Considering the simplicity of City Crisis, there is no reason that it should end so abruptly.

If you've got a real "post-apocalyptic-fight-the-aliens-and-robots" itch to scratch, then you might get a kick out of this one. Anyone else will become bored far too quickly to bother.

This should be an easy one for the PSP owner on your Christmas list. These games are classics and are now yours to behold and enjoy on the go.

So unless you’re an absolute, die-hard, must own every Ace Combat release ever type of fan, then I’d highly suggest skipping this cash grab.

Perhaps, I guess, its creators were too enamored by their big picture ideas to notice that some of those smaller details weren’t quite up to par. Which is kind of a shame, since those big picture ideas would’ve made The Occupation pretty compelling if they’d managed to pull it off. Instead, we’re left with a game that all seems like a lot of unfulfilled promise.

MX vs. ATV Alive isn't a stand out racing title, but for a budget priced game it ended up being a whole lot better than I would have suspected.

When all is said and done I like the Warmind expansion more than Osiris. It features more likable characters, a more entertaining story, and way better post-game activities. It probably won’t change anyone’s opinion of Destiny 2 – so if you like the gameplay, graphics, sound (amazing score as always), and the story up to this point, Warmind does a great job pushing that experience even higher.

Mediocre at best and controller smashing at worst.

The two games that are exclusive are not worth the price at all. But if you don’t have any of these titles in your library or are missing a few, then this is a cost effective collection that can provide a lot of fun! As I stated before, there are no extras or exclusive modes or options included with this release. It is a strictly barebones presentation made up of mostly previously released titles. Not a bad collection for some, but a waste of time for others. All in all, a somewhat lazy and underwhelming release.

It’s just not as fun to play as "Mario Kart DS." The power-ups aren’t as entertaining, the game runs slower, the characters are generic, and the tracks feel uninspired.

If you found no redeeming qualities whatsoever in Episode 1, then you'll probably be pretty underwhelmed on what Episode 2 manages to deliver, but if you got some enjoyment out of the previous entry then I think you'll find this second act worth your time.

Honestly, it kind of pains me to give Trailblazers a bad score. From a purely aesthetic perspective, it’s got a lot going for it. But, unfortunately, there’s a difference between a game that looks nice and a game that plays well, and Trailblazers just never figures out how to bridge that divide.

However you play, the amount of crimes you can accomplish in this game is fabulous, and it never gets old.

It would be nice if there was more content (and you have to be okay with a little straying from the source material), but as it stands, the game is a chaotic – if all-too-brief – good time.

Where MOH Vanguard takes a sniper hit to the head is the game play department, which feels a bit loose and unpolished.

It's neither as interesting as Street Fighter IV or BlazBlue, or as infinitely playable as Marvel Vs. Capcom 2.

If you just want to build, there’s nothing wrong with that, and Townscaper will provide you with exactly the kind of non-directed gameplay you’re after. But if you want anything of substance, or even just a city-builder that feels like you’re creating an actual city, keep on looking, because you won’t find that here.

As far as I’m concerned, even with the so-so performance, Boti: Byteland Overclocked is still worth playing if you’re a fan of 3D platformers. It’s got fun characters, a vibrant aesthetic, and gameplay that’ll feel comfortable to anyone who’s ever played one of these games in the past few decades. There may be some flaws, but the overall package is solid enough that it’s worth overlooking them.

All together, this is a much better Transformers game than the previous movie tie-in, and probably the best Transformers title I've played on a console to date.

If you're absolutely, positively dying to play some type of action oriented title, and you're not feeling particularly picky about the story aspect or how engaged you'll get with the characters used, then Fracture will probably satisfy that itch for a short while.

Those who just love people simulations need to rush out and give this game a try.

I'm less hesitant, however, to say this: unless you played the first Book of Unwritten Tales, you'll probably want to avoid The Book of Unwritten Tales 2, since it's not designed with series — or even adventure game — novices in mind.

It's cool that Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters is trying to make something out of the visual novel that's more than historical dramas or tales involving barely pubescent schoolgirls, but ultimately, it doesn't seem like the end result matched the goal.

It takes many of the flaws from "Dynasty Warriors" (i.e. repetitiveness and pop-in), and makes them much worse.

If you’re a Carcassonne fan who wants the game on your Switch, you should be happy to discover that the version that’s made it over offers a pretty faithful simulation of the real deal — and if you’ve never before played the game and you’re eager to learn (and don’t mind the easy AI kicking your butt repeatedly), then this is a pretty good time to start.

All in all, ModNation Racers: Road Trip just feels unfinished. From the issues with the Vita capable options, to the lack of visual flare, this Road Trip has more hiccups than a Griswold family Vacation, but just like those movies, it may still be fun to visit now and again.

Rather, everything does, and for that, Bloober deserves congratulations — more in the form of a subtle nod than a hearty pat on the back, mind you, but still: this is infinitely better than Basement Crawl ever was, and even if it's still not a must-own for your PS4, you won't find yourself wishing that Brawl had never even been created.

It's a fun arcade experience, and really easy to pick up and play, but the fact that the mundane objectives will start to bore you after a couple hours makes this one hard to suggest.
