Straightforward and incredibly short story mode, repetitive and eventually boring missions, meaningless extras and customization, and no real innovation make Driver '76 a mildly unsatisfying experience.

So, if you're an RTS-loving Vita owner, bad news: Zombie Tycoon 2 is most definitely not the game you're looking for. But there is a sliver of hope — the original Zombie Tycoon is available as a PSP Mini for about one-third the price, and it's significantly better in almost every way. If you absolutely must have a strategy game on your Vita, then — at least for now (until/unless History Legends of War: Patton gets released on this side of the Atlantic) — that is a much better option by far.

For me, Onechanbara represents one of the biggest disappointments I've felt in a game—it looks silly, action packed, and a little fun. Instead, it's just repetitive drivel with a bit of cheesecake.

Heavy Fire: Red Shadow is just not good. It tries to be a decent game, but just fails on every level. The inclusion of VR just adds hope that it will at least be fun for a little while, but it turns out just being more of a headache. I figured VR was included to generate some interest in what is essentially a bargain bin title. It’s very basic but there is just no fun to be found here. I cannot recommend even trying this one out, even to experience the VR mode, as it just doesn’t deliver any kind of lasting appeal.

Unsalvageable, it is what I hope was originally an honest attempt at a fresh breath of air in the handheld world of RPG's. Unfortunately something went wrong, as the developers really seem interested in their presentation and story, of which the latter could have really been more ignored for some refinement in the gameplay.

I felt like a ten year-old throughout most of the playtime, thanks to how both generic and dumbed down the game felt for the most part.

I won't deny that it has a great art style, but the rest of the game could have certainly used the same attention to detail.

The game falls not only short of expectation, but also below what this great team is capable of.

I’m all for original games that tap the creative juices of its players. I even like music games. Unfortunately, Electroplankton serves up 30 minutes of decent fun, but then the party’s over. There simply isn’t enough to do, not enough options to explore, and the experience is cut short way too fast.

If you’re really hard-up for tennis on the PS2 and have a few friends to play with online or off, go for it. If you don’t fit the prior statement, don’t even bother.

From the start Cross Edge was disappointing, especially for a fan of the company. Unless you are a hardcore fan spend your money on other titles coming out.

Probably the clearest way I can describe this game is by saying that I had a really tough time finding the motivation to play through it even though its core story is incredibly short (there are sub-missions and stuff, and the multiplayer, but the single player main story is only about 5 hours).

So I say to Sega, "Take me out of the ball game, forget the peanuts and Cracker Jacks, this boy's American pastime has been botched by Sega of America. Let freedom ring."

Ford Street Racing looks like a AAA game, has the features of a AAA game, but plays like a budget title that doesn't know its audience. With a little more time put into AI and physics, Ford Street Racing could easily be a game worth $30-$40.

One thing about Urban Trial Playground that I remember pretty vividly is that I was getting pretty sick of it by the end, because it started feeling a little grind-heavy and all the levels felt the same. With Urban Trial, that feeling started to kick in somewhere around the second track. This is not an enjoyable game, and even if its predecessors didn’t set the bar all that high, Urban Trial Tricky comes nowhere close to clearing it.

The poor presentation and frustrating, buggy gameplay will turn off most of us who were looking for a way to recreate the landmark moments and atmosphere from a different era of sports entertainment.

The fights won't be fair, the camera angles will make you throw a fit, but the sci-fi setting and mysterious storyline will satisfy those who are willing to brave dinos and poor cameras in space.

Unfortunately, Dragonfly Chronicles isn’t one of those games that’s so bad it ends up being cheesy fun, or so bad that you can enjoy hating on it. It’s just plain bad, and not in any ways that make it redeemable.

Obviously, the existence of games like Dark Souls proves that there’s a market for ultra-hard games that test your patience and your skill. And those people may be surprised to learn that this colourful game about toy tanks is secretly exactly what they may love. Everyone else, though, who just wants a twin-stick shooter that works, would be well-advised to avoid Attack of the Toy Tanks, since it doesn’t come close to delivering on that promise.

Rule of Rose is more of a semi-interactive storybook than anything else, and everything that it does right in storytelling and atmosphere is completely nullified by boring and horribly broken gameplay.

The weirdest thing about Breeder Homegrown is that it could’ve easily turned into a semi-decent horror game if there’d been even a little bit of attention paid to developing a cohesive story. It has a somewhat creepy atmosphere that, in better hands, could have been used to great effect. As it stands, though, there’s nothing really here to make the game worth recommending — unless, of course, you have $5 bucks to spend and a half hour to kill, and you want one of the easiest Platinums you’ll ever find.
