Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 is the best Tiger Woods yet but really feels like an incremental upgrade over last year’s game.

Undoubtedly the best golf game on the market right now. If you picked up last year’s version, however, the refinements—unless you’re a diehard Tiger fan—may not be enough to warrant the purchase.

With solid gameplay and a great presentation, Kung Fu Panda is easy to recommend to fans of the movie or parents looking to entertain their kids with a robust yet accessible action platformer.

Pretty much the same game as last year's The Crusaders. Though the game has been released so soon after its predecessor, the gameplay is still solid and the addition of online modes and the new campaigns are welcomed.

A very clever, themed compilation. The $20 would definitely be worth it just for the Rush and Thunder games, though it is nice to see a bit of the company’s origins.

If you don’t particularly care for the series, R-Type Final is still a solid shooter. The only problem is the slowdown, and well, shooters seem to have that quite frequently.

However, on the PS2 and PSP, Sony San Diego was able to bring over a lot of the gameplay and AI improvements, making MLB 08 one of the best playing baseball games on either platform.

Spider-Man: Battle for New York boasts fun 2D gameplay mixed with an impressive 3D presentation. The game’s biggest fault is that it hasn’t made any significant strides since last year, but it remains one of the most fun 2D action games on the Nintendo DS.

Metal Gear Acid 2 features a lot of replay value thanks to the plethora of cards available.

Crackdown succeeds in building a city that you want to explore, and giving you the ability to simply mess around and have a good time.

A fun little game. Unfortunately, in the time that passed since the original game it has lost some its appeal. Either that or we expect more from a fully priced game.

Transformers doesn't make any radical changes to the classic action game genre, but it does have likeable characters and top-notch production values, coupled with enjoyable gameplay.

As a single-player game, the AI flaws begin to add up in an annoyance, so it is strongly recommended that you play with another player in split-screen or online

NCAA March Madness 07 has a few gameplay issues. If you list them, they do add up but in practice the game is enjoyable and will prove fun to all but the most picky of gamers.

One of those amazingly fun, carefree games and doesn’t take itself too seriously. The action is hectic and breaks every law of physic and though the gameplay isn’t that varied, it’s still quite fun.

NBA 07 doesn’t try to be something that it is not. It’s an arcade basketball title and it does that very well. The addition of the seriously fun minigames and improved presentation make it easy to recommend this iteration of the franchise.

The courses still look excellent featuring plenty of details including animals moving around in the background and the player models look good. The game is a little blocky at times, but looks fairly similar to the PS2 version.

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows plays like an enhanced version of Spider-Man 3 with a pretty cool story backing it up.

The game's audio is awesome. The soundtrack is fitting to the tense action present on-screen. The sound effects are particularly enjoyable, as they offer a bit of everything.

The game has a strong core gameplay and great stage designs, which get progressively harder but also more challenging. Definitely worth picking up for fans of the genre.

As long as you go into the game knowing that you’re going to be spending 1800 points ($22.50) to get the entire experience, you won’t be disappointed once you get the entire package.

A nice blend of "Ninja Gaiden" and "Splinter Cell," and offers a lot of bang for your buck.

The game's tweaks, graphics update, and gameplay mode additions make it one of the better games in the "bang for your buck" category. The Gamecube version is noticeable inferior to the other versions of the game, however, so those versions are recommended.
