If you have a soft spot for the Space Hulk board game, this title is a no-brainer. If you're new to the Space Hulk franchise it might seem that this game is extremely slow and boring and very difficult to boot. The official rule set is adhered to closely which results in some tense games, partly because of the elevated difficulty. Load times are pretty long however and the on-screen texts are barely legible. The graphics are very dark and grey which makes for poor visibility from time to time.- PlaySense

This arcade racer is filled to the brim with content. The singleplayer experience is extremely varied thanks to a large amount of available tracks and the multiplayer modes offers endless fun for all. To top it off, the game sells at a fair price means you really should give this title a shot. The only issue we encountered occasionally is a technical glitch which sometimes cause your vehicle to behave oddly from time to time. Luckily these occurrences are few and far between. Highly recommended.- PlaySense

Being a virtual hunter probably requires just as much patience as hunting animals in real life because the pacing in this game is slow. Call of the Wild caters to a very specific audience but that doesn't make the game less fun. Hunting different types of animals in varied and large environments makes this game a treat. Audiovisually, the game has its fair share of technical hickups and the side missions are pretty bland overall but apart from those minor gripes, this is a fine title.- PlaySense

Call of Cthulhu is the most Lovecraftian experience Lovecraft himself never conjured up, with a storyline filled to the brim with the elements that made the Cthulhu mythos so persistent over the years. Most of the numerous gameplay elements are both hits and misses though. That and a questionable technical execution make for a game that won't stand the test of time as much as its main source of inspiration did.- PlaySense

This game lets you pick up a boxer's gloves and this provides a lot of fun, especially in the boxing matches themselves. Gameplay is a lot like Nintendo's classic Punch-Out!!! series and the matches are equally challenging. The unique and quirky visuals make for a remarkable title. Apart from the fighting though, the other stuff is far less interesting. The music really feels out of place as well. Nevertheless a fun diversion.- PlaySense

This new LEGO game is mostly very atmospheric thanks to the setting, the characters and the story. Creating your own character is a great feature but apart from that, LEGO DC Super-Villains is still built on the archaic LEGO-game template. Which means all the criticism aimed at LEGO games in general, apply here too. Familiar bugs, messy coop multiplayer, not enough buttons et cetera. You know exactly what you're going to get if you've played any other LEGO game in the past. Worth it if you really like the DC universe.- PlaySense

A fun title geared towards younger players. Unfortunately the game is plagued by lazy design which results in ugly menus, power-ups that aren' t thought out very well, lack of an online multiplayer and characters that communicate through text balloons instead of through speech. Nickelodeon Kart Racers isn't a bad game at its core but it is a pile of missed opportunities and lazy choices. A shame, because Spongebob really deserves better than this.- PlaySense

Fun, old school gameplay with over the top action, beautiful dunks and awesome power-ups. The game has quite a lot of content to offer and is a lot of fun to play with other people. Because you need to have two players from one same team in order to properly begin playing NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 (players are handed out at random), the game gets off to a slow start. A drawback is the micro transaction heavy online multiplayer which dampens the fun, but nevertheless NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 is a very fun game to play.- PlaySense

Red Dead Redemption 2 is not just a great game, it's a digital artwork that completely blurs the line between movies and games with ground-breaking gameplay and storytelling, stunning images and an unprecedented living world with a lot to discover.- PlaySense

Solid gameplay that has a lot of depth due to the new additions. Whether you're playing on- or offline, you won't get bored because of the insane amount of content. SoulCalibur VI is a fine continuation of the franchise and fight fans will love it. The arenas in which the fighting takes place sometimes feel a bit void of action apart from the one on one matches going on but don't let that detract you from what is a great game.- PlaySense

The absence of a single player mode is forgiven because there is plenty here to keep you occupied online. Treyarch nails it and delivers a fantastic package with great multiplayer modes including the Zombies and Blackout modes. It still feels as the Call of Duty you know and love but somehow it also manages to innovate here and there. The game plays like a dream too.- PlaySense

The graphical style of My Memory of Us really stands out and the audio doesn't disappoint either, in part due to Sir Patrick Steward's contribution. Gameplay is very repetitive and very puzzle-heavy. Those puzzles don't always work out as well as they should and overall the game is pretty easy. Nevertheless a fun platformer.- PlaySense

A fine game for all ages that excels in the presence of awesomely detailed physical ships. Within the toy-to-life genre this comes as a great surprise that really delivers on the fun factor. The difficulty is a little bit unbalanced unfortunately which is somewhat inconvenient, considering the audience this game caters to. The gameplay tends to be repetitive by nature but on the flipside there is an enormous galaxy for you to explore in which there is plenty to see and do. The game plays well overall and the in-game customization of your ships is deep enough to keep you entertained for a long time to come.- PlaySense

If you love this franchise, you will undoubtedly enjoy your time here. Gameplay-wise there are many similarities to Yakuza. The over the top action sequences and decent voice acting really add to the overall quality of this game. The game does suffer from lengthy load times and the available special moves could use some more variation - a criticism that applies to combat in general.- PlaySense

Track Lab combines making music and solving puzzles into a very unique and entertaining title with excellent controls and lovely tunes which are sure to relax anybody. The amount of puzzles is somewhat limited and making music (in a separate game mode) is where the meat of Track Lab lies. Although you can spend hours and hours in this mode, you can't share any of your creations with anybody else oddly enough.- PlaySense

The second game is a trilogy but not necessarily an improvement. Sure, the campaign has been expanded upon and the troop management aspect works like a charm. At the same time input registration is flaky and the selection wheel can really get on your nerves for not being accurate enough. The online part of the game is already extinct and that is worrisome to the game's lifespan.- PlaySense

Walking around in total darkness and making sounds so you can get a glimpse of your surroundings is the premise on which Tiny Bull builds this Virtual Reality title. It gives us a unique audiovisual experience which offers an interesting story and some fun puzzles for you to solve. Blind is worth your time if you can manage dealing with a couple of minor bugs and the fact that the puzzles lean heavily towards trial and error from time to time.- PlaySense

The blue bomber returns and he never looked any better. Challenging gameplay is not new to the franchise but to those who love Mega Man for it, an excellent adventure awaits. The new additions freshen things up as does Mega Man's new look. Although some levels are considerably less interesting that others, it is something we'll gladly overlook. Because no matter which way you look at it; Mega Man 11 is a total blast from start to finish- pun intended.- PlaySense

This first episode introduces us to two new characters and a brand new story which feels like a breath of fresh air. It grabs you by the throat and you'll keep playing until you see the end of it which promises good things for episodes to come. DontNod nails the way they portray human behavior in its characters, the bond between brothers and an otherwise riveting narrative.- PlaySense

A very noble effort to translate the grueling Dakar rally into a videogame while staying true to the spirit of rally racing. Die hard rally fans can and surely will enjoy Dakar 18 but more casual racing fans less so. Navigating is a pain and the different types of vehicles don't all control very well. On top of that , the long load times that riddle the game when you attempt to restart from a checkpoint don't do the game any favors either.- PlaySense

A fine port of the original to a more compact version which works especially wel on mobile devices. The point of re-releasing this game on the PlayStation 4 somewhat eludes us because if you decide to spend just a tad more, you will be playing a far superior version. Not that this game is bad, it just feels like a waste of time because there is a way better option available to you.- PlaySense

After a strong first episode, the second one comes out of the gates equally strong with a couple of nods and winks to the first season. Although episode 2 definitely leaves you wanting more, the fact that TellTale closed its doors makes us wonder if this is truly the final episode to this final season. If this is indeed the case then it simply is not enough.- PlaySense

Bandai Namco tries again with a relatively new anime, but hopelessly fails. The game looks okay and there is a large amount of characters but that's where the positives end. The campaign is short and far too easy. The amount of combat moves is limited which quickly leads to repetition. A shame.- PlaySense

Classic gameplay makes this game stand out from the get-go. The story and the characters are extremely well realized. The soundtrack is fantastic. Graphically the game performs well although there are some hiccups now and then. Gameplay is great but nothing really innovative. Recommended, especially if you're a fan of the series.- PlaySense

Two games for the price of half a game, that's pretty much what this package offers. The games are fairly easy but that doesn't take away from the entertainment value this package provides. If you're looking for a cheap way to get into Scribblenauts, look no further than this Mega Pack.- PlaySense

The strange mix of video, gameplay and horrifying effects works really well. The atmosphere is great and the story is captivating enough to follow - especially in virtual reality because that's where this game truly shines. The major drawbacks are its current price and the playtime which is limited to only two hours.- PlaySense

A very competent yet short science fiction title in which you move around in zero G while you blast robots that have gone haywire while attempting to escape Horus station intact. Audio visually a great title that reminds us of Kubrick's 2001, albeit with more action. The game is not very challenging however and floating around in zero G is frustrating at first. When you're not playing on PS VR, feel free tot deduct a point from our score.- PlaySense

Gameplay has improved from last year's iteration and that is great news for all FIFA players. EA really seems like it's finalizing it's formula which makes FIFA 19 a great game. Though visually very strong, player's likenesses are mostly limited to the biggest football stars. The lesser football gods are somewhat randomized which is a shame if you're a fan of smaller clubs. Apart from that minor gripe, FIFA 19 is a solid game which doesn't do anything new.- PlaySense

With all the new additions and expansions this year's version is one of the best in the entire series. It's even more than you've come to expect. This could very well become the ultimate ice hockey franchise next year if EA improves the dull commentary and ups the ante in the graphics department.- PlaySense
