Overall, Assassin's Creed: Origins properly reinvents the franchise, offering a new and improved fighting and movement system, as well as an enormous open world to discover. Technically, it's not perfect, but this hardly hampers the experience.- PlaySense

Graphically this remaster definitely holds up to contemporary games and the option to choose between English or Japanese language is very welcome. The story is good and you’ll be entertained for days but be aware that the controls are pretty sluggish which will cause some frustration.- PlaySense

Pool Nation is a realistic and very deep pool game. There's a lot of different disciplines and a fair amount of challenge to be found. A great game; fans of the sport shouldn't hesitate to buy this.- PlaySense

The return of this classic title offers you another chance to catch up if you haven't tried it before. It's even more accessible this time, thanks to the option to play with the gamepad. Nintendo has also made some quality of life improvements, which make this the ultimate edition of the game. Some annoyances still exist though, chief amongst them a slow start and imperfect controls.- PlaySense

Monster Hunter in RPG-form, with a fun story, addictive turn-based combat and lots of content. What could go wrong? Not much. Monster Hunter Stories 2 is a great experience, though the annoying camera and input lag also make it an imperfect one.- PlaySense

Far Cry 5's setting is stellar and good for a tremendous amount of entertaining gameplay. Whether it be the main story, side missions or random activities, you won't get bored anytime soon in Montana's Hope Country. The game does owe a lot to its predecessors but ups the ante creatively in many respects. Also, the Seed family is a phenomenal group of antagonists.- PlaySense

Finally, Swords and Soldiers 2 is available on PS4. This strategic gem now adds an online multiplayer mode to the proceedings as well, turning it all the more into a must have for fans of the genre. If not for the uneven difficulty, this may have been a perfect experience.- PlaySense

It's good to see Ni no Kuni II follow its predecessor and make an appearance on the Nintendo Switch. Technically, however, this port is a mess. The framerate's all-over-the-place and the same can be said about the game's resolution. The gameplay's fine, but this title's shortcomings cannot be ignored.- PlaySense

There's really not much to complain about here. The AI isn't perfect, but other than that, Age of Empires IV is a return to the old glory of the franchise, with deep and challenging gameplay that will keep you playing for a really long time.- PlaySense

Shift Up's console debut can be called successful. Although you notice that it is the developer's first major console production; for example, dialogues are forced, the game has many minor frustrations and awkwardnesses, the overall package minus these issues stands like a house. The lore is captivating, the gameplay dishes up a spectacle, there are plenty of secrets to discover and the combat is solid. As icing on the cake, you get a wonderful variety of (outstanding designed) enemies and a delightful soundtrack.- PlaySense

Worth playing if you liked the previous one, if only for it's deep and intriguing storyline. It's a shame, however, that you have to play - or rather: watch - the whole thing multiple times to completely understand what's going on.- PlaySense

The fourth episode of Telltale's The Walking Dead game series delivers in the same way the others did: telling a great, emotional story and offering the player some really tough choices along the way. If you've enjoyed the previous outings, you shouldn't allow yourself to miss out on this one.- PlaySense

A wonderful fighting game that is very challenging and, in return, very satisfying when the fighting system is understood. Sifu brings together several interesting elements and that works out well. All this wrapped up in a nice artistic style with matching audio makes it a delight. But it does if you look past the poor voice-acting and the generic story. Not really points to worry about if you go purely by the excellent gameplay.- PlaySense

A worthy attempt at making a theme parc simulator work on consoles, Planet Coaster will keep you playing for a long time to come. At times you can get dragged down by unnecessary details, though... and the voice-acting isn’t particularly convincing.- PlaySense

This new adventure of Senua is somewhat less bleak than the previous game, as she has her demons under control and knows how best to deal with them. That said, her mental state is still problematic and she runs into intense situations in this new adventure in Iceland. The game's structure is the same as the previous installment, so you know exactly what to expect. In that regard the game is an almost perfect execution on all levels: engaging story, beautiful graphics, a strong soundtrack, outstanding voice-acting, and a compelling presentation.- PlaySense

This adventure is an absolute joy to experience. It tells an emotional story, looks great and plays well, managing to feel simultaneously fresh and classic. Kena: Bridge of Spirits never reinvents the wheel, but it doesn’t need to. Definitely worth your time and money.- PlaySense

A musou as we have come to expect from Omega Force, but the developer transcends the repetitive gameplay by adding the necessary additional elements, making it much more interesting. The story is also very entertaining and there is plenty to do, if only the performance left a little to be desired. Visually, it is also mediocre. Nevertheless, it is an adventure that is worth playing, especially if you have played the previous installment.- PlaySense

Fire Emblem Engage is a title that presents you with an entertaining story and unique characters. Add to that tactical and in-depth combat, creating an excellent whole. This is complemented by colorful graphics and good audio. That the social aspects are limited and the activities in the central hub Somniel are not that engaging should be taken for granted, because the rest of the game is more than fine.- PlaySense

This game that serves as a spin-off of the Bayonetta series dishes out a fun story dressed up with a charming and colorful visual style. In terms of gameplay, there is plenty to explore, were it not for the fact that the game is on the easy side and therefore not really challenging. Also, the camera can be annoying at times and so no and then it looks a bit blurry. Points to consider, but for the rest a solid title.- PlaySense

F1 25 makes several new steps forward. For example, you can drive tracks backwards and the application of LIDAR to scanning certain tracks makes for an even better experience. Graphically, the game also takes a step forward and Braking Point is back. In short, plenty of reason to recommend the game, although there are certainly areas for improvement.- PlaySense

Lots of story elements and a varied mission design make for a worthy follow-up to Odyssey. Valhalla plays well, doesn't solely rely on grinding to pad out its runtime and offers a world that's genuinely amazing to look at. It ain't particularly innovative, though... feeling more like another entry in a franchise that's slowly heading towards a creative standstill.- PlaySense
