Nice colors and a ton of glitter disguise a world full of dodgy characters and moral squalor. Bigby is constantly under pressure and we are immediately caught in a web of lies. This is the right turn for the series.

Outlast will scare you and make you jump on your chair thanks to an almost perfect direction and sound design. However, the experience doesn't really stand out because of some limits.

Aside from some stylish visuals, John Woo’s debut on mobile gaming feels like a big disappointment: Bloodstroke is a repetitive and uninspired action game, flawed by some really incoherent design.

A brilliant comedy that takes place in a sandbox world. It's hilarious and poignant at the same time, and above anything else it's a lot of fun.

Despite the good ideas, in particular the introduction of the Echo, the latest work by Robot Entertainment does not reach the sufficiency due to a repetitive structure and to very problematic gameplay on PC.

UnEpic comes to Wii U basically unchanged, but with a couple of interesting new features. By the way, it's still a blast for all the metroidvania fans.

Kickbeat is a simple rhythm game enriched with martial arts. The result is an intuitive, maybe too simple and poor but very challenging game.

Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition on iPad is the same great game that we already know on PC. Unfortunately, the touch-based control system cannot deliver the same experience granted by the mouse-keyboard couple.

Castle Doombad is fun, immediate and packed with plenty of traps and levels. Undoubtedly one of the best tower defense games around.

Archangel delivers a charming, visually stunning action RPG experience, but it fails to deliver due to an unfortunate mix of RTS controls and level design.

Tomb Raider is a highly accomplished reboot, and the term Definitive Edition goes well with this version of the game. The setting is excellent, the character's transformation is emotional and effective, and the pacing and variety of the gameplay are top notch. The Definitive Edition really is definitive but isn't worth a repeat buy for those who've already experienced Lara's story.

SpellForce 2: Demons of the Past has nothing new to offer. It is the same, old game with a single player campaign that is difficult to understand by anyone who hasn't played SpallForce 2: Shadow Wars.

This isn't the best game in the series, but it's a fun and addictive puzzle game anyway. The traditional Dr.Mario is still here, and the new "Luigi mode" is an interesting addiction; the online play also works well. An essential and alternative version of a classic.
