Gamers who have been versed in the worlds of Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, etc. will find the new Pitfall entry with little to offer. It sports solid, loosely Pitfall-inspired gameplay, there is just nothing new about it.- Gaming Age

Very entertaining, very playable, and very pretty...it just does not feel very next gen when the meat of the game is concerned.- Gaming Age

Combat is fun, but you realize that the game has to cheat a bit to make it work.- Gaming Age

Outside of some lethargic controls, there is definitely some fun to be had with this brawler.- Gaming Age

Rumble Roses takes the biggest body slam in the lack of modes to give the title some longevity...There is a particular crowd that Rumble Roses is gunning for, and the hardcore wrestling fan is not one of them.- Gaming Age

More Dark most definitely falls into the former camp: it’s not the worst game in the world, but it’s flawed enough it’s hard to enjoy it. Given all the other retro-flavoured puzzle-platformers out there that don’t feature lousy design choices, you’re probably better off skipping More Dark and playing something else instead.- Gaming Age

Kuon has an interesting storyline, three playable character plots, and great atmosphere, but players may find the combat to be lacking in an otherwise traditional survival horror game.- Gaming Age

If you enjoy the simple things in life, Wing Island just may be your perfect getaway. The controls are tight and simple, the level design isn’t complex, and the premise is a simple “get from point A to B” in as little time as possible. The game isn’t terribly long either; so don’t expect this visit to Wing Island to be an extended one.- Gaming Age

If it only comes off the shelf once in a while, or for small children, it's a much better deal than other party games out there going for $50.- Gaming Age

The good thing about the gameplay loop is that, like Train Station Renovation, Ship Graveyard Simulator makes things simple enough that you can get into a bit of a zen groove doing all these repetitive tasks. They’re not difficult, but they’re also not hindered by terrible controls. You do your work, and the game doesn’t get in your way. By this franchise’s low standards, that constitutes an achievement.- Gaming Age

Overall, if you can get passed the stale visuals and ho-hum same old, same old feeling, and you just love storming the castles, then by all means pick this one up.- Gaming Age

Again, a big part of Boris the Rocket’s problem is completely unintentional and far, far beyond its control. But even if you could somehow ignore real world news, you’d still be left with a game that’s basically Simon, but with nukes.- Gaming Age

There really isn’t much to say about this new Bubsy that can persuade the haters out there. It’s a simple, underwhelming platformer with a goofy plot and mediocre challenge. Many of the problems that plagued the past Bubsy games have been fixed or completely removed, at least making this new game playable, but that’s the only new thing really presented here. It’s fun in small doses, but gets boring with longer play sessions. I’m still puzzled as to why anyone thought Bubsy needed to make a comeback as no one really missed him. It’s not as bad as I originally thought it would be, but it’s nothing new at the same time. Give it a try if your curious, you might like it. Just be thankful they didn’t try to remake Bubsy 3D.- Gaming Age

As I said up top, I know what I like in my monster training games (which is to say, Pokémon and imitators like Nexomon and Coromon), and what I don’t. And, unfortunately, Digimon Next: World Order – with its endless focus on grinding and training and, uh, pooping – is definitely in the category of what I don’t like.- Gaming Age

While nothing here is outright painful, there’s nothing in Furwind that will make you want to keep playing. All in all, it’s a platformer whose cute facade masks a wholly forgettable experience.- Gaming Age

Once the game reaches a 20-dollar price tag, by all means, it is worth having in your collection, but until then, maybe you should just stick to playing "Monkey Ball" while you wait.- Gaming Age

The game falls apart sooner than later in the game’s progression. While I may have seemed a bit harsh, it’s not that I thought Billy was a bad adventure; just not one I’d ever take again.- Gaming Age

Gunning down wave after wave of Dwergers was oddly fulfilling, though not enough to warrant a purchase. No matter how you slice it, the game is far too short - the game clock read 2:37 when I beat it.- Gaming Age

Unless you are a MK fanboy (and I mean so die hard that you don't care if the game is the same old song and dance) or a DC fanboy who wants to see where the writers take their beloved superheroes, then this game is a rental at best. Hell I'm a fan of both, although not die hard for either brand, and I still couldn't find myself very interested in the final result.- Gaming Age

There’s something to be said for making players figure out and adapt to your quirks, I guess — and if you’re cool with that, then N++ has more than enough content to keep you occupied for weeks — but given the choice between a game that has solid controls and a game that doesn’t, I don’t know why you wouldn’t pick the former every time.- Gaming Age

The game is sound on the technical side, and if you were still a big fan of the stuff, then I'd say Band Hero would be right up your alley once again. However, if you're feeling more than a little burned out at this point, and hoping for something particularly awesome from this release, prepare to be disappointed.- Gaming Age
