While visually very appealing and with a highly varied career mode, V-Rally 4 is plagued by a poor control scheme which can't decide whether it wants to be an arcade racer or a race simulator. Paired with very long load times the end result is a game which could and should have been far better than the end result. V-Rally deserves better.- PlaySense

ELEX is an absolute disaster, with in particular one inexcusable flaw: it does not work. At all.- PlaySense

Well, Army of TWO: The Devil's Cartel is a little bit of a letdown. Long loading times, invisible walls, dumb AI and a lot of graphical glitches takes away from the experience. Thus, it's not as good as the previous games in the series, which doesn't mean it isn't a fun shooter. Especially when playing with a friend - and let's face it, that is the way you should play Army of TWO - the game might just be worth your while.- PlaySense

The old-fashioned 2D-levels are - as always - a treat, while the 3D-levels once more disappoint with wooden controls and confusing perspectives. Just stick to 2D, folk - you'll be all the better for it.- PlaySense

We expected a great sequel but unfortunately we walked away somewhat disappointed. The boss fights, the characters and the core gameplay are as solid as you've come to expect from a Lego game but the omnipresent and timeless Lego humor is missing this time around which makes this game lose a large part of its soul. Load times are long and the explorable worlds are bland. A missed opportunity.- PlaySense

A skating game never had better and more realistic controls. Unfortunately, the world you're skating in feels bare-bones and often just empty. The lack of an overarching goal turns playing into a chore after a while. It's a real shame, because Skater XL's actual gameplay shows a lot of promise.- PlaySense

Loyal to its franchise, One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows offers a lot of different fighting styles. However, the controls are far from fluent, all missions feel exactly the same and for some reason it's impossible to switch between fighting styles while fighting. The end result is pretty damn mediocre.- PlaySense

Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is an enjoyable, but weird and deeply flawed game. Overall it feels a lot like a budget game, the concept of which unfortunately had more potential than its eventual execution.- PlaySense

Waddle Home is quite the amusing experience, though it beats us why this rather straightforward experience thinks it needs virtual reality to succeed.- PlaySense

The unique artistic vision behind the game deserves a tip of the hat. However, the same cannot be said for the unimaginative characters, deserted multiplayer modes and technical shortcomings.- PlaySense

The gameplay of Gungrave G.O.R.E is very cool in itself because of its brutal and unrelenting action, which is improved up by a delightful soundtrack. In the game, you are simply a bad-ass and that feels good. Were it not for the fact that the game suffers from difficulty spikes, a lack in enemy variations and inconsistent level design that can get on your nerves considerably. Potentially a very cool game, although it loses some momentum as you progress.- PlaySense

The main quest is everything it should be, but unfortunately most of the side content isn’t nearly as interesting. Add to this a shocking amount of bugs, stupid AI, loads of performance issues… and you’ll understand why Cyberpunk 2077 is a contender for ‘disappointment of the year’.- PlaySense

The PlayStation 3 version of the game was a disappointment and the same verdict applies to the Vita edition. Since this version has its own "improvements", we were expecting more. And granted, there's some neat features involving the touch screen, but otherwise it's the same mediocre game. It's fun for a while, but you have to be able to overlook its shortcomings.- PlaySense

Wanted: Dead does not live up to its self-created expectations. There may have been people who worked on the game who also made Ninja Gaiden and its sequel, Soleil's game falls far short of this quality.- PlaySense

At its heart this two year old 3D tower defense game with its deceptive looks is a fun title to play but the hardcore difficulty will cause a lot of frustration even to the most veteran players among us. The multiplayer mini games are fun for a couple of times, but no more than that. A mediocre title at best.- PlaySense

There's potential here... which makes Raiders of the Broken Planet's failure all the more heartbreaking. The hardest pill to swallow? A close call between the lacklustre matchmaking, the game's unrelenting focus on grinding and the lack of clear instructions. Shame.- PlaySense

It's a fun, if not exactly deep game that suffers from misplaced humour, uninspired voice-acting and an unhealthy amount of framedrops. Hack and slash fans might want to try this out. Other gamers might want to spend their money elsewhere.- PlaySense

An ambitious and interesting game that disappoints in practice due to a lack of depth. Audiovisually the quality is hit and miss and the roster mostly focuses on three anime series which is a real missed opportunity. Load times are also horrible. A lot of potential here that has gone to waste.- PlaySense

There's quite a lot of content here, though just one out of four Grand Slam titles is hard to swallow. As you start playing, however, you'll find that there's a lot more wrong with this game. The clunky controls never give you the feeling that you're actually in control of what you're doing, while the severely mediocre graphics are only passable from a distance. Shame.- PlaySense

Inversion has a great premisse, an interesting story and an overall solid control scheme. This, however, isn't enough to save the game from mediocrity. Its biggest crime isn't the short campaign or the graphical flaws, but the fact that fooling around with gravity - supposedly the game's big hook - isn't at all necessary.- PlaySense

The gameplay is enjoyable as always, and the return of classic maps is a nice reunion. At the same time, Activision did make it very easy on itself by recycling a lot of content, adding older maps and more. This makes it not a new game, but simply downloadable content. Moreover, the amount of bugs that have been present for a long time is ridiculous and the menu is a mess. The shooter has potential, but it's time to consider the community as gamers, not cash cows.- PlaySense
