WWE 2K16 is the team back on their way to greatness, and a definite turning point in how wrestling games should be made.

The title Soul Calibur 2 HD Online isn’t so much a lie as an unfulfilled promise, but even the lacklustre implementation of web battling can’t change the fact that Soul Calibur 2 is still a big, beautiful, balletic, and brilliant 3D fighter, and arguably still the best entry in the Soul Calibur series.

Episode Three provides some fantastic moments, but it’s such a shame it takes so long to introduce them.

King's Bounty II offers an enjoyable mix of a fantasy RPG and tactical turn-based combat that fans of both genres will lap up.

The Tales of Arise DLC Beyond the Dawn still has that fantastic combat from the main game, but it doesn't bring a whole lot new to the proceedings.

The Valiant is still a solid, compelling and, above all, enjoyable tactical strategy game that comes highly recommended for fans of Medieval action.

Even though the game doesn’t look any better from the previous instalment, Samurai Warriors 4-II’s gameplay is as fun as ever and the story is definitely worth your time.

The Surge offers an interesting world to explore, and a few new tricks that set it apart from the competition, but often falls short of its inspiration due to wonky combat and uninspired enemy designs.

Worms: Clan Wars is a fine game and, aside from the odd physics bugs here and there, it puts the series back on track after some unfortunate deviations. But it’s essentially the same game from circa 1999, with a moderate graphical overall and a few new weapons.

Iron Danger as an experience relies so heavily on the time-travel combat mechanic that it doesn’t really present you with much besides that. Everything else is a little bit bare bones.

If you're prepared to learn a lot, and have plenty of time to spare, My Time at Portia is very enjoyable. Sporadic use of a guide will allow you to experience it in the fun, relaxed way it was intended.

Overwatch on Nintendo Switch should've arrived a while ago but even with its multiple compromises offers a mostly good way to play the game.

Yesterday Origin is an enjoyable, but at times infuriating, point and click adventure game with a sprawling, compelling plot accompanied by a large amount of satisfying puzzles and a great soundtrack. However, repetitiveness and a sense of labouring the point weigh it down somewhat.

Earthlock right now is very nice port of a game that’s worth your time. If you were let down by some of the other games that try and ape the classic JRPGs, this is one of the better ones to play. While I would love some voice acting or some better character designs, Earthlock is worth your time and the Switch port runs and looks great.

Sonic Superstars has some of that high speed Sonic platforming magic, but the tedious boss fights make it hard to fully recommend.
