The basic mechanic of riding a snowboard down a mountain covered in white bliss is pure fun and beautifully framed in Shaun White's Snowboarding. Unfortunately, the actual meat of the game is severely flawed which cripples the overall experience. Competitions and other game modes are riddled with issues, bad AI and poorly designed challenges being two of them. Shaun White's Snowboarding does the actual gameplay right, and just about everything else wrong.- Level7.nu

This is a somewhat odd product. There are really excellent songs to be found here, but everything else in the package feels empty and lackluster. Since it's possible to buy a number of AC/DC albums in the Rock Band store already we're having trouble identifying the purpose of this game. Because of this we can only recommend this title for AC/DC fans, if at all.- Level7.nu

Ryse: Son of Rome is a really good looking game, but at the same time incredible stupid. Thanks to the graphics and the amount of brutal combat the adventure managed to entertain, at least for a bit. If you find Ryse on sale it can be worth a closer look, but for a full price game it’s a disappointment.- Level7.nu

The Shoot is a stylish rail shooter that both entertain and annoy. The actual shooting works fine, but some other movements are not always recorded as they should. Moreover, it's unnecessarily difficult to unlock the few courses that are available - especially for younger players. Thanks to the nice setting and an intelligent scoring system, The Shoot is still a good choice for fans of the genre.- Level7.nu

Despite some good physics and an interesting online experience, Create isn't very interesting at all. The controls doesn't really work properly, the menus are too complicated and the environments of the game feels downright boring.- Level7.nu

The foundation works but there isn’t much more than that. A game for those already interested in the series.- Level7.nu

Stupid story, repetitive gameplay and sub par controls. Some of the action is fun, but Dead to Rights should have been buried long ago.- Level7.nu

Speed, pacing and quick reaction skills is what we've always associated with Sonic. And when you go for your first run in Sonic Unleashed everything feels just right. But then night comes and all of a sudden Sonic turns into a werewolf. And here's where ugly turns to bad. Sonic Unleashed becomes an uninspired action title, completely bereft of any finesse. When you're actually out running on the fast levels the game is pure fun, but the dull button mashing moments as a werewolf is enough to destroy the overall experience.- Level7.nu

NHL 15 is a promising but lacking premiere on the new consoles. Basic mechanics work great and the new physics engine improves the shooting and skating quite a bit. Unfortunately there isn’t much more to do than shoot and skate since most of the in-depth content is missing. What isn’t missing though is odd bugs and lousy defensive play. NHL 15 is still a good game, but it should have been better.- Level7.nu

The combination of fighting and music can seem strange at first, but it actually works pretty well. Unfortunately both the fighting system and the music selection isn’t good enough. Still it is a decent game for those who want to try something new.- Level7.nu

A classic JRPG with the usual pros and cons. Too much unnecessary running and cumbersome combat preparations but with two big adventures and smart combat. It's still worth the price for JRPG nuts.- Level7.nu

The sixth movie in the Harry Potter series was a great and entertaining experience - something that can't be said about it's videogame adaptation. The core premise of the game is built around three monotonous minigames that are repeated throughout the game. The one saving grace is that the adventuring and exploring are somewhat interesting and the musical score is great.- Level7.nu

Proof that first person shooters can work perfectly on portable consoles. The arsenal is as good as ever in the Resistance-series, but the campaign is quite short and forgettable.- Level7.nu

Time Crisis 4 is a great conversion from the arcade original to the console platforms, with minor additions to appease the new crowd. There are a lot of hours of play in this package and as long as you’re not expecting anything other than a classic Time Crisis experience you’ll find a healthy dose of intense action in this title.- Level7.nu

The basic premises of Dark Void are promising enough. Combining ground based combat in third person with aerial jetpack combat could very well be the foundation of an entertaining action title. Unfortunately, Dark Void is a prime example of great ideas executed poorly. A far too drawn out introduction, terribly bleak storytelling and uninspiring combat all contribute to the wasted potential that is Dark Void.- Level7.nu

Eight years ago, this was a fantastic game. It's still entertaining and the weapons and companion AI are as good as in newer games. But several features haven't aged well.- Level7.nu

Despite having an interesting premise, with a space mission gone wrong on a desolated planet, the experience offered by Lifeless Planet ends up being a bit lacklustre. The graphics is on the weak side and do not do the varied environments justice, while the puzzle- and platforming sections are forgettable at best. A few peak moments could make the game pass among sci-fi enthusiasts, but I would have preferred a more compressed story.- Level7.nu

A charming platformer with lots of references to the Disney universe. Gameplay-wise it's badly flawed though. The camera, controls and AI are below acceptable levels.- Level7.nu

Murdered: Soul Suspect offers an exciting and unpredictably storyline that makes it difficult to stop playing. Being a ghostly detective comes with different abilities, but these powers are unfortunately fairly limited. The game is also a bit on the shorter end and never challenging. Nevertheless, thanks to a great script and likable characters, Murdered: Soul Suspect is a fun and different gaming experience that will keep you entertained from the beginning all the way to the shocking finale.- Level7.nu

It's easy to be hypnotized by stunning graphics in Entwined, but the campaign is unvarying, the music is not in sync and the best segments of the game are also the shortest, unfortunately. Great looks aren't an excuse for a otherwise mediocre game.- Level7.nu

Smash meteors, put out fires and destroy robots. The controls are not working, the graphics looks pretty bad and it's just not very fun to play. Still, it's probably one of the best Superman games.- Level7.nu

Track and field video games usually consist of endless button mashing, and this is no exception. Luckily most of the modes in this game demands some form of precision-based challenges as well as pure button mashing, making the experience at least a teeny bit varied. Unfortunately most of the challenges feel like they are up to chance rather than skill. This is a decent attempt at a track and field experience, nothing more.- Level7.nu

This game got some fun elements, but falls on boring gameplay-elements and a plain story. The game is fun when you jump around throwing discs at opponents, and can be quite challenging at times. Much of the gameplay is dull though and the multiplayer feels unnecessary.- Level7.nu

If you've ever wanted to play as a war machine, in Front Mission Evolved you'll have your chance. It's very entertaining in the beginning to walk around and blow up enemies. But after a while the lousy programmed AI, bad level design and all the bugs comes to play. Only for robot lovers with a lot of patience.- Level7.nu

APB is an interesting idea executed poorly. An open world action MMO in the same vein as the Crackdown franchise sounds great, but Realtime Worlds fail to make some of the fundamental mechanics entertaining. Though your options for customizing your experience are impressive to say the least it's not enough to make the experience worth your time and money.- Level7.nu

Even though Alone in the Dark shows great potential and a number of interesting ideas the overall experience is a poor one. Basically all parts of the game lack polish, and few of them are any good to begin with. The fact is that Alone in the Dark is a drag and playing through it is a pain. The intent for the game was good, the execution is poor.- Level7.nu

A decent action game that entertains for the moment. There are mechanics that encourage cooperation, but other than that there's not much to praise as characters, level design and AI (amongst others) are sub par.- Level7.nu
