An enticing strategy game that caters mostly to those who love to develop a culture and bringing it throught the eras. Deep and complex just at the right degree.

Batman: Arkham VR is a stunning experience. One that comes to an end way too quickly and without any kind of replayability.

Some new social features and a crisper 1080p look enhance this PS4 reincarnation of Dead Nation without changing the original, proven twin-stick shooter formula.

Broken toys is to remember especially for two beautiful central sections and for the tumultuous ending, but in the end it remains the "same" Walking Dead episode as ever.

In many ways Romancing SaGa 3 shows its age, but it remains one of the most fascinating JRPGs of the 1990s. This new edition allows us to rediscover it in the best way.

This is a great third act for the new Lone Wolf's story, capable to continue an already compelling story, and arrange everything up for the big finale.

Eclipse is a good map DLC pack: it features 4 PvP well designed maps and a new zombi map. The price is pretty high though, so this expansion may not interest every fan of the game.

Narita Boy is an extremely enjoyable action game with absurd, dreamy and lysergic aestethics.

KeyWe is a delicious "kiwi-flavored" party game, a cooperative experience for two players that offers lots of fun but also moments of pure chaos.

Inazuma Eleven GO gets better in some aspects, but it lost the right balance between narration and gameplay.

Everybody’s Golf VR has the great limitation of providing little in terms of contents and game modes, but what it offers is great for any golf fan.

A good remake, with some annoying issues, for one of the best graphical adventures of all time.

Castlevania Anniversary Collection is a rock solid collection of (some) great old school games. Anyway, the lack of real extra features, apart from the ebook, the absence of a masterpiece as Rondo of Blood and some odd choices by Konami make the collection feel a little bit pedantic.

After the remake of the first two episodes of Famicom Detective Club I was really hoping for a return of the franchise, and Emio - The Smiling Man does not disappoint thanks to first-class art direction, an interesting plot and its retro soul.

A smart, original and beautifully crafted small game that will challenge your nerves and your skill. It's maybe a bit on the short side and its core mechanic can be polarizing, but you should definitely try the demo and, if you like it, you should buy it immediately.

Valley of the Yetis is a season (pass) finale which lacks the imaginative form and the brute substance of its mythological star, trivialized in herds. A predictable flip-flop between repetitive defensive sieges and uninspired armed explorations. Night and day, till the (early) end.

An interesting narrative-based card game whose gameplay loops get repetitive too soon.

It's nice to get this classic game on Steam, but it clearly shows its age in terms of graphics and, more than anything, limited artificial intelligence.

The Thaumaturge is a well-written narrative adventure with an excellent setting. Its mechanics, borrowed from RPGs, are not overly complex, but contribute to the quality of the experience.

Pharaoh is a solid new entry in the Total War series, although it lacks some ambition. If all you wanted was some fun playing as a general in a Bronze Age setting, you'd probably be satisfied here, but if you were waiting for the next big thing, you'd have to wait a bit more.

Insurgency is a multiplayer tactical and highly realistic shooter, far away from the prevailing and more friendly patterns of Call of Duty and Battlefield, and therefore not suitable for everyone. The maps are not the best and the enemy AI in co-op would need some adjustment, but other than that Insurgency works pretty well.

Need for Speed Heat wakes up the series from the nightmare and it's just like a greatest hits of the most iconic episodes of the franchise. Ghost Games did a great job in terms of gameplay and concepts, but Palm City is bloated of filler events and the progression isn't smooth enough. Anyway, the night races are great and the free tuning is back. If you are driven by Underground and Most Wanted nostalgia, Heat is definitely your game.

9 Years of Shadows clearly shows that Halberd Studios' underlying ideas are good, but their development hasn't been flawless. Despite a particularly lively background imagery, which mixes different influences in an interesting way, staged with considerable care in the graphics department, this short adventure fails to exploit its full potential.

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number goes straight to the point: it's brutal, addictive and raw. You'll be soaked in blood, even in guts, and you're gonna enjoy it. A wonderful shoot'em up, with some flaws.

Despite the not-so-popular price and the game mechanics of their time, the Famicom Detective Club series is an interesting work and a video game restoration operation that could open the door to other similar episodes. Rebuilt from scratch, with beautiful two-dimensional graphics and enriched by the dubbing of all dialogues, the two games retain intact their charm and are proposed to new generations in a truly sumptuous. The genre of belonging, however, is to be taken into account, since the developers have done very little to modernize the playability of the work, which is - in the long run - slightly cumbersome. Although the interactivity is not comparable to the most modern investigative games, Famicom Detective Club has an undeniable vintage charm. Despite a few too many stereotypes, The Missing Heir and The Girl Who Stands Behind are two stories that deserve to be experienced.
