If you’re not exactly keen on the songs contained within then there’s no reason to own this. But if there are enough songs that you like on the disc then there’s no harm in picking it up.

Downhill Jam will stay in my skate pack for some time to come, and all I can hope for now is that others start picking it up too.

A thinking man’s shooter, it just might rejuvenate your interest in the World War II genre. At worst, it will give you a good story and gameplay, not to mention a hefty challenge along the way.

In the end, Lego Batman is just a crappier version of Lego Star Wars or Lego Indiana Jones but with a guy in a cape.

While it carries over the best and worst qualities of its RPG influences, good gameplay forgives a lot and Galactrix has this in spades

It may not be a AAA stunner, but Raven software has proven time and time again why they are one of the consistently superb shooter developers in the industry, a title that they've maintained for nearly 20 years now.

    MAG
Delivering excellent multiplayer, squad-based gameplay with little to no lag (even with the full roster of participants playing), MAG is definitely for the fan of the online shooter.

It could definitely appeal to those who enjoy a more macro-style strategy game, but if you like a faster pace to your strategy, it's going to be easy to get bored or frustrated quick.

Toy Story 3 isn't perfect, with some loose controls and a dull plotline to follow, seemingly more for the convention of having a plot in these games than anything else. The Toy Box mode adds a whole lot to the game, however, propelling it far beyond what a typical tie-in game offers.

A very decent game to play. It brings a few new twists to a genre that is overpopulated with mediocrity.

Lode Runner functions as an excellent addition to a venerable franchise, updating the original game to today’s standards – the game isn’t necessarily a reinvention, but the quality of the source material more than makes up for it.

There's definitely enough complexity and strategy here to keep those who make it past the frustrating first steps, but unfortunately I feel this game may only appeal to more determined fans of the genre.

The only thing that is better than a good game, is a game that everyone expects will be bad, and turns out to be pretty good after all. Kung Fu Panda is such a game, which offers a fun, easy going experience coupled with some action, some platforming, and even a few role-playing elements.

Nail the Trick mode is a vastly enjoyed innovation and the Mo-Cap functionality added with the more mature story line and cut scenes are a great aspect to the title.

NHL Slapshot is easily the premier hockey game for Nintendo's little waggle box, and will provide hours of entertainment for stringent hockey nuts, young peewee gamers, and any level of hockey fan in between.

If it weren’t for the online multiplayer and map editor modes, there wouldn’t be much to say about Age of Booty. But this game wasn’t designed to be played as a single player game so a lot can be forgiven.

That said, the game is fun. And refreshingly new. When every game that comes out in this genre is just the same thing over and over again, Din's Curse brings a lot of new features to the table.

Despite these two solo modes, Wii Sports is really all about getting some friends together and playing a few matches of tennis or bowling. The game isn't designed to be a true authentic sports simulation, it's all about the sheer entertainment value, and this is where Wii Sports really shines.

Overall Space Marine is an awesome experience. The game lasts for about 12 to 15 hours which is just long enough. Due to the well paced story and well handled upgrades to your equipment this running time gives you just long enough to mess around with all of the goodies before it's time to move on to the multiplayer.

I have found little to critique about in this review and with good cause since SIBOS is really a fantastic game, a great video game rendition of a board game and even better rendition of trivia than the original SI games provide.

So like I said, De Blob 2 for the Nintendo DS doesn't really do anything new. It's got some simple combat, decent platforming, good music and sharp visuals, but it's not going to break any records. But when you want a good, solid platforming experience that runs heavy on the casual side of things, then De Blob 2 isn't a bad choice.
