Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is anything but a bad entry, with specially delightful gunplay, very streamlined integration with other modes and games and a great Zombies Mode. On the other hand, the game doesn’t really excel in anything, will definitely profit from the upcoming extra content and is mostly more of what we know and love.- Power Unlimited

Dirt 5 doesn't really look next-gen, but there is very little wrong with the game itself. It plays so well, that you'll forgive and forget to poorly design choices of the game. Highly recommended for anyone who loves arcade racing games.- Power Unlimited

Everything about this game screams 'I'm a wacky spin-off', but in reality Like A Dragon might even be the best game in the franchise. So put aside your prejudice and give this Yakuza-game a fair chance. You won't regret it for a second.- Power Unlimited

Do yourself a favor and don't rush through Assassin's Creed Valhalla's storyline as quickly as possible. Just do as you please, expand your settlement, lose yourself in side-missions, go looting, spend hours doing enlongated stealth-mass-murders, if it was up to me, even go fishing like you're playing Zelda. Long story short: do yourself a favor and make use of all the elaborated variety this game has to offer. When you do, you'll focus less on those audio-handicaps and the somewhat slow paced gameplay which prevent Assassin's Creed Valhalla from scoring an eight or higher.- Power Unlimited

It is evident that Miles Morales was initially meant as DLC, because it has almost exactly the same structure as Marvel’s Spider-Man, The Heist, Turf Wars and Silver Lining. This means that you’ll be going through the familiar motions a bit more and the fun doesn’t last as long as that of the original main game, but it definitely isn’t less intense or spectacular. Maybe the average amount of emotions per minute is even equal to that of Marvel’s Spider-Man, which is a mean feat.- Power Unlimited

Although this part is somewhat a bundle of clichés compared to Man of Medan and the acting performance does not look like it improved a lot, Little Hope offers enough freaky moment and interesting mystery to keep you entertained (and scared?). I will be back for more when the next part of this anthology drops.- Power Unlimited

We get more game variety and freedom than ever in this franchise, London looks insanely good and the themes of the game are more relevant in 2020 than ever.- Power Unlimited

Extremely challenging in an artificial way, not perfectly polished and lacking the music of Mick Gordon: The Ancient Gods – Part One doesn’t fully continue the Doom Eternal glory. Still, it offers a pleasant torture for the most fanatical Doom-sadomasochists, situated in three beautiful levels in which you’ll be challenged more than the two main games combined. Nightmare insanity!- Power Unlimited

The Crown Tundra is a little inconsistent, but the sheer amount of content and the delightful tundra itself make for Game Freaks best open world experience yet. Also, the many legendary Pokémon and the cooperative Dynamax Adventures give Sword and Shield some welcome new endgame experiences.- Power Unlimited

FIFA 21 smells like laziness, dollar signs and stinky, old footballsocks. This is the worst edition ever and one of the biggest disappointments of the year. I really hope EA redeem themselves on the next generation of consoles because the way things stand now, FIFA is one big red flag for me.- Power Unlimited

Simply put, Star Wars: Squadron is a fine Star Wars space shooting spectacle with a pleasant price tag. It feels a bit cheap and old fashioned to some degree, and there's nothing groundbreaking here, but those are about the only flaws the game has. It's one of the better trips to a galaxy far, far away of recent years, although -as with everything concerning Star Wars- opinions might differ on that.- Power Unlimited

Due to the high difficulty level, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is not suitable for everybody with a love for platform games, but anyone who has enjoyed the original games must play Crash 4. The N. Sane Trilogy was top notch, but Crash 4 is a much better game.- Power Unlimited

This is, graphically speaking, as well as technically, one of the most impressive remakes of the past years. Especially the improved cinematics do the story of Mafia justice. And that's why Mafia: Definitive Edition is the best reason for players of the original Mafia to return to Lost Heaven! But there are little scratches on this layer of newness, causing a somewhat hollow and unsatisfying experience for newcomers.- Power Unlimited

The standalone games themselves of course deserve higher scores, but the way this bundle is published seems very frugal, especially considering the 60 euro price tag that comes with it. In that manner, Nintendo could learn from the honorable and generous ways in which companies like Activision re-release their classics.- Power Unlimited

Tell Me Why keeps you invested and interested story-wise for the full nine hours, but is lacking in the gameplay department. It's clear that this genre in its current state is standing on its last legs.- Power Unlimited

Marvel’s Avengers is basically a high production value Marvel Ultimate Alliance style action RPG, built around the structure of a game like Destiny. This is a powerful combination, featuring spectacular action and endless possibilities, but developer Crystal Dynamics stumbles in their ambition. Therefore the game’s stability is horrendous (although the performance mode might help) and navigating its many options is unnecessarily convoluted. The future of Marvel’s Avengers does seem to shine bright though.- Power Unlimited

THPS 1 + 2 is one of the best remakes ever; no nostalgia is needed whatsoever to enjoy this gem. Although the game is filled with recognizable moments for veterans of the series, the gameplay is so smooth that even newcomers are welcomed with open arms. The Tony Hawk-franchise finally has the right to call itself a proper franchise again.- Power Unlimited

First impressions are important, but they're definitely not everything. So give this adventure with Zitz, Rash and Pimple a chance, because it's one of the coolest beat-'em-up games released in 2020. And it sure as hell is one of the funniest.- Power Unlimited

When looking at the game objectively and trying to forget you're playing a Project-Cars-game, this is a fun arcade-style racer with a little more depth than normal arcade racers. But as a fan expecting a follow-up in the same style as former Project-Cars-games, this is a bit of a mindf.ck.- Power Unlimited

PGA TOUR 2K21 is definitely not perfect yet, but it is absolutely vivacious. The physics are one of 2K21's strong points and although it's lacking a story mode, PGA Tour 2K21 successfully keeps triggering players to continue playing. And when the game releases later this week, I hope you will all join my Society: Wonderspons International.- Power Unlimited

EA Sports has scrapped Ultimate Team from UFC 3, made a few minimal (UI) updates and put a FIFA cover on it. Please, here you have UFC 4. It's that the ten-year-old fighting system still delivers some really brutal brawls, otherwise this would be a complete joke. If you already own UFC 3, I don't see any reason to buy this part.- Power Unlimited

Skater XL fills a niche for skate fans who can have the patience to discover fun spots and come up with tricks and lines themselves, just like real skating. But due to its empty world, the lack of challenging content and the fact that community mods are needed to really speak of realism, the console version of Skater XL in particular is not worth its price tag.- Power Unlimited

Despite diverse heroes and game modes Rocket Arena is somewhat shallow and predictable. The simple controls and familiar visuals make for a accessible game, but result in underdeveloped gameplay. Altogether it would be a nice addition to your free-to-play collection, but unfortunately Rocket Arena is not free.- Power Unlimited

After all these years Intelligent Systems finally pulls off developing a game that comes close to the extraordinarily charming The Thousend-Year Door. The brave new combat system with cirkels takes some getting used to, but doesn’t get in the way of the delightful Journey with Paper Mario and his companions.- Power Unlimited

Ghost of Tsushima is simply a gorgeous looking game, offering a constant supply of pictures that wouldn’t look bad at all adorned on the wall of your tatami room. But underneath all the splendour you’ll find a fairly standard open world game that unavoidably will get repetitive with time, the big difference being that it offers better combat and progression than you’re used to of an Assassin’s Creed.- Power Unlimited

Codemasters does it again. What could well have been an update to F1 2019 with a coat of new paint and some extra circuits, makes the optional Career mode with your own team feel fresher than ever. In addition, it races just a bit tighter, so that F1 2020 also climbs the top tree of the podium again in this rare, shortened season.- Power Unlimited

I really want to love Disintegration - even if it's just for it's originality, satisfying robot shooting and for the fact that it can be played in single player - but the final product is just not as original as that it wants to be. With a stronger focus on the graycycle-action and without all the unnecessary RTS-elements, an potential follow-up might be hit.- Power Unlimited
