Dungeons of Hinterberg isn't the game you think it is, and that's what makes it so good. A gorgeous world, smooth combat, and great RPG elements as well.

Midnight Murder Club is an inventive and entertaining multiplayer game, which will provide plenty of pitch black fun for the squad. If you can handle the tension and don’t mind a slight lack of variety in its early access form it’s a great time to jump on board the murder train, just make sure to eat your carrots first. Atomfall might not get everything right, but by St. George it gets England right - and that might be enough.

inZOI is an ambitious attempt to topple Maxis’ empire, but in its current form it’s not really exciting enough to pose a threat to it. The use of generative AI is unpleasant, the actual gameplay is too slow paced, and there’s just a lack of charm in the world. Hopefully this period of early access can shake things up enough to make some serious improvements to the game, because right now it merely remains one to watch. [Early Access Review]

What Fragpunk lacks in subtlety it makes up for with a lack of subtlety. It's loud and brash and silly and deliberately off-kilter.

Reignbreaker is a decent isometric roguelike, but doesn't do enough to stand out in a genre that's getting more and more crowded.

Fans of the original will love Head over Heels: Deluxe, as it is not only faithful to the source material and doesn’t seek to mess around with it too much, it has enough new content and tweaks to actually improve upon the original.

Beyond the Ice Palace 2 is unashamedly retro and blatantly derivative, but it's also quite enjoyable to play if you like a stiff challenge.
