If all you’re looking for is more of the same, then Call of Duty: World at War is certainly a worthy addition to the franchise.

First Templar leaves me with mixed feelings. Overall Dark Sector is a good investment if you’re just looking for some good mostly mindless fun.

Overall the expansion adds to the original game by offering the user a tantalizing selection of new effects and stunts to use in the creation of their movies.

The addition of the physics adds some depth to the combat, and the multiplayer gives a reason to play after the story has been played. A flawed game, but a very decent one nonetheless.

Look into Cloning Clyde, because stepping on buttons and blowing up rocks hasn’t been this much fun in a long time.

Overall, the game is definitely worth playing at least once, but suffers mostly because of the series that it was intended to be a part of. Taken out of the Silent Hill Series and given its own unique background and story it would have been a much more enjoyable game.

The big problem with this game is the loading times. Because of them, most people will pay no attention to the storyline as they will be preoccupied with just hammering the X button in order to get through the next loading screen.

Regardless, the game is still pretty good, except for the inability to distinguish easily between units and the steep learning curve, and so for those who enjoy strategy games, it’s a solid title overall.

The single player mode felt short, far too easy and not as predominantly based on the stealth aspects that I’d come to love from the series.
