At first glance it's easy to write Mini Ninjas off as a cute and quirky action adventure game, but the fact of the matter is that there is a surprising level of depth to be found here. With the ability to switch between different ninjas, gathering ingredients for potions and using magic spells in different ways all sum up to an equally cute and varied experience. There are flaws - such as a dodgy camera and a lack of real challenge - but these are not enough to deter from the thoroughly enjoyable experience that is Mini Ninjas.- Level7.nu

Being the sequel to the phenomenal Bioshock this title certainly has a lot to live up to, but Bioshock 2 does manage to deliver an engrossing and entertaining experience. There are virtually no innovation when it comes to the core concept and gameplay though and exploring Rapture often feels like a rehash of the first game. Despite the lack of new ideas the game is still very entertaining and the plot maintains the high standard set by the first game.- Level7.nu

The single player experience of Skate 3 is a minor improvement over the previous titles, and as such there is no reason for you to invest in this title if you primarily skateboard solo. It's in the online arena that this title shines. With a wealth of content to experience with, or against, others you'll never run out of things to do online. Since progress in the online mode transfers to your offline experience, and vice versa, this is the definitive skateboarding experience for those who haven't delved into the franchise yet.- Level7.nu

This fourth entry in the series offers a great production value with a slower tempo, allowing you to perfect your techniques. The character creation mode is the stand out feature offering gamers a jam packed mode with a slew of options for creating unique characters. New features such as Soul Gauge and Critical Attacks go unnoticed though. Despite this, and a somewhat uneven balance in the character roster, Soul Calibur IV is a great value for your money. This is fighting games at it's best.- Level7.nu

Bioshock for the PS3 is, like it was on Xbox 360, one heck of an fps-adventure. It's also still a tad bit linear and monotonous at times. But despite these minor flaws this is still a game where design and atmosphere sets the mark for other developers to aim for. Everything from your moral choices to the interconnected mythology of Rapture is intriguing and a must have for those who haven't experienced the Xbox 360 counterpart yet since this version is just as good in every way.- Level7.nu

De Blob is just one of those games that brings a smile to your face. You wouldn't think that rolling around in a ball coloring the environment would be this fun but it is. It's well adjusted to the Wii control and despite the hardware limitations the game looks great. There are flaws, but the overall experience is just pure fun.- Level7.nu

Playing Shadow Complex it's impossible not to draw references to old two dimensional classics such as Super Metroid and Bionic Commando, sources of inspiration that developer Chair Entertainment openly recognizes. The 2.5D game engine not only looks great but works great, offering the player an intense and enjoyable journey all the way through. The adventure might be a bit on the short side, but given the quality and entertainment you're offered here there is no reason to let this one pass you by. One of the best packages you'll find on Xbox Live.- Level7.nu

It is more of a tool for the creative ones than a traditional game. It is a simple, cheap and a rather powerful alternative to the more expensive and complicated software alternatives for the hobby musician.- Level7.nu

In a genre that hasn't really made progress since the era of 16-bit consoles, Valkyria Chronicles manages to innovate while at the same time being an utterly charming experience. The presentation is certainly easy on the eyes and is reminiscent of other aesthetically innovative experiences such as Otomos Steamboy, Miyazakis Howl's moving castle and Level-5's Jeanne D'arc. A welcome addition to the PS3-library.- Level7.nu

Killzone Mercenary is a technical masterpiece that also includes several original ideas for the series. The controls are sharp and the online component is promising. The fact that the artificial intelligence is quite bad and the campaign is rather short is easily compensated. For the foreseeable future Killzone Mercenary will constitute the absolute top of portable action games.- Level7.nu

A thoroughly enjoyable combination of rpg elements, social interactions and appealing presentation makes this a great adventure for all to experience. The fact that your actions always affects the rest of your experience does add a lot to the experience. There are a lot of bugs that mar the experience and the variety of enemies isn't exactly top notch, but Fable II will offer you a great adventure you don't want to miss out on.- Level7.nu

A fantastic turn-based adventure that builds directly on top of the same formula used in it's predecessor. It does demand a tad bit too much time due to the slow paced gameplay, but from the time invested you'll be awarded with a great experience. Great battles and a great variety in character development will keep you motivated for this 60 hour plus adventure.- Level7.nu

The fourth part in the Saints Row saga is an outrageous, silly and incredibly entertaining adventure. The days of Grand Theft Auto is since long gone and the game reminds you rather of the super hero games Crackdown and Infamous. An unexpected but welcome change.- Level7.nu

It's a shame that the controls are somewhat blocking the experience and that the serial killer story sometimes goes over the top, but Heavy Rain has some outstanding scenes, great animations, beautiful design and is one of the most interesting games in the last couple of years.- Level7.nu

Guacamelee is a very good mix of action and platform game in the vein of classical metroidvanias. The Mexican luchador theme is charming, the pacing is great and the combat and puzzles are challenging without being frustrating. An absolute must for fans of the sub-genre.- Level7.nu

Although this is a scaled down version of the Anno experience we've come to know on the PC it still has enough depth to captivate us through for hours with it's appealing blend of intuitive controls and charming graphics. The controls are well adapted to the unique control scheme of the Wii and the presentation does a god job of conveying all that's going on at any given time. If you're in the mood for a fun and well made strategic experience of a less hardcore nature, this is the game for you.- Level7.nu

The puzzles in Portal 2 are truly great, the co-op mode a welcome addition and the dialogues are sometimes hilarious. The constant "enter a room, solve the puzzle, enter a new room" formula does, however, get repetitive in the long run.- Level7.nu

Football Manager 2010 came with several welcome news, and this year's version only updates what was good in its predecessor. Here's interesting news that the communication with agents, players and media, some new training options and an updated game engine. Football Manager 2011 is a very complex, well crafted, engaging and time-consuming game, but if you have the predecessor, you must be a big fan to buy this.- Level7.nu
