Innovation is Skate’s key, despite not having every trick and a few minor graphic issues. What Skate brings to the genre is a totally different perspective and it pulls it off incredibly.- MS Xbox World

If you are a big fan of the original DJ Hero 1 then there is no question to be asked at all... go out and buy DJ Hero 2 right now. It's more of the same, but better.- MS Xbox World

Splinter Cell Conviction has turned the series upside down for the better, ditching the archaic gameplay of old which to be frank has gotten stale. The all new action stealth approach feels so much better and a lot more rewarding.- MS Xbox World

Developer Neversoft has taken the formula that Harmonix started and managed to keep the greatness of the Guitar Hero franchise intact. Killer yet unique gameplay combined with a to-die-for song list, makes this title a must own 360 game in my opinion.- MS Xbox World

With all of the added single player goodness of a Story Mode, Tournaments, Challenges, the new/classic game types, and the inclusion of Xbox Live play (which is a rule for Unreal) Unreal Championship 2 has the highest replay value of any 2005 release yet, and every minute, online or off, is just damn fun.- MS Xbox World

If you missed out on Fight Night Round 4, then EA's latest release with Champion is most certainly the heavyweight contender in the battle for your Xbox 360 disc tray. If you're after more of the same with the Legacy mode, and want some new talent to compete with online, then Champion will no doubt prove a worthy purchase, though if it's purely the entertaining, yet short-lived Champion mode that is of interest for you, then a rental is perhaps best advised.- MS Xbox World

Sadly the popular co-op mode from "Chaos Theory" did not make its return in Double Agent, I’m sure there are reasons but I am and no doubt many other fans of "Chaos Theory’s" co-op mode will be disappointed that it did not make its return in the new game.- MS Xbox World

Far Cry offers an extensive single player that begs to be played more than once despite not having a difficulty select from the offset. The game is as tough or as easy as you make it depending on how you decide to play.- MS Xbox World

Whilst not offering the same level of depth to characters or story as in "Knights of the Old Republic," Fable offers a much more experimentation and rewarding free form game play with a silent yet loveable lead character as a representation of yourself.- MS Xbox World

Simply put, Monkey Island 2 is one of the industry's most widely regarded titles, one that stood at the top of it's genre for years to come, and now looks set to do so for many more to follow. It's place in any self-respecting gamers' library is vital, and without doubt, incredibly as well deserved now as it ever was.- MS Xbox World

So, if you like fighting games and are looking for something new then by all means get this. If not, then rent it first and see if the lure of Ryu versus Spider-Man in glorious 3D for ever more is enough to suck you right in for the purchase when it's time to give it back to the store.- MS Xbox World

However, even with this rather cumbersome fault, the Secret Armory of General Knoxx is one of the best add-ons we’ll see this year for Borderlands or any other game, making it well worth the price of admission.- MS Xbox World

A huge success for boxing fans and gamers alike, and is well worth a purchase, but with lackluster commentary, no custom soundtrack support, and, like all current EA titles, no Xbox Live support, it falls just short of the greatness that could have been.- MS Xbox World

THQ and Volition have truly outdone themselves with Red Faction: Guerrilla. They have effectively “mined” the eight-year-old franchise and struck gaming gold, combining several recent yet tried–and-true gameplay mechanics with a spectacular physics engine, top-notch production values and a great story, resulting in a worthy (and easily the best ) sequel to the franchise as well as a highly original product in its own right.- MS Xbox World
