An interesting match 3 and Tetris-like puzzle game mix, but with too little content and lack of depth.

Yet another extremely valid and compelling game in FIFA series, with great variety and a very good story mode. Our primary complaint is about lack of fidelity with many players: what's the point of adding so many of them if visual, animations, and stats fidelity is only accurate in the most popular ones?

A must have game for any strategy lover: XCOM 2 builds on his predecessor strengths with a new compelling setting, solid gameplay and an high challenge level capable of delivering great rewards. If you love turn-based strategy, you can't miss it.

A brilliant shoot'em up, capable of mixing the genre's classic mechanics with beat'em up and RPG elements and with lots of modes and customizability. Its only fault is a too generic and uninspired look, but otherwise it's one of the best shooters around.

A stunning pixel art game, with a very interesting mix of mechanics ranging from management to tower defense in a roguelike structure. Unluckily it can get quickly boring too, and when it's not it can deliver some unbearable difficulty spikes.

A GoW game made for GoW lovers: it manages to successfully leverage all of the series strengths with a convincing story and a new cast of characters, awesome graphics and a contents-packed multiplayer, even if they're not trying to innovate the series.

An unique experience with mountains of puzzles to solve, a great look and an intangible mystery to discover, but lacking on the storytelling side and with a sometimes unbalanced difficulty progression.

A nice revival of 80's Zelda-like RPGs, with lots of content and engaging puzzles.

The Bunker offers an FMV gaming revival with an intriguing story, good acting and a great location, but with very low interactivity and replay value, for less than a couple of hours of enjoyment. It's worth a run if you're not bothered by the whole "interactive movie" concept.

Thanks to its deep simulation and strategic features, Mount & Blade: Warband is a great game for every lover of the medieval age, provided that you're willing to create your own story as the game won't provide any.

A good action metroidvania and roguelike mix, with some interesting elements but spoiled by some technical problems and poor design decisions.

A very good first person puzzle game, with solid - even if not too original - puzzle design and a surprising story. Definitely advised to lovers of Portal-like games.

The best sports sim around got even better, with an improved gameplay and stunning graphics.

A visually awesome experience with fascinating landscapes and great animations, but a little bit on the boring side gameplay-wise. More variety in the combat mechanics and some more care on camera and map design would have greatly benefited the game.

A heartfelt and intimate experience, putting us in the shoes of a fragile man who chose the isolation of nature to escape a great pain. It's more an interactive tale rather than a proper game, but its good story and awesome sceneries make it worth the experience. Too bad for the frequent and annoying stutters and frame-rate drops: it could have used some more optimization.

An interesting 2D retro horror experiment, graced by an interesting story but unluckily dragged down by too-boring-and-uncomfortable gameplay.

A visually brilliant adventure, graced by a very good direction that managed to tighten the storytelling and to get rid of the more boring walking sections in the walking simulator genre. Unluckily, though, we couldn't fully appreciate the surreal and confusing story, even after a second playthrough.

Thanks to a solid and well-tested gameplay coupled with a brilliant portal/character management, the physical assembly of all the pieces and the presence of great franchises like Doctor Who, Portal and Return to the Future, LEGO Dimensions manages to grab the crown of best toys-to-life game around.

PES 2017 greatly improves gameplay, tactics and match simulation and variety resulting in an unrivaled on the field play experience. It's still got to get rid of some old habits mainly in the licenses and player behaviour reproduction, but it's undoubtedly shining anew.

ReCore is a two-sided game: the first half shows a very promising game, with great combat and platforming coupled with an inspired design, but all of these efforts get crushed once you reach the latter levels, demanding long and boring grinding and object collection sessions. Had the developers stopped before these sections, it would have been a great game.

A worthy sequel in Bandai Namco's hyper-frenzied Pac-Man series, with a highly competitive gameplay and some important new mechanics. It might have used some more variety, but it's undoubtedly a must buy for all lovers of this genre.

Experienced racing lovers will be able to fully enjoy it, while more casual and less patient gamers should look elsewhere.

A.O.T. Wings of Titan is a convincing Attack on Titan tie-in, with satisfying gameplay mechanics and good story. Its main flaw is its strong objectives repetitiveness, but it won't disappoint AoT fans.
