Licensed games sure aren't what they used to be.

That said, a slicker presentation, better multiplayer, more question variety and the ability to download question packs for a small fee could've made this the next great game show.

Shadow Assassins could've been a great game had some things been changed or revamped. Instead, only the truly dedicated will see it through to the end, and even they may opt for the original PSOne game instead.

Ragnarok DS is a huge disappointment, whether you're a casual RPG fan or a tried-and-true follower of the MMORPG series. The gameplay holds little to no interest, the presentation has serious flaws and the multiplayer is nothing more than gimmicky.

Skip on this game and choose another rhythm title. You'll be glad you did.

The big reason why this game received a two out of five, though, is because it crashed multiple times at random moments, forcing us to restart the system. Bottom line, we find this unacceptable.

We realize that Mystery of the Clue Bender Society is made for younger players, but most kids today are computer literate at increasingly younger ages. Don't insult them with a gift of self-solving puzzles and the overall poor reincarnation of a literature legend.

The publisher made a big mistake with the controls. Don't even think about swiping in one fluid motion; you know, to mimic rolling a ball. Here, you simply tap two meters that gauge how straight the ball travels and power. It's even worse in Puzzle mode, which asks you to drag an image of a balling ball to a specific area, letting your character do the actual work.

It's a great idea that could have led to one of the more innovative mash ups we've seen. Sadly, the final result is disappointingly average.

The battles are stale, the storyline is boring, and the graphics are fairly weak; what more does I have to say to make you avoid this title?

Combine that with the uninspired battles, and Sinbad simply lacks an addictive hook. Eventually, we questioned the point of playing this game, and after failing to come up with a good answer, deleted it. What could have been, oh yes. What could have been.

Monument Valley is enjoyable in the same way the Mona Lisa is enjoyable, once you see it once the magic is over. Adding to this feeling is the complete lack of challenge and the short playtime of around an hour. There is no replay value what-so-ever, once the game is over it is over.

Although the developers earned high marks for creating a visually appealing experience, the in-ring action plods along at such a slow pace that we quickly lost interest.

It's an embarrassment to the sport of basketball as portrayed by videogames, a pick-up game between ten players who have broken legs and are trying to walk on them.

If one wanted to be truly hateful, it's not unreasonable to say that the "Metroid Prime : Hunters" demo has shown more promise with what the DS can do with first person shooters than the final product EA has given us with GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.

A tough game to recommend. Although it shows signs of life, those bothersome mini games get in the way of what could've been the best 3DS driving game.

Super Monkey Ball Adventure isn't really that fun. Travellers Tales didn't think the whole concept through, and as a result, the game suffers.

What really kills Jurassic Park, though, are those aforementioned hiccups. The game has a tendency to not only stutter, but briefly freeze, making it nearly impossible to obtain gold ranks per mission, as things have a nasty habit of going haywire right before you interact with a scene. The Quick Time Event pops up, the game freezes and you're unable to react, thus receiving bronze or, if you're lucky, silver.

Still, we can't fully recommend a basketball game if the main function of the game is this broken. If you can't shoot worth a damn or defend worth a damn, then, really, what's the point if the AI is just going to run right over you?
