A great game which we have seen several times before, but is still a great action game, as fun as the first game. If you already had the game in another platform you won't find anything really new or different here, but if not this is a very recommended acquisition.

The novelty of this title is that we can finally tear through Hayabusa's adventure in all of its glory on the go. That, alone, is impressive and should be a factor in your purchase decision. Ask yourself, "Is this worth it to me for the same game, simply in portable form?" If so, I cannot recommend Plus enough.

The PS Vita controls, while feeling shoehorned in the proceedings, are not deal-breakers overall. Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is still a fantastic game, and whether you're a newcomer or a long-time fan of the series, this is an essential purchase for PS Vita owners.

Say what you will about the camera or the silly story, but the combat in Sigma Plus is unmatched. There's a fantastic action game under all of the name changes and feature additions that have been tacked on over the years. Aside from the non-optional rear-tap Ninpo addition, the new Vita features aren't even worth messing with.

For the skim readers out there; there are two ninja launch titles for Vita. This one cuts the other one a new butt crack. [April 2012, p80]

One of the oldest games to be revamped for the PS Vita's launch, but still an impressive, if frustratingly difficult, third person actioner.

You've probably played this game before. If you haven't, you probably don't want to, and this isn't the best version to start on. It doesn't add enough for old fans or do enough to reel in new players.

Well, I have to say that Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is the only game that satisfied me in all vita games from the day PS vita released until now.Well, I have to say that Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus is the only game that satisfied me in all vita games from the day PS vita released until now. I never played any Ninja Gaiden games before and this Vita game is my first try in the series. The graphic in this game may not be the same level as the PS3 version, but all characters and elements looks sharp and beautiful with vita's OLED screen. The Gameplay in this game is very awesome, fast and fluid. You can combine lots of different actions together to finish everyone who stands in front of Ryu. The contents in this game are abundant with the story mode and lots of Challenge mode. You don't worry about finishing this game in several hour and beginning to feel bored. Though this game is a little hard for beginners, it's still a must play for those who didn't play Ninja Gaiden before and also love playing action games. Expand

It's great. It's the best game I've ever seen. The picture is exquisite, the movement is smooth, and the design is exquisite.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Expand

Brilliant Game for the Vita I am one of the few that missed this the first time round I was never an xbox fan; PS1, PS2, PC and PS3Brilliant Game for the Vita I am one of the few that missed this the first time round I was never an xbox fan; PS1, PS2, PC and PS3 although i have seen the light and got a 360 eventually roll on next gen Its a tough game but you can get by with less skill and persistence. The game tests you and lets you develop your skills regularly adding upgrades/weapons/moves. Each fight can be fatal in a dark souls kinda way maybe not quite that tough but us old skool gamers like a challenge!

Action, fighting, combos, good boss fights, whacky story very minor camera issues and unnecessary touchscreen stuff but this does not detract form an A* game which you can really tell was made to the highest standard when it was developed. Worth a play for anyone currently one of the best Vita titles.

Why is this game so bloody difficult?! The game is annoyingly difficult, the game play becomes tedious fast and storyline is mediocre. RegretWhy is this game so bloody difficult?!
