Only the most commited turn-or card-based strategy gamers will enjoy <i.Star Chamber</i>, which is a real shame, because with better online help(there's no manual)and a more fleshed-out tutorial, this game could have appealed to a wider audience. [July 2006, p.97]

Though dubbed "The Thinking Person's Fighting Game" by its creators, Wrestling Spirit II may at first inspire you to bang your head against a wall rather than think with it--this wrestling sim's early game can be uninteresting and repetitive. [Nov. 2006, p.120]

It's debatable whether making players responsible for creating content is genius of laziness--doing so helps bond players to the game, but since Faces as few players to being with, you'll likely end up bored. [Sep 2006, p.70]

For its $65 price tag, RWG makes a decent party game, but it would be better if it came with an extra set of gloves, because tediously wrapping and unwrapping the Velcro closures and passing them back and forth was a real pain. [Sep 2006, p.96]

Once installed, the Seawolves mod bundle will certainly improve your "SH3" experience, but if you have a broadband conncetion, you're much better off with the vastly superior Grey Wolves supermod from Subsim.com. It outperforms Seawolves on every measurable level and it won't cost you a dime. [Dec. 2006, p.128]

As it stands, it's an almost-there game that you can't stop playing in the hope that it eventually gets better. It doesn't, but that might change if developer Koios Works goes back to the drawing board in a few areas. [Nov. 2006, p.76]

The zones look fantastic - SOE's art department deserves serious kudos for what it's done with the aging engine - but with so many unusued zones in EverQuest as it is, do we really need more? [Holiday 2006, p.88]

For a mind-boggling $59.99, you get slow, sloppy fighting (punches and kicks pass through opponents), miserable controls, and feather-light physics that make it seem as though the game's 35-plus tin combatants are battling on the moon. [Holiday 2006, p.114]

On your first puzzle, you'll notice helpful features, such as spot-lit columns and rows that intersect at selected squares, highlighting each instance of a chosen number on the board.
