfections, the game is brilliant and deserving of the highest recommendation.- PSX Brasil

Cats and the Other Lives is an excellent pixel art game that stands out for its engaging narrative and a feline protagonist full of personality. The Mason family dynamics guide players through mysteries, dramas and a past that remains the guiding thread of the story.- PSX Brasil

Mediterranea Inferno challenges the narrative, social and emotional conventions of what we've already seen in visual novels, and gets it right by problematizing conveniences in a bold and incisive way, without being shy about saying, showing or poking at topics that are still so sensitive in a world that prefers to ignore its own scars.- PSX Brasil

The Mobius Machine is, in essence, a decent metroidvania hampered by the disproportion between the enormous size of its map and the low variety of backgrounds, discoveries, rewards and even resources that help to revisit the world more efficiently. Those who like challenges will have something to find here, but for the rest, the real challenge will be to maintain interest and patience in this adventure.- PSX Brasil

WWE 2K24 is even better than its predecessor, bringing new match types, adjustments to game modes and some news details that enrich the series' gameplay, bringing also a Showcase that establishes a very high quality standard that should set the tone for future games.- PSX Brasil

PowerWash Simulator: Warhammer 40,000 Special Pack adds five new vehicles to an ever-growing list of jobs available in the game. Players who have enjoyed the game can get a few more hours worth of relaxing time out of the game, but it's not a job pack such as this one that will convince other people to give the game a shot.- PSX Brasil

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake retells the exciting story of the brothers, maintaining the basic concepts of the original game, but improving its graphics and sound considerably. However, technical problems go against these improvements, making some corrections necessary for the game to reach its full potential.- PSX Brasil

Without any great novelties or innovations, Hiveswap Friendsim's greatest strength lies in its well-written text and unexpected situations. Visually unstable and mechanically simple, it's a recommendation for fans of the genre who don't expect to be involved with a great story, but rather with the misadventures of a fan of making friends.- PSX Brasil

Pesterquest is a direct continuation, in terms of theme, story and mechanics, of the previous game. Without any substantial improvements, what's left is the same sharp text, but it doesn't venture beyond what we've seen before in the franchise. Even with some visual improvements, it's just "more of the same".- PSX Brasil

FOAMSTARS is a game of two extremes where not all the foam and style in the world can hide the lack of substance. It shows signs of variety and depth, but ends up being shallow. Its short matches are fun, but they don't keep you engaged in the long term and the repetitiveness in its PvE mode gets tiring before the player sees the best it has to offer.- PSX Brasil

Ufouria: The Saga 2 stands out against a backdrop of rehashed content by not limiting itself to a simple emulation of what was already established. By daring in form, aesthetics and content, the game stands out for its simplicity, charisma and, above all, for not using nostalgia as a crutch.- PSX Brasil

With a well executed retro personality, Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan is a 2D platform adventure with lots of challenges and items to find. The protagonist could be a little more agile, but, in general, the game does its job of revisiting past styles and improving them well.- PSX Brasil

Smalland stands out for presenting a setting in a rich and diverse universe, being excellent for creation and survival games. Greater adjustments and refinements could further improve the experience over time, but it is perhaps a game more suitable for those who are not looking for a very robust combat system.- PSX Brasil

Skull and Bones embraces the piracy theme in a naval battle game that delivers good combat in a well-crafted fantasy. There are still a lack of precise adjustments to improve the experience as a whole, improvements to poorly developed mechanics and the endgame in its current state is deplorable. Despite this, there is an opportunity here for fans of the style and setting to have fun, as long as they understand what the game proposes.- PSX Brasil

qomp2's peculiar movement scheme is, at the same time, the one thing that sets it apart as a puzzle platformer, but also a possible source of frustration. With coherent mechanics, but little varied visuals and a creative potential that is not explored as it could have been, it is a title that will please fans of the genre for as long as it lasts, as long as they don't expect something striking or surprising.- PSX Brasil
