Not only is Story Mode deep and engaging, but Puzzle Creation adds infinite possibilities. Thirty bucks is still too much to spend, but considering the value, you'll have fun if you do.

Sure, it's not the hottest-looking racing game out there, and it's got gameplay that has been done before in other games, but it has a bevy of bonuses to uncover, and very suitable options that would be perfect for you, especially if you were born to kick up mud with tires onto your sponsored jeans.

It lacks precision controls and Game Sharing, but this shoot-em-up still brings plenty to the table. If you're a fan, don't hesitate.

The multiplayer options and new battle additions make Strikeforce better than other Dynasty Warriors games. Perhaps Strikeforce 2 (we're sure Koei's already working on it) will be the ultimate battle game.

Unfortunately, Kamikaze Attack is a proverbial one-trick pony, and it won't be long before you've had enough kicking frogs and deflecting rockets. It gets old, and fast.

Extended Play could have been a little better in terms of its presentation and some of its title selections (why no Hydro Thunder?), but it's a good start for the series' portable run, and I hope that future chapters continue to bring us the best of Midway's gaming past.

Cool idea, loveable character, challenging play, but not a game changer. We've seen and played this type of App numerous times before.

It's cool while it lasts. Unfortunately, the lack of mission variety makes Rocket Riot a bit tedious, while the missing multiplayer mode is a real letdown. Had it come packaged with even local MP, we would've increased the score.

Is it perfect? No. The missions eventually grow tiresome, and you'll likely give up the grind, but for a dollar, it's worth a look.

Do give it a go, but unless we get a premium version of the game in the months ahead, do be prepared for long-term disappointment.

No, Puzzle Chronicles isn't a must-have in the same league as Puzzle Quest, but if you want a different kind of puzzle experience and don't mind putting up with a story similar to Red Sonja, feel free to splurge.

There's so many things that work for it, like the quick-styled gameplay and the presentation, and yet it's knocked down by the loading times and the fact that not too much sets it apart from the console version.

While this is a pretty and challenging game, it may simply turn out to be one that's a little too rich for your racing blood.

Fans of The Last Rocket will no doubt welcome the chance to continue their travels, but it's a tough sell for those who have come to expect a little more from their runners. Still, it would be churlish not to acknowledge that this is at least something different in a stale genre.

Sonic Generations doesn't have enough meat on its bones to stand alongside the best handheld Sonics on the market, but it's still worth a look.

It's by no means perfect, but it is a refreshing change of pace for tower-building lovers, even if genre newcomers would be better served by other titles on the App Store.

Ultimately, the overwhelming frustration makes Fragger HD a huge pain in the butt.

Top Spin 3 isn't flashy, but it's fun, and if you need a tennis game for DS, this one is aces in our book.
