All in all, the game is rather disappointing: It offers no variety and no long-term motivation.

Never before has retro been that modern. We love to play all the tricky levels with all the flashy lights in full HD.

Looking for something to play while waiting for Diablo III? Crimson Alliance isn't brilliant, but still a fine way to spend the time.

For sure it is not easy for Majesty 2 during the Christmas time against the real blockbusters. I had fun with this game, so you could also try it!

It's a 1:1 port from Wii, it's technically equal and Move isn't fully supported. What worked in 2008, simply isn't enough nowadays.

With Mirror of Fate the iconic franchise finally returns to the 2D world - with success. This way back to its roots is definitely enjoyable, but still something's missing to reach the grandeur of the series’ famous installments. Nevertheless, both gameplay and visuals are great. There are some minor balancing problems, but all in all Mirror of Fate is a must-have for fans of the genre.

The game as a whole is really well done, so Grand Ages: Rome is really worth to play.

A worthy successor. If you like rapid fire without tactics or much of a story, this one is for you. I found it a bit monotonous in the long run – but for a quick session of mindless fun, Serious Sam 3: BFE is perfect.

This arcade title has much potential, but it's only grounded in the multiplayer modes which are fun. On the single-player side it lacks variety and a background story.

RACE Pro is a mediocre racing-simulation ... but with a very good sound, but that’s it. Too frustrating handling and too few race tracks won’t motivate you to play this game very often.

Although it's not the hotly anticipated The Sims 4, this add-on delivers enough fresh content to make fans of the franchise happy and busy. Its new faces, careers, location and items will ensure continued fun until the next entry of the series surfaces.

This is a shooter which challenges your senses. Hopefully, more gamers will play it, otherwise it's doomed: Empty servers aren't exactly what you're searching for when going online.

The most exciting feature is the mounted battle, because it is demanding and fast. Release the mouse button at the right moment to hit an enemy. If you ride faster, you will do more damage.

After Burner Climax is an old-school arcade game. Your motivation is high scoring only, and that‘s it. Playing through all levels takes you about 30 to 40 minutes, so don‘t expect too much.

I wished for more than five levels, but it is a mini game after all. This title is definitely worth its low price, in fact it is ideal for playing on the go. The difficulty is fairly high, but is much fun too, just a fantastic mix

On the 3DS, The Sims 3: Pets has some improvements over the original. The biggest one: the 2D-map was replaced by a wish and craving list – a pretty cool improvment. An of course, you can now play cats and dogs and customize them in many ways. There are still some weak points like the controls or the three Sims cap, but all in all, it's a nice game on the 3DS.
