Better, if for no other reason but the improved game mechanics. If they had made those improvements alone and left out the "Revenge" mode, I probably would score the game higher. Games for this kind of system are supposed to be fun, simple and not terribly time-consuming. From a simulation perspective, the game suffers because there is no way to control the pace of the fight. The jab and the straight cross have very little effect on the computer so you are forced to get in close and throw uppercuts and hooks the entire time.- Operation Sports
