Fracture believes in itself from beginning to end, manufacturing a world crafted 100% around and for Terrain Deformation. This unswerving dedication builds a consistent universe around itself, at the expense of color and variety in gameplay.

No pun intended, but Spectrobes: Beyond the Portals is a game that gets more interesting the deeper you dig.

Crash Bandicoot still has a lot of potential left in him, but the developers are going to have to try harder than this if they want to resurrect this floundering franchise!

There are just too many problems with the basic game of basketball in NBA 09 to really recommend this above the other games out there.

Brothers in Arms is a very cinematic game with interesting level layouts that force the player to think in tactical ways that no other series have been able to duplicate.

A great-looking, over-the-top racer. There’s nothing new here, but everything is done with so much polish and flare that you’ll barely notice.

Disgaea on DS is still a solid adventure and it works great in a portable medium, but again the limited DS cart size has caused the game to lose some of its audio and graphical fidelity in exchange for touch sensitive controls which are for the most part serviceable.

I definitely enjoyed answering questions on the go, but clearly this isn't the way it to put it all together. That's not to say that Buzz can't eventually be a great portable game, but it needs a lot of work to get to that point!

If you like the music and are already a SingStar fan, then chances are you're going to get a kick out of this expansion pack. If you don't like the music then maybe another one of the dozen or so SingStar games is better suited for you!

With a flair lifted from the Second World War’s propagandized news flashes, Strong Badia the Free stands at attention already as the series’ high point -- and we’re only two-fifths of the way into season one. Along with the famed Sam & Max series, Telltale Games is single-handedly ushering in a renaissance for the adventure genre.

There's nothing revolutionary about the second game and it's more evolutionary but it's still a fun game to play with others.

If you already have GTR 2 and Race '07, there won't be much to compel to you pick up GTR Evolution. If you have neither of those, though, GTR Evolution is a must-have for anyone that has a yearning to race.

But this is undoubtedly a great start, despite a below average sprinkling of gameplay bottlenecks. It translates remarkably well as an adventure game, but isn’t completely hogtied by adventure game conventions. Bring on episode 2.
