Tales of Xillia is, without doubt, one of the best JRPG of the current generation. Although the technical section could be better, the other aspects have the necessary strength to please the fans. If we took all the dark humor, the protagonist rudeness and the gratuitous violence out of Deadpool: The Videogame, we would be talking about a worthless game. These few qualities will enable us to have a good time playing it, even though they wouldn't justify at all the purchase of this game... Unless it was on sale.

ArcaniA – The Complete Tale offers the original game experience alongside with its expansion pack to add to its game duration. Regretfully, this is just an unpolished port with many technical flaws. On the other hand, the wide variety of options and its long play time may redeem it in the eyes of the genre fans, given also its low price.

Its simple visual department not withstanding, Cloudberry Kingdom is actually very good 2D platform game. Its exciting pace and the variety of game styles makes for a perfect example of the saying "easy to play, hard to master". It's 4 player game mode is equally chaotic and hilarious.

Time and Eternity is a roleplaying game focused, mainly, towards the Japanese market. On one hand, its plot is entertaining, but not a very complex one; on the other hand, it offers a wide variety of secondary missions and different unlockable elements that will prolong the game's life. Although visually interesting, the plain and sometimes badly designed scenarios will overshadow the overall impression. And it will be released only in English.

Dynasty Warriors 8 extends the features that has always possessed the franchise, and offers one of the most fulfilling experiences of all the Dynasty Warriors. However, there are inherent limitations to the franchise and only is an ideal option for fans.

Naughty Dog puts an end to the current generation with a game that explores the human interaction of two characters, Joel and Ellie, that are destined to get along in a shattered world that has been wonderfully represented thanks to its impressive technical aspects. The Last of Us, in spite of its small imperfections, is an adult title that no PS3 player should let go unplayed.

Dontnod Entertainment has in Remember Me an important title due to the interesting plot, the high quality graphics and a pretty innovative combat system. However, there are some downsides in the form of small technical problems with cinematics, bad lip sync of the voice acting and, also, the game's fairly short duration.

The game is extremely fun, and relies on several key aspects such as a very well developed gameplay and a variety of different game modes and tracks. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is an action-packed game that you will enjoy since the very first minute. Exploration is not one of its strong points, nor is it interaction with your surroundings, but the narration will get you hooked until the very end of the strange story of gunslinger Silas Greaves.

The respect for the origins of the franchise is total, but that does not stop the game from innovating in the interactions. In addition, the atmosphere achieved seduces all lovers of terror, except for enemies who are not charismatic and spoil an overall finish that would have been outstanding. Their adaptation to consoles is remarkable, and the technical aspects are good, despite coming from Nintendo 3DS.

Jetstream will not be remembered as a great DLC, mainly because it recycles the better part of the original game's content. It prompts us to play as a character that, even though possessing a few interesting new gameplay features, will never live up to the standards set by Raiden. Either way, it has its own character, which serves its purpose, although we may forget about it completely after finishing its meagre two hours of gameplay.

Star Trek: The Video Game tries to take advantage of the incoming release of the new Star Trek movie, offering an unfinished product that brings nothing new to the fans nor the third person action genre. It is a flawed product that any gamer can do without.

Metro: Last Light makes up for the sins of its predecessor, showing a balanced and complete result in all regards. The mixture of stealth and action helps to increase the diversity of possibilities, expanding our gameplay experience. The Walking Dead is a huge letdown for the comic and TV show fans. Activision and Terminal Reality have thrown away a big franchise, missing the chance to create a great game. The walking Dead: Survival Instinct is a bad game that doesn't keep up with the standards of the current generation.

On the other hand, this DLC does not include any plot related content, so if the only thing you seek is adventure, this DLC is not suited for you.

This trip to Kratos's past brings us an adventure that is packed with the better virtues of the God of War franchise. Spectacular visuals, a dynamic experience, a well-delivered online mode and a surprisingly powerful battle system, are the main features of this last installment of the saga. Nonetheless, its Achilles heel is the not so appealing storyline, which makes gameplay and audiovisuals the main assets God of War: Ascension has at its disposal.

Capcom knows how to profit from their former glories. With Darkstalkers Resurrection, we will get two games for the price of one, at a very affordable 14.99€. Its main feature is the GGPO system, which ensures a quality online experience, even giving us the chance to upload our best matches to YouTube. Other than that, there are no more novelties, at least regarding the solo campaign.

Aliens are back in the videogame scene. However, this game does little justice to the film series and lags behind in technical aspects when compared to other current titles. Nonetheless, the different game modes –competitive and cooperative– will guarantee the fun that the solo campaign is lacking.

High Voltage Software brings Woody, Buzz and the Toy Story gang back in this new title. The overall concept is fun initially, but the gameplay grows monotonous and ends up becoming somehow repetitive. However, it can be the perfect excuse to dust off that Playstation Move.

Mixing action and racing can't really be considered something original, but it's always a good start if you know what you are doing. Fuel Overdose is not that innovative, and it won't get us hooked, but it can give us some fun moments due to its varied and crazy courses.

When Vikings Attack! can be the perfect opportunity to try out the cross-platform play features between PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, and for a budget price of 10€. It can be a fairly simple arcade game, but it is ideal for casual play and it will always leave you begging for more.
