As long as you can stand the unnecessary emphasis that Jack Black puts on every word, Kung-Fu Panda is a win-win game for both kids and their parents.

The great moments were truly great. But the lackluster moments were very disappointing. So I'm going to say that the game might be more rental than purchase.

While I didn't enjoy Lego Indiana Jones as much as I had hoped, it's still a solid game and it's target audience (kids who love all things Indy, even Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) will find a lot to like here.

Should you buy Quake Wars for PS3? Probably not. Should rent it? Maybe, but seeing as how I mentioned there are a slew of better shooters on the platform; make absolutely sure you want to play this before spending any money on it above $15.

Fans of RTCW: Enemy Territory will love Quake Wars. Hardcore shooter fans who enjoy teamwork will also love it.

But for those of us who are members of the PA cult, Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 1 is just what the doctor (Dr. Raven DarkTalon Blood that is) ordered.

SingStar doesn't have flashy drums or a pair of licensed guitars, but this game-and-microphone bundle brings PS3 owners the best way to sing on a video game system.

Echochrome isn't just for smart people who adore the classical violin music that plays in the background, but it is for people who enjoy brainteasers and puzzle games.

However, Mario Kart Wii is second on the series' podium as it rides alongside the N64 version’s tried-and-true track quality, offers the online play that the 64DD never brought around and sports superior graphics that make its 11-year-old counterpart look very dated on today's big-screen televisions.

But with boring gameplay and dated graphics, nothing's worth fighting for in this budget-like game at a non-budget $40 price. It’s not even worth the quarter it costs in arcades.

As for the gameplay itself, Worms: A Space Oddity is neither ground-breaking nor a bore. It is simply a Worms title for the Wii; fun to play, best in multiplayer and always a good laugh.
