Bethesda brings one of the most popular and great RPG in the history to portable mode, which should be considered not only as a challenge, but also an awesome achievement. Skyrim comes to Nintendo Switch with every piece of content, solid graphics and smooth controls, and that's not just good, but very good news.

Not much novelty for a game that was already brilliant. Wii U has a complete and nearly perfect version, very tactile and easy to enjoy, also in multiplayer.

Guitar Hero Metallica lands with many cool new features and very good presentation. Taking the role of one of the greatest bands of all time is not an easy task, but the game manages well to give the player a huge amount of songs, while fitting well for different skill levels. Furious fret working and thundering drumming are the basics of what achieve to be a great tribute. Only the length of the songs, which can exhaust almost any player on highest difficulty and the decision to not be compatible with other downloadable content different than Death Magnetic are real drawbacks on this great game.

An excellent game made in the best tradition of Metroid or Symphony of the Night. Great combat system, striking visuals, superb artistic direction, notable humour and a really good soundtrack. The enemies get a bit repetitive and the evolution of the combat from El Luchador could be longer, but overall, a really recommended buy.

Gorogoa is a unique and amazing puzzle-game that deserves an opportunity, for the bravery of it's creator and because we need games like this in the industry to make it going forward.

Touchdown's done it again. And with him, we receive the best work that Suda51's made so far, with an outstanding graphics engine and a story that will take players to the city of Santa Destroy, in a vendetta-like-story in which Travis will have to get to the first place of the UAA... and find out who was the man that wasted his patiente with the murder of his best friend. Desperate Struggle's one of the best games for this console.

NBA 2K keeps being the best basketball game made so far in the story of videogames, which is something to feel proud about. However, we hope for bolder advances in the future to push the formula harder.

Red Matter 2 is a technical wonder. Vertical Robot have raised, with this second part, a bar that they had already established with their previous game. It is a graphic top that dynamites the supposed limits of the standalone console and that should be a wake-up call for other developers. But its benefits do not stop there. Red Matter 2 is an excellent retro-futuristic adventure packed with puzzles, platforming, and action. Essential.

A triumph of the interactive narrative, good proof that with good writers and a solid direction, letting the player make decisions can make a good story better. An intense game with more decisions and more consequences.

WarGroove wants to become a fiercely competitive game for this old genre; and this brand new Chucklefish title does it. However, at the end of the day, it is not deep nor complex enough to be excellent.

Layton's latest adventure is his best for the time being. Same graphics, different sounds and a completely new storyline is very much what players are going to find in The Diabolical Box, a game that has nothing but fun to offer every player that have the guts to get over with more than a hundred puzzles and a compelling story. One of the best games of this year without any doubt at all.

2K Sports carefully crafted the best basketball game in recent times. It was difficult to improve last year's entry, but they worked hard and launched an even better game. Gameplay-wise, it's quite similar to 2K8, but now it's more fluid, more complex and with the new DNA feature, that lets you customize your players. Let the new season begin!

A different, wild trip on the same island, this history showing Sergeant "Psycho" Sykes makes Crysis Warhead not only a technical achievement, showing the best graphics on a PC yet, but a great example of fast-paced strategic action, making it a game that, more than a spin-off, can stand by its own.

Virtuos Games has taken the edge off with Nintendo Switch. This port is absolutely brilliant; even though it sacrifices some graphic details and textures definition. The result is one of the most stunning adaptations ever made on this console, with a minimum impact in regards with the PS4 or Xbox One version farther than 30 FPS.
