While Just Cause 4 still offers a very good sandbox, and instant fun with non-stop action, the game suffers from poor visuals, awful cinematics and one of the dullest narrative we've ever seen.

Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden is a very good XCOM-like with a strong tactical gameplay, a lovely chara-design, and even a great sense of humor. We can only recommend that you have a look at it.

SNK Heroines is a weird spin-off of KOF XIV that aims at the male audience by selecting the female protagonists of the game. But the gameplay has been ruined for the sake of accessibility, and the oversexualized leftover has us still puzzled.

In spite of a good solo mode, rich content and a decent technical side, Super Smash Bros seems more like a Deluxe version than a Swicth-specific production. Unless you're a fan of the IP, this game is far from a must-have.

Ride 3 feels like Gran Turismo with bikes, especially with the updated graphics and physics thanks to the Unreal Engine 4. We only regret that the AI is one of the worse we've ever seen, and that Milestone already offers 3 DLC packs on launch day.

If you don't have a decent PC that can run the game, and if you instead own a Switch, this version of ABZÛ is for you. Even if the visuals are a step down, the whole game feels as fresh, and lets you enjoy the wonders of portability.

Darksiders III feels like it was too ambitious for it's new home. With sky-high goals, the game misses its target by far and suffers from plenty of technical problems. Only the most hardcore fans of the IP may enjoy this sequel and can close their eyes to its many problems.

Even if we recommend going for the PC version of Civilization VI, the Switch version is quite tempting with cleaver controls and a full experience on mobile format. We only regret the very long processing time between turns towards the end-game.

As of today, Fallout 76 feels more like a rushed game that turned out to be a failure than a true member of the Fallout family. If the whole feels broken, there is potential, and after months (or years) of patches, it could become a good option for Fallout fans.

OVERKILL's The Walking Dead is a clever take on the series with a subtle mix of stealth and gunfights to survive the numerous foes of the lore. Sadly, the game is ruined by bugs, the lack of tutorial, the long loading times, and a lack of vocal chat and the balance problems.

Pokémon Let's Go! is truly a very good remake of the genuine Red & Blue versions with updated graphics and one of the best soundtracks in the IP. We weren't sold on the Pokémon GO capture system and found the endgame a bit empty.

If you didn't have a chance to play Valiant Hearts yet, go ahead. This Switch version is very good, with untouched graphics and a vast choice of gameplay, with the option of tactile or gamepad controls depending of your liking. We would have loved a new chapter about Georges though.

Spyro: Reignited Trilogy is undoubtedly a great remaster that respects the genuine game while providing enhanced visuals and still very good gameplay mechanics. A must-have for any platformer fan.

Déraciné isn't really a true VR title as the VR doesn't bring much to the experience. Still it's an enjoyable ride as From Software has loads of know-how in terms of narrative and artistic direction.

Diablo III Eternal Collection is a very good bet on the Switch thanks to its light graphics engine, the impressive load of content (everything available)and a well made gameplay that cleverly uses the controls available on the console.

If Steel Rats does offer an unexpected gameplay and a tough challenge, this all comes at the expense of pure fun. Seen what's available on the indie scene at the moment, you can easily find a better use for your dough.

Square Enix and Human Head Studios had an idea, but the final product is a true disaster which misses its point in every aspect with appalling gameplay and a lousy storyline. Maybe one of the worst games of 2018.

Without taking any risks, Battlefield 5 is a nice follow-up that vastly improves on BF1's recipe with more open solo War Stories, and a rejuvenated gameplay that puts the emphasis on team play through the brand new squad system.

While Hitman 2 uses most of its predecessor's mechanics, it also carries over its strong points (replayability, freedom, and a solid gameplay) but also all the drawbacks like the dated graphics engine, or the cut-scenes made out of slideshows.

Easy to learn and fun from the get-go, NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 feels like the rightful heir to NBA Jam, but the pay-to-win system needed to acquire all the players ruins the fun and make it more of a party-game than something you'll play for straight days.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is an absolute masterpiece, a true unique gaming experience. With its realistic and lifelike open world, Rockstar Games redefines what's possible in terms of interactive environment. Better yet, RDR2 is almost perfect on the technical standpoint with mesmerizing graphics, incredibly rich gameplay and one of the best stories ever written. An instant cult classic. Starlink: Battle For Atlas feels a bit like No Man's Sky with a bigger development budget. The game is a very decent space-opera and the toys are cleverly used. The narrative is quite a let-down though and the price is still high, even for players who only want the digital content.

WWE 2K19 still offers incredible content that will hook up any wrestling fan, but sadly, quantity prevails over quality, and the technical side of things and rigid gameplay are enough to repel any gamer that's not fond of the WWE.

Fifteen years after its initial release on GameCube, Luigi's Mansion comes to the 3DS with a few new features, but those can't make up for the fact that the game is too short, and offers no interest for players who have already played it. On the other hand, if you haven't played it yet, this is the version to go for.

Way more interesting than it's cousin Space Hulk: Deathwing, Space Hulk Tactics stays true to the mechanics of the board game while peppering it with a cleaver system of cards. Overall it's still a niche game made on a budget, but it performs as required.
