Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition is complete by name and complete by nature, with lots of extra content to explore. Technically, however, it is an extremely bland debut of the series on PlayStation 4.

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath is still a good game, thanks to its unique style and a compelling, slow, fascinating weird-western narration. The charming adventure of the Stranger it's a manifesto of the most ambitious visions of early 2000s and, despite some technical flaws and some naive choices, it's still surprisingly fresh and elegant. The Switch porting could have been slicker and better, because framerate issues and clumsy controls in a remastered in 2020 are not acceptable anymore.

Fallout 4 VR does not go beyond an average vote because of a VR implemented mostly in an approximate way, even if the overall effect remains considerable.

Alien: Rogue Incursion delivers a solid VR experience with great atmosphere, but it’s held back by repetitive gameplay and some questionable design choices. A good game, but not a memorable one.

Invincible VS is a faithful and enjoyable tag‑fighter with a simple but surprisingly deep combat system. Despite rough animations and some repetitive moves, it’s a solid debut that both newcomers and fans can enjoy.

A simple-yet-fun game about collecting... weird, half-animal and half-food hybrid creatures: a Pokémon-style game that shines thanks to one of the best uses of DualSense and Game Help that we've seen so far on PS5.

Freud's Bones offers a brilliant take on psychoanalysis in the form of a point and click story driven adventure. The sessions with the patients are great, interesting and depict the complexity of human nature, while the other gameplay mechanics are sometimes a bit clumsy. Overall the storytelling is compelling, authentic, and it's worth the 5 hours trip, even if the game feels sometimes unbalanced and chaotic.

The second DLC of Nioh 2, Darkness in the Capital, brings a new series of interesting missions, chock full of challenging monsters and inspired bosses. A new weapon adds further value to a very low cost extra.

A colorful, bizarre, uchronic stealth game where combining the formidable skills of the Enigma Squad in real time is more satisfying than operating from the shadows.

Gundam Breaker 4 is an absolute must-play for fans of the franchise, and the fast-paced and fun combat system limits the repetitiveness of the experience. However, the lack of depth and fan service make it a game not for everyone.

While not without its flaws, Space Marine 2 is a solid third person shooter that expands on the legacy of its predecessor with some cool story moments for Titus and his men, and plenty of fun to be had in dealing with the deadly tyranids and the other enemies of humanity, either in the campaign or in the other game modes.

Cairn is a brave, tactile, and often mesmerizing climbing experience that tries to capture the raw friction of mountaineering. However, its brilliant "independent limb" system is frequently undermined by invasive survival mechanics that break the immersion and a frustrating camera that struggles in tight spaces. It’s a game of high peaks and deep valleys: when it works, it’s a visceral triumph; when it doesn’t, it’s a fight against the interface rather than the mountain.

Platformines is a simple, clever and fun action game: you'll be lost in space for a very long time, but beware, sometimes it can be harsh and punishing. With its resemblance to Bordelands (loot), Spelunky (random generated area), Magiko Gaming does the right thing.

Rematch brings a bold twist to a genre that’s been playing it safe for too long, offering a fast, stylish, and skill-driven take on football. Its gameplay is both accessible and surprisingly deep, turning every match into a highlight reel. Still, technical hiccups, balancing issues, and missing features like crossplay and offline modes keep it from reaching its full potential. Sloclap has built something great, and with the right support, Rematch could grow into a true standout in the genre.
