Even despite its flaws, Silent Hill: Downpour manages to scare and entertain the living hell out of me. Change isn't always bad, especially for a town so devoted to change its visitors as Silent Hill. [May 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Great fighting system, but game suffers from lackluster manuscript and voice acting. [Aug 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

The amount of money a player has to spend in order to get all out of this game is ridiculous, especially when all of the content is recycled from older games. The multiplayer is pretty fun, though. [Feb 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Suffers from the maddenigly generic fantasy setting and the redundancy of some features, but comes through with addictive dungeon scavenging and suitable gameplay for a portable device. [Jan 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

A quite good action-adventure. Nier mixes in different gameplay styles quite carelessly - some of them work, some of them don't. Luckily none of them last too long. The basic enemies are quite dull, too. [June 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

Looks great, but plays in a way that proves that iPad is not an action games device. [Apr 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

A fantasy-filled adventure with an extraordinarily magical atmosphere. The puzzles are great, the interface is simple but good, and the school of magic is terrific. Although there is too much running back-and-forth, Keepsake is an adventure worth playing. [May 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Has a good feel of the world of Narnia in it, but as a game it is rather dull and average. Good fun for the fans of the movie. [Jan 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

A beat 'em up that is both pretty and a lot of fun with interesting music-related gameplay ideas. The controls are a bit too complicated for a beat 'em up, though. And where has the 4-player game gone? [Mar 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Not very faithful to Cthulhu table top game traditions, but it is an enjoyable turn based tactical game nevertheless. [Apr 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Well, obviously this had to be done. Bioshock is a beautiful iShooter, but unfortunately the controls are absolutely horrible. Here we have one of the best FPS games on iPad. This tells a sad story of a genre that’s totally wrong for the platform. [Oct 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Capcom has invested much on the multiplayer content, but unfortunately the game fails to deliver. The campaign is much less nerve wrecking with human aid, but the biggest issue concerning other multiplayer modes is the lack of players. [June 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

What could've been a good sequel to a great RPG is shot down by several shortcomings including (but not limited to) out-of-date graphics, numerous flaws in the storytelling department and a dull and lifeless world. While Dawn works as a nostalgia trip for Symphonia fans, it just doesn't have much to offer to other players. [Jan 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

A decent little strategic RPG. The combat system is good, but the battles tend to be too easy and repetitive. [Mar 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Strike Suit Zero love won't last long because gameplay and mission designs are mediocre at it best. [May 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A really intriguing mixture of genres. There's a sandbox world to explore, lot's of first-person shooting and some role-playing, with space flight and combat thrown in to tie it all together. It's unfinished, badly written and at times not very fun, but there's nothing out there like it. [Oct 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

World Racing 2 has very nice freeform tracks. If you miss a turn, you miss it. The AI is a bit questionable, though. [April 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

The battles look and sound nice, but do not offer much in terms of tactics and are often frustrating because of the ship captains' low IQ. [Oct 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Men of War: Assault Squad 2 is just about the best multiplayer experience the World War II games have to offer. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

An exhilaratingly brutal and brilliantly beautiful action adventure from the days of yore when ships were made of wood and men were made of iron. Some of the best barbarian entertainment we've had in years. [Apr 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

Hex-based strategy games aren't dead after all. Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon is quite faithful to the license and features a huge number of units, which is great news for everyone who loves the Warhammer universe. However, there are also many faults that will hinder the experience. These include poor tutorial, and lack of documentation, lackluster story and missing movement animations.- Pelit (Finland)

Star Wars Pinball is a classic game, based on the George Lucas' Universe. The table Design is inspired and everything works fine, but the annoying bug with the wifi connection must be addressed as soon as possible.- Pelit (Finland)

Bone: Out from Boneville & The Great Cow Race are good fun even for beginners. The Great Cow Race is much better than the shaky first episode, being more non-linear, having tighter gameplay and expanding on the comic's story instead of just retelling it. [Jan 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

The basic idea behind A Shadow's Tale is quite intriguing, but the game design fails to drain the main portion of its drive. The game plays it's strongest hand in the opening quarter and unfortunately rest of this trek is repetition of the few good ideas. If the contents were compressed and the game sold via Wiiware, the result would definitely be an instant classic. [June 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

I have always liked birds, but I have never dated them so that's the main reason why I wanted to play Hatoful Boyfriend. The game is a dating sim where you control a teenage girl who eventually ends up in a relationship with a pigeon, dove or some other type of bird. Although everything about it sounds like a big joke, the story is surprisingly deep and has a lot of replay value. I personally didn't like the fact that the game doesn't offer much freedom, because you have to follow pre-defined paths, but I guess that's part of the genre. [Nov 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Trying to fit a square peg to a round hole is a tough job. So is digitizing a board game and trying to sell it for a full price. Mario Party Star Rush is decent multiplayer fun, but it should be a mobile game that's sold for a few bucks. [Nov 2016]- Pelit (Finland)
