Before you dismiss Dragon Quest Tact as another gacha game that brings nothing new to the table, it’s worth a try to download and see if it’s your cup of tea. You can also take advantage of the very first “Scout” chance you get for ten pulls - rerolling or retrying again and again helps you nab S-Rank monsters right from the get-go. I went into Wuthering Waves fully expecting to write it off, thinking it would be a pale imitation of the big one, but it just isn’t. It pains me to say, but it is better. Comparing it to another feels like an insult, Wuthering Waves is just really fun in and of itself. I will be playing more of this, and I wholeheartedly recommend everyone give it a spin. The gameplay is incredibly fun, it looks beautiful, and you don’t need to drop a penny to win. Also, you can pet and feed at least one cat.
