The Forgotten City tells an interesting story and uses a unique timeloop mechanic. Sadly, from a technical perspective, there is a lot that went wrong, going from bugs to weird animations. Nevertheless, we cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed this game.- PC Games

With its superb pixel art, engaging action, varied levels, tons of enemies and a stylish soundtrack, Huntdown is a winner. I just wish it lasted a bit longer.- PC Games

Control does have its fair share of issues, like the useless map and the subpar pacing of the story. These flaws, however, are not enough to take away from the ever-entertaining fights against enemies, the great atmosphere and the strong worldbuilding. I for one will not leave the Federal Bureau of Control until I’ve unsheathed the last of its mysteries.- PC Games

A true South Park experience, brimming with crude jokes, nasty insults and crazy ideas. It's also fun to play, although lacking some depth and replay value. But even without meaningful decisions and a diverse class system this is a roleplaying game that every fan of South Park will enjoy – like a 14-hour episode of the show.- PC Games

It may take some time to really appreciate some of Tunics design choices and the difficulty could put some people off. But once it clicks, Tunic is a smartly designed action adventure that offers a fresh take on the established Zelda formula.- PC Games

Shadow Tactics does a beautiful job of reviving the Commandos formula, with challenging missions, interesting characters and varied level design. A robust user interface and three slots for quicksaves make sure that not only the hardcore audience, but virtually every player can have a great time with Shadow Tactics. All you need is a bit of patience.- PC Games

Agatha Christie would be proud: Loco Motive marries the old-school whodunnit-mystery with point-and-click-adventures of the 90’s. Its cartoony artstyle and whacky comedy blend together into a cozy detective-game to whisk us away into the glam of the roaring 20’s.- PC Games

Silent Hill f impresses with its psychological horror and the sense of unknowing that doesn't disappear even after reaching the first ending. The combat system is just as enjoyable as the horror.- PC Games

While Assetto Corsa is a trimmed-down game in many ways, the authentic cars, detailed tracks and realistic physics make it a joy for every fan of the genre. A fitting presentation as well as an extensive online mode enrich the game in many ways.- PC Games

A motivating slaughterfest with systems you can completely immerse yourself in, but don't have to. Fun exploration and varied combat styles enrich the experience, but Nioh 3 also suffers from the same technical, loot, and recycling issues as Team Ninja's previous works.- PC Games

Don’t go into Football Manager 2022 hoping for great presentation or spectacular graphics, for you’re not gonna get it. No, this is more like „Looking at Excel Sheets: The Game“, but for what it is worth, it excels at that (pun very much intended). It’s complex, it’s slow, but if you find your way into it, it is also extremely satisfying once you get the hang of it.- PC Games

Far Cry 2 is far from perfect, but the gorgeous African landscapes and thrilling gun-fights make up for the annoying enemy camps with their constantly spawning occupants. Ubisoft delivers an immersive First-Person-Shooter, which is easily on a level with Call of Duty 4.- PC Games

Sometimes Death’s Door is pretty crisp, especially a passage in the Ceramic Palace really made me curse. But I couldn't stop, I wanted to move on. The game did a really good job of keeping me going despite all the setbacks. One flaw: even before the test, I played a preview version of Death's Door, which ran very smoothly. That's why I'm pretty amazed that performance drops occur in the full version. For me the adventure is still an indie highlight and I wait patiently for patches so that Death's Door runs as smoothly as before.- PC Games

As a survival game, The Alters poses surprisingly hart questions. It forces players to make difficult decisions that test their morals and ethics. With its deep story and the far-reaching consequences, it could be the most innovative game of the year.- PC Games

With much more culture, the world congress and international trade routes Civilization V gains more depth than ever. Not only for fans of Civilization V is Brave New World worth a recommendation. With his second expansion confirmed Civilization V its position as leader in the genre of turn-based strategy games. I see much nights with less sleep in the next weeks.- PC Games

There‘s something magical about Kirby’s new adventure. It brings back that childlike joy which comes from exploring a big museum, library or department store. The game is easy enough to pick up, but also more challenging than recent outings of the pink puffball. In some places, it is breathtakingly beautiful, while in others, it is just cute, silly fun. It may have a nonsensical story, it may not be a next grand open-world adventure, but Kirby and the Forgotten Land is wonderful nonetheless. It is pure joy from start to finish.- PC Games

With a charming cast of undead pirates, lots of style and all the bells and whistles from Desperados 3, this is another excellent addition to Mimimis considerable catalogue. The unusual freedom of choice however proves to be a double-edged sword: It's fun to pick a crew and play the missions as we see fit, but it also takes away some of the challenge we loved in the previous games.- PC Games
