Lords and Villeins delivers a very enjoyable gaming experience with beautiful graphics, which also hides fun mechanics and great gameplay. Let's go to the Middle Ages! [Issue#323]

A must not only for every lover of the genre, but of detective fiction in general. The dense atmosphere and inexplicable mysteries are even more pervasive in the new version, and so even replaying this adventure game is a clear choice. [Issue#317]

You progress through the main story through dungeons that need to be unlocked with a certain number of earned wands. This number gradually increases. But if you enjoy running around a wonderfully designed world with goofy humor and funny characters, you'll probably forgive the game some repetitiveness. [Issue#317]

If the open-world concept had been better utilized and if the writers had added more interesting characters to the story, Infinite could have easily been one of the best Halo games ever. The shootouts are highly entertaining and the open world brings new tactical possibilities. The multiplayer is just as good, being slightly faster than before. [Issue#317]

The overall impression of the game is also helped by the music background. Headphones are a must and take the experience up a few notches. We must not forget the graphics, which with their spare, gloomy reality, illustrate the almost ceremonial atmosphere of the individual chapters. [Issue#317]

Despite its difficulty, or perhaps because of it, it pushes all the right buttons for an epic cooperative experience. So if you've got a bunch of friends up for regular trips to the underground, the atmosphere will instantly and definitively absorb you. [Issue#317]

The creators from Modern Storyteller, have done what others can't - they have managed to turn a successful modification into a standalone game that is receiving acclaim on all sides. Excellent production values (especially for an indie game) meet with well-crafted and original game design to create a truly unique experience. [Issue#317]

Definitely not a bad game. It handles its mechanics perfectly, and as long as it doesn't try to talk at you, you'll enjoy it. It's the first step on the road to new games with Pokémon on the cover, and the good sales could be the main reason to continue similar work and experimentation. [Issue#317]

God of War is more or less a game for everyone who is not afraid of action gameplay and appreciates good narrative and production quality. It's also great to watch, so it can be recommended to extended family members over the series. [Issue#317]

The game is fun to play, the combat is fun, the plot is fine, the twists are unpredictable, it’s functionally consistent (it can be used as a gallery of good practice examples when teaching game design), and it beats like a well-stitched heart made of several mammals inserted into a robot with a human head and an endless sense of humor. You'll laugh, you'll cry, this game will change your life, Bernard said, and I agree. [Issue#317]

Horizon has enchanted me again. After a slow start, a graphically beautiful, sophisticated sequel comes, polished in every aspect, and underscored by a great soundtrack on top of that. The sequel was simply a success. Everything that worked before works even slightly better now. [Issue#317]

The PC version already has the improved textures from the PS5 version, but sometimes you'll just notice crappy textures, environments or NPCs that haven’t fully loaded yet, and of course image tearing in some not-so-frequent moments. The PC version is good, but personally I'd reach for the PS5 version which just runs smoother. [Issue#317]

The action moves at a pleasantly fast pace. The furious jumble of pixels is one of the highlights of the whole game, especially with the help of the imaginative design. Content-wise, the game is virtually impossible to fault. Moreover, most of the campaign parameters are randomly generated, including the spells. Thus, no new game is exactly the same, thanks to the variety of game scenarios. [Issue#318]

The excellent story campaign, which is an audiovisual feast, can now be played on a higher difficulty level. This is challenging enough for even experienced players, but never frustrating. For those interested in getting into the raid early, it's also a welcome way to avoid a lengthy grind in the pursuit of a desired level. [Issue#318]

It's nice to switch off and enjoy the joy of movement, spoiled by a few poorly placed checkpoints. It's nice to slaughter hordes of demons in generic arenas with a small arsenal of weapons. It's nice to occasionally save a world that you yourself have thrown into terrible trouble. We all have a little Lo Wang in us. [Issue#318]

Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

Elden Ring is simply a game that the player naturally adapts to their own style of play. Challenging at times, vicious at others, but mostly incredibly fun. The enjoyable pace makes the hours of play pass by like water, and each path opens up a few more, only to come together again after a fair amount of exploration before the next big reveal. You're in charge of taking care of your ship, so you drive it, cool it, repair it and figure out how to progress together. As a reward, it will take you through a beautiful environment to somewhere far over the horizon where you might find a new home. As well as the perfectly crafted splash of waves, the sound of the wind and the creaking of the remnants of civilization, there's some amazing music to accompany your journey through the silent world. Although the Immortal Empires format, which will combine all three games into one large map, was not yet available at the time of review, the world itself is large even in the individual parts. Its treatment and variety of climatic zones and chaotic crevasses deserve high praise, and the freedom of creative license has been used to the fullest by the authors at Creative Assembly in this regard as well. The game obviously tries not to keep you needlessly long in a single level and is, as is traditional in the series, fairly accessible to players of all ages and abilities, so that it only asks for a challenge at specific moments. It's a shame that those great imaginative worlds and cool puzzles aren't used more. [Issue#319]

The tactical part works great, and when you're not fighting, there's something to do on the ship as well. Warp drive repair, shield upgrades, barracks expansion. The bombarded planets look nice, the models could have been given a bit more space. But once you put the helmet on in the barracks, the epic feeling is back. [Issue#319]

A certain repetitiveness in the battle system is broken by the other phase of the game, in which you upgrade your castle and your knights. The game has gone through a lot of delays, but the final product is definitely worth the attention of players of turn-based strategy games and dark fantasy alike. [Issue#319]
