    Grand Theft Auto IV is not a perfect game, but it is fantastic through and through, from start to finish and beyond. It is so massive, vast and impressive that it is almost mind-boggling to imagine how much work must have gone into the game to come up with so much detail.

    While the story could be better, somehow I grew fond of the main character, and I enjoyed going through the missions and completing the game.While the story could be better, somehow I grew fond of the main character, and I enjoyed going through the missions and completing the game. I feel the world is pretty big, there's quite a lot to see and do without it getting too repetitive. You can spend a lot of time playing this game, especially if you want to complete all the side missions, so you definitely get your money's worth… Expand

    1-WAAAAAAY too realisitc. The cops can shoot you through the car windows. If you collide with an object at high speeds you're going out 1-WAAAAAAY too realisitc. If you collide with an object at high speeds you're going out of the windshield which is by far the most annoying feature of the game and REALLY ruins the fun. I'm a huge vice city fan and when you don't want to do missions you can mess with the cops and actually withstand them (unless you slam a tank), but with GTAIV, try playing around with the police when your wanted level is 4 stars..it's just too much. 2-The controls are CRAPPY 3-very, very limited weapons.… Expand

Those that say RPG's are stale are just naive biased gun crazed so and so's. This game is just as stale, if not more than all the other games out there. Same stories, same missions same simple game play. Nothing new here. I was a fan of the series until the franchise went hyper popular and gained nothing but simple minded followers that wanted guns violence, sex and more guns. Poor form everyone.… Expand
