If you've never played the series before, then I'd consider this a must buy, and even if you've played the hell out of these games before, the addition of upscaled graphics and achievement/trophy support is bound to be appealing enough to play through them again.- Gaming Age

In the end this could be the best golf game you have ever played, or the worst, and it will all be dependent on how much you can adapt to the new swing mechanics, that while take the most realistic approach in video game history, don't provide the option for casual gamers to revert to a different or classic mechanic.- Gaming Age

If you have any love for pinball, you should definitely pick up The Pinball Arcade. Its presentation and re-creation of actual pinball tables is second to none, and deserves to be seen and experienced by as many people as possible.- Gaming Age

While Kid Icarus: Uprising does have a few shortcomings, overall it's a great revival for a franchise I had little affection for in the first place. I was never a big fan of the NES title, so I wasn't expecting much, but I've been pretty pleased with the experience so far.- Gaming Age

Unit 13 is a solid final game for the company and is a unique experience as compared to the rest of the existing PS Vita library. It should more than satisfy most long-time fans of the SOCOM series as well as those who are fans of tactical military shooters.- Gaming Age

If you've grown tired of having your hand held through tutorial after tutorial, and incredibly easy arcade racers, the challenge offered by Unbounded is sure to appeal to you. I've definitely found myself enjoying this title a lot more than I would have anticipated, and urge racing fans to check it out.- Gaming Age

Even though Ninja Gaiden 3 is definitely a watered down experience in comparison to the previous two games, it still sits well above other mediocre action games available on current-gen hardware. And while I can't help but feel massively disappointed with the final product, I'll allow that the game is going to be far more accessible than it's ever been, and there's little in the way of a difficulty hurdle if you play through the default setting.- Gaming Age

Overall, Warriors Orochi 3 is one of the best examples of a modern Dynasty Warriors title, and something that all fans should definitely check out. It's not going to do much to sway naysayers and those that don't care for the repetitive button mashing of the series, as it doesn't do much to change up the core gameplay, but if you're at all vested in the series, you should think about picking this up.- Gaming Age

When the smoke clears, whether or not diving into the world of FIFA Street is for you will most likely already be known. It depends not only on your love of soccer, but also of this street style of game play that adds a bit of flare to the sport thanks to its bigger frills, smaller pitch, and aggressive scoring attitude. If you loved this series before, expect tighter controls, better combinations, cooler skill move sets and shots, and improved visuals overall.- Gaming Age

At the end of the day it's just not fun to play, does little with the license on hand, and doesn't evolve the pathos in any meaningful way. It's downright bland, and filled with mechanics that work just enough to make a passable experience, but do little to stand out against other, better third person shooters available.- Gaming Age

Along with an awesome soundtrack and a smart sense of style, you'll at least enjoy the atmosphere being beaten to death on its more challenging areas.- Gaming Age

Overall, Armored Core V is definitely a game worth checking out, especially if you have any love for mech themed video games. Again, it's remarkably more similar to Chromehounds than the last couple Armored Core games on consoles, but there's enough of an Armored Core element here that it won't completely turn away loyal fans of the series.- Gaming Age

All in all, I Am Alive does most things well on paper – it's tight and succinct, priced as such, and it's a type of game we've yet to really explore (a gritty and realistic look at post-apocalyptic survival). Unfortunately, in spite of how cool it could have been, it ends up missing the mark by quite a big margin.- Gaming Age

The Mass Effect trilogy will undoubtedly go down as not only some of the greatest games ever made, but may go down as one of the best trilogies ever to exist in any form of media, and for that Bioware, we thank you.- Gaming Age

I don't feel like Yakuza: Dead Souls is a game that anyone really needs to play, even if you're a pretty hardcore fan of the series. The action is such a departure from the series, and handled so poorly, that it literally turns you off of wanting to do anything but the non-combat side stuff found throughout.- Gaming Age

All in all, if you can get your ego past the door and past the visuals of the game, which are honestly not the best this launch lineup has, you will find a lot of engine under the hood which makes the ride more enjoyable than you might expect. I urge you to at least try the demo up on PSN, and if you feel that the game offers enough game play and visual wise, then I can assure you that the depth more make makes up for the lack of polish the game's appearance achieves.- Gaming Age

Even though it may have been lost in the PS Vita launch mix, Escape Plan is very much a game worth checking out. It's dark, it's funny, it has some head-scratching puzzles and it finds some unique ways to use the Vita's touch and motion control capabilities.- Gaming Age

I definitely feel like Generations is worth checking out, not only for the hardcore Naruto fans but for fighting game fans in general. It's a really beautiful looking game, with a fun but easy to understand fighting system, and offers up a lot of variety with its roster. It's surely not the deepest fighting system out there, and certainly isn't the most balanced, but I'm having a lot of fun with the game regardless. If you're on the fence then at least give it a rental, but I have no problem suggesting you buy the game, as I definitely think it's worth the asking price.- Gaming Age

Super Stardust Delta is more or less Super Stardust HD, and if you're itching to take what is essentially the PS3 game with you, it's an excellent pickup. For those who aren't interested in blasting through the same game again, you'll just have to wait patiently for some sort of a real sequel.- Gaming Age

As it stands it's a largely enjoyable and well-made SRPG that represents the SMT style extremely well, but if you weren't blown away by the first title, the second entry will do little to change your mind.- Gaming Age

Once again, Sony raises the bar on what should be expected from a baseball game. Whoever picks up the pieces next year after 2K leaves the scene; they better bring their 'A' game as I can't foresee anyone touching MLB The Show when it comes to visuals, playability, modes, and the pure realism that is captured by this game of baseball better than any other franchise captures another sport.- Gaming Age

I definitely feel like Street Fighter X Tekken is worth picking up, especially if you have any kind of interest in either side of the fence. Both rosters are great, and the online play minus the sound issues is pretty fantastic, and will automatically give this game a pretty solid online presence for months to come.- Gaming Age

So long 2K, nice effort, but as close as you came to making it big, you may end up being remembered mostly for being that team that always fell second fiddle to Sony's MLB franchise, which is a shame as no one can touch you in the NBA department. If you put as much effort in this sport as you do the NBA 2K series, we could be talking a completely different story instead of about the last 2K developed MLB title.- Gaming Age

It's a really solid port, but lacks any bells and whistles to attract folks who might not be die-hard fans of the series. It's definitely worth checking out, but keep in mind that you're getting the same content here that was contained in Sigma on PS3 nearly five years ago.- Gaming Age

Just based on the music selection, social/community functionality, and the fact that it's a new Lumines game for a new platform, Lumines: Electronic Symphony is totally worth checking out. Yes, it's priced too high and it isn't quite as packed with as many features as hoped, but it is still one of the best Lumines games yet.- Gaming Age

Like I said, the addictive quality of Hot Shots Golf is here in full force. It's a perfect game for travelling because you can knock out a 9-hole challenge in no time, and there's always new items in the shop that drives you play just one more round. Absolutely a great Hot Shots game, and absolutely a great game to pick up with your PS Vita.- Gaming Age

Overall, WARP is a definite must play, as the game plays great, has some mind twisting challenges and puzzles, and provides enough replay value thanks to challenges and leaderboards. The only real question is whether or not it is for you, and to that, all I can say is play the demo, and if you dig that…the rest of the game is gravy.- Gaming Age
