Once again, Level-5 brings a very good title to the Nintendo 3DS with Fantasy Life. It maybe not the greatest RPG ever, but it's fair to say that there is a gamble there, an idea to make this game different, even with all those classic elements around. At the heart of this vision, the job system, which makes Fantasy Life so addictive. Unfortunately, the game is far too easy, too slow and not so interesting from time to time.- JeuxActu

We made it one of our favorite games on PS Vita since we saw it during the gamescom 2013. More than its Burton-style, Murasaki Baby seemed to offer an interesting gameplay, perfectly suited for PS Vita. But the game is too short to be remembered. Only 2 hours will be enough to complete the four chapters of the journey, without any possibility of a new game plus. At least, it won't be bad for your wallet.- JeuxActu

We were waiting for something awful, but Hyrule Warriors is a nice surprise after all. Omega Force and Nintendo did some good work to make the two IP's match without any problem. The high number of treasures will force you to explore and the Adventure mode with its 8-bits map, is a true jewel. Alas, without online modes and a smart AI, Hyrule Warriors becomes sometimes really annoying.- JeuxActu

Far from the exceptional stuff we've been promised, Destiny is "only" a good game, with a huge potential which will be fulfilled with some good old DLC's. Nothing to be ashamed of from a visual point a view, but Bungie's new baby has some troubles with its content (sluggish progression, repetitive missions, sometimes really dumb AI). Destiny has been limited on purpose, to serve 10 years of good service with DLC's. But the frustration mixes with enjoyment thanks to an attractive universe, a beautiful soundtrack and an accessible gameplay.- JeuxActu

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is a bad name for a game which brings really nothing revolutionary. CyberConnect2 title sharpens its fighting recipe to make the battles even more dynamic and forces the player to not use his advantages too early. NSUNSR also brings with it the biggest roster in the series history. Alas, four-warriors confrontations are a little bit confusing because of a disastrous locking system and the Story mode is a deep disappointment.- JeuxActu

If AirMech Arena is not exactly bright and shiny at first, you need to admit that it works wonderfully well once you get the pad. The newcomers will appreciate the way you can learn MOBA basics, while the others will enjoy all the strategic part of the game. It's a shame that AI and too recurrent disconnections come to spoil this positive scene.- JeuxActu

Although The Sims 4 brings a few new features, namely the emotion system, it can only make the early fans unhappy and disappointed. Electronic Arts erased many elements and features that were essential and representative of the saga. And we already know that EA will sell them in a few months, included inside expansive expansion packs.- JeuxActu

It's hard to be fully satisfied with First Light if you've played InFamous: Second Son. The game as a whole continues to be very fun but some features wouldn't have been erased. We've got some regrets for the karma system obviously and above all, the missions lack something new. Nevertheless, for such a price tag, First Light will keep you busy for some time and perhaps you'll be happy to learn about Fetch's life.- JeuxActu

Tales of Xillia 2 isn't exactly better than the former episode. The game from Bandai Namco recycles too many features and too many elements, and fails to improve visually. But it's not worst either. Tales of Xillia 2 unfolding is far better and integrate the so-much-asked-for optional quests very well. The possibility to visit some new locations and switch between pistols, blades and hammer during the fights bring some fresh air too.- JeuxActu

Metro Redux gives a real meaning to the word "remastered" and if you didn't buy Metro 2033 or Metro Last Light, you should throw yourself on it. At the opposite from some studios who just upscale their games, 4A Games remade 2033 from the bottom with the engine used in Last Light. With the DLC's, new game modes and a 40€ pricetag, you already should be convinced.- JeuxActu

Pokémon Art Academy is a good mix between Pokémon and New Art Academy, which tended to propose maybe too classical drawings. Here, you really enjoy trying to create something good with some precise instructions and hundreds of creatures to draw. But once you're out of the Lessons Mode and free to draw what you want, the difficulty raises inevitably, so you'll need several hours of training to produce something nice. Hopefully you have a 3DS XL available.- JeuxActu

Hohokum is an excellent cross between LocoRoco and Journey, one of the very best indie games on PS4. It really captivates the player thanks to its visual touch, its wonderful soundtrack and the simplicity of its gameplay. Despite of offering only a few hours of game, Hohokum remains a UFO that will satisfy every lover of poetic productions.- JeuxActu

One year ago, Blizzard succeeded in adapting Diablo 3 on consoles, thanks to an all new way to play with a gamepad. Diablo III : Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Edition aims even higher : 1080p, 60fps, the huge content of the main episode and the expansion, some new things here and there; no doubt it is the Ultimate version of the game. If until now you were hesitating, there's no reason any longer.- JeuxActu

Do you need to get The Last of Us Remastered? Yes, if you didn't get the opportunity to play this PS3 masterpiece. The game enjoys the power of the PS4 without any trouble in very high resolution. The 60fps argument hits its target too, just like the price tag. But if you've already been there, no need to open your wallet, as this Remastered version doesn't bring anything new enough to put 50 euros on it.- JeuxActu

Overall, GRID : Autosport ain't a bad game, but it sticks to recycling the gameplay of Racedriver GRID and the graphics of GRID 2. The content is scarce at start and the AI is an example of what not to do. All this was expected as the game spent less than a year in development, but still, selling a stand alone DLC for the price of a full game is a but daring. The loss of customisation for cars is a major down from previous episodes. Overall the game still proves worthy but it surely wont seduce much besides the ip's fanboys. The best way is still to get GRID 1 & 2 during some sale.- JeuxActu

EA Sports went serious with EA Sports UFC. Beyond the awesomeness of it's graphics, the game impresses by its gameplay even if the casual gamer might get frightened after the tutorial. For a first try, this IP hits the top in spite of some drawbacks like an online multiplayer that needs work or the career mod which is quite repetitive and at last some hits that lack a true impact. On that last matter we have to say it's weird from a game as violent and brutal as EA Sports UFC.- JeuxActu

After Child of Light, Valiant Hearts is another great game from Ubisoft on the UbiART Framework engine. And it proves the publisher can make something great, even with a tiny budget. Even with its WWI background, Valiant Hearts isn't just an historic documentary: it's really a story-driven title, which focuses on characters and successfully displays quite classic gameplay.- JeuxActu

Worms Battlegrounds' shot goes wide. Clearly. It never takes the advantage from the power of Xbox One and PS4, and even makes us nostalgic of the old Worms. That would be forgivable if the game had avoided some technical issues in the collisions and the AI. It's still fun when you play with your mates though.- JeuxActu

We'd like to give a greeting to Ultra Street Fighter 4 but we doubt that a wider audience can enjoy the few technical changes in it. It would maybe have been better in a free update? Fair enough, it comes with five new characters, but only one is a real surprise... And this version comes with glitches of its own, so it's the most complete iteration, but not the perfect one. It's perhaps time for Street Fighter 5.- JeuxActu

There is absolutely no bad idea among the new ones included in Soul Sacrifice Delta. A more developed background, a deeper universe still well-served by the exceptional narration of the first episode; new factions that modify your game; a larger content: no doubt, Soul Sacrifice Delta is something you must have if you own a PS Vita.- JeuxActu

Coming out of nowhere for someone not addicted to MMORPG, Wildstar is the antithesis of The Elder Scrolls online. No big IP to sell it, but strong gameplay, a dynamic combat system, colorful graphics and massive content right at the launch. PvE, PvP, battlefields, housing: enough to please everybody and every skill level. Taken individually, those elements are nothing revolutionary, but we could argue that the game looks a bit classic. Overall the game offers a consistent and coherent package which is fun to play, for now and for a long time.- JeuxActu

You were expecting a mix of L.A Noire and project Zero? Forget it, there's nothing to see and Murdered Soul Suspect clearly misses the spot. It's even more sad because the game had a good script and a nice environment. Sadly, the developers didn't make enough out of the police/ghost mix. but the main drawback of the game is it's gameplay specially the infiltration parts. From there everything seems disappointing, from an average graphics engine to its dull OST and the boring QTE, Murdered: Soul Suspect won't leave many memories.- JeuxActu

NASCAR 14 is a game solely made for the hardcore fans, if you're not fond of stock car racing avoid this game which tops boring gameplay with some truly appalling graphics. You drive in circles for hours while avoiding the sidewall with the steering as your only past time. With no need to use the gearbox or the brake, you can only imagine what you're left with during the 400 laps of a race, and it's not the trash grindcore soundtrack that will keep you awake. On the other hand, if you love NASCAR and think that F1, WRC, Endurance racing or DTM is for hipsters, Eutechnyx's title is what you want thanks to its immense content and the race atmosphere's fidelity.- JeuxActu

Tomodachi Life is not what you can call a Nintendo masterpiece but it's a good alternative to Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The Mii's become endearing with time and classic scenes of life come alive in a very smart way. It's always getting funnier and offers some great moments, but we can't ignore the lacking elements that make Tomodachi only a challenger.- JeuxActu

Transistor is a pretty nice experience in a matter of atmosphere, with a gorgeous visual style and an absolutely terrific soundtrack. But when it comes about gameplay, the frustration isn't far away. The mix of A-RPG and strategy is smart and it works quite well, but you barely enjoy playing. Strange.- JeuxActu

Watch Dogs has had a lot of adverts revolving around the promise for some crazy unseen next gen’ graphics. But if Ubisoft’s title is not the eye-watering masterpiece we were sold for the last two years, it easily makes up for that with gameplay that cleverly mixes action, stealth and hacking. Actually the whole structure of the game was built around this balance and the result is a success. As a matter of fact we would have enjoyed a more intriguing plot, a more charismatic hero and a bit more depth in the story. But open-world game fans will find some satisfaction in the huge amount of content and a well-integrated multiplayer mode. Some game design choices can be weird (no jump, impossible to shoot while driving, or disappointing close combat animations), but for a first try, Ubisoft Montreal’s team has done it well. Overall, among the GTA competitors, Watch Dogs is the most serious one.- JeuxActu
