The idea behind the game was brilliant, the implementation could've been better.

If you want revolutionary gameplay then you should stay as far away from this game as possible. But if you're looking for the same experience as the previous games intensified to a whole new level then you're in luck, because that is exactly what GoW 3 does.

Any true JRPG fan will find that Resonance of Fate, despite all its shortcomings, is an exciting and challenging adventure...and at its core - a great battle system that is as complicated as it is brilliant.
