Fairly easy controls that actually respond differently between the different corvette models AND when upgrades are done on the cars. An easy to use setup that racing fans will feel very familiar with.

The learning curve is high but don’t let that discourage you from picking up Ultimate Ninja 2. My favorite portion of the game is the Ultimate Road story mode; it provided a real purpose to finish the game.

The real question here is whether or not Bionic Commando lives up to its beloved predecessor. The short answer is no, but that doesn’t mean that action fans won’t have a good time swinging around the city.

A truly beautiful-looking game, it just lacks originality in storyline and challenge.

Taking the game for what it offers makes for a nice diversion in the single-player RPG genre. The game has a few failings, certainly, and those occur in repetitious, grinding battle sequences, a storyline that takes a few hits as you move deeper into it, and characters that are a tad flawed. While a lot of the action is managed by the game’s AI, this is still an entertaining vision.

Though it sets up nicely with a strong storyline, it really just becomes another mission-based shooter game.

Diner Dash fits right at home on the Nintendo DS and it remains to be one of the most repetitive yet highly addictive games that shouldn’t be missed. The touchscreen features could have been a bit better but compared to the PSP version this one is by far the best portable version of this game.

Just like the show, Jackass: the Game is a guilty pleasure. It’s sophomoric, lowest-common-denominator entertainment to be sure, but that doesn’t keep it from being fun.

The use of some power-ups makes the task slightly easier, but this game is challenging.

A game that should be reviled and admired at the same time. I kept wanting to despise the game but found myself playing it more and more.

The Batmobile levels alone will keep you well entertained and the game captures the film's dark mood well enough. This one certainly deserves a weekend rental for sure.

The clever things these worms can do is impressive - parachuting, calling in airstrikes, blowing up explosive objects for an even bigger bang is all overshadowed by a really ugly aiming system. It's a crying shame.

A game I can recommend to any parent. Not only does the game feature a good lesson in moderation it also is a pretty decent game. Fans of the show will absolutely love it and even kids that don’t watch the show should enjoy the action.

If you are aching for a good and highly challenging strategy game, then look notfurther then UFO: Aftershock.

Fans of Dr Seuss, the Cat in the Hat, and 2-D side scrolling platform titles will ultimate get the most enjoyment out of this.

There are a lot of things to do in this game, but at times it seems really scattered, meaning that LucasArts came up with a great idea, but it feels like they didn’t fully realize their vision, and the gameplay reflects that.

Ar Tonelico certainly wins points for originality but in the end it does very little to get past its boring combat and limited exploration options that drag this game down considerably.

A simplistic arcade game that features wonderful cartoon graphics.

An outrageously funny and extremely naughty game that bends the rules but still falls a bit flat due to its repetitive nature.

It just is not the kind of game that will blow racing fans away.

A button masher with the graphical appeal of messing up your opponent’s face in predetermined ways, FaceBreaker is entertaining for a while, definitely fast paced and brimming with solid graphical elements.

For the $20 price tag it may provide a few hours of gaming fun to you FPS fans out there, but there may not be much more to it than that so buy with caution.

The thing that is wrong with this game is that it is getting caught up in the technological limitations of the system.

Madden NFL 07 for the DS offers a ton of features, touch screen support and wireless play to make it a solid portable football experience. However the frustrating AI, learning curve when using the touch screen and blocky 3D graphics slows the game down.

The controls are easy to get into and figure out, and the option to play the story or just do whatever you want to do makes it a definite that there are lots of hours of gameplay to be found here. The controls were clunky.

Laevatein Tactics has everything tactical fans expect from the genre, and not much else. I won’t be so harsh as to call the game “forgettable”, but there are far more unique and interesting genre offerings already available for the DS. Other than an unwieldy name, Laevatein Tactics hasn’t got much to distinguish itself from the pack.

This is more entertaining than Free Time and the apartment roommate element spices it up a touch.
