While the short number of flaws may be too noticeable to ignore, missing out on a game with great characters and an interesting story would be a shame.

Surpasses the original, giving gamers a title that's worth playing and worth getting addicted to. On the down side it suffers from the same repetitiveness that other sports games have to fight so hard to avoid.

The last half of this game is far superior to the first.

Currently the best poker game currently in the market, but I would still hold out for something better (Hopefully "Stacked").

The Biggest Loser includes some handy tools to keep your waistline intact, but it doesn’t do enough of anything to justify its $30 price tag.

FIFA Street 3 offers some nice improvements over previous FIFA Street games, but unfortunately is devoid of a time-investing career mode, making it one that you might get bored with before too long.

Parents, be sure you know your kid's gaming styles and preferences before picking up this game, because if your kids don't like arcade play, then they won't like this game.

There is a level of frustration that accompanies this game that simply won’t go away no matter how many games you play or in what mode. Sure, the mini-games are fun, but they cannot carry the franchise.

One of the biggest problems with this version is the controller. It will cause much frustration when you are in the heat of battle, if it wasn't for the shrunken d-pad and awkward placement of the buttons, this would have been much more enjoyable game.

The list of technical issues plagued the title right from the on-start and continued until the ugly ending. Whether it was one enemy mysteriously multiplying into three enemies before my eyes (maybe he was Marvel's Multiple Man?) or enemies running in circles around platforms for no good reason besides chasing their own tail, Alpha Protocol is a good lesson of how not to create a video game.

Battles are clever and fun, but also a little on the sluggish side. The excavation element is cool but, like all other elements, has a downside. It's a highly repetitive process that gets old within the first hour.

It's hard to recommend a four-year old game whose main selling point for the AAA price-tag is upgraded graphics, but leaves the core gameplay unchanged.

It's like the meals that you buy in order to get the game - not 5-star, but it will fill you up long enough to get you by until the next big thing comes along.

This is a case of the good versus the bad: great graphics against poor commentary, great shooting mechanics squaring off against AI miscues (stepping out of bounds or backcourt violations), solid downloadable challenges versus lack of trade restrictions.

Despite a sizable list of issues to be fixed and features to be added, 2K8 still provides a decent baseball simulation.

While NBA Live 07 is a generally decent sports game with near-average replayability, it doesn’t “capture” anything. You’ll be amused but not engrossed. It’s an update to last year’s game, not a sequel.

Only the most die-hard fans of the Perry Rhodan series will truly love this game. Others looking for a well-thought out and engaging adventure may want to look elsewhere.

Fans of the Zelda series, as well as anyone who’s keen on free-roaming adventure games, will be in handheld heaven.

Generic at best, Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines is a great example of what can be done on the PSP visually, but should in no way be considered an example of great gameplay.

Bounty Hounds has all the right moves and a good story to boot but fails to rise above the hardware’s limitations or its repetitive combat.

A bit disappointing. A portable version of Monkey Ball this is, but perfect it is not, and that's too bad.

The game could almost be called the Good, the Repetitious and the Ugly. Some elements are well done and some are not. Still, this is not a bad game, by any means. There are some immersive elements and you do, at times, feel like you are part of the world. The graphics could have been better, though, and some of the game mechanics could have been improved upon.

Alien Breed 2: Assault stays very close to the roots of the genre, which gives it a touch of old-school charm, but it feels archaic next to newer offerings like Alien Swarm and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

There are some extremely difficult missions to complete, but the reward and satisfaction is made even more sweet when accomplished. I loved the feeling of being in a Viper, but some of the views were less than clear.

I had high hopes, but I was let down.

With the graphics firmly in place, and the gameplay simplified, this is a game that really should build the foundation for a major step into the limelight. FIFA Street 3 is fine, but lacks a robust variety of game modes, and thus suffers for it.

Far more infuriating than entertaining. RPG fans can find plenty of alternatives.

Mojo! is not going to blow people away with its gameplay. This is rather simple, but addictive. The courses are challenging and the environments are brilliantly designed.
