This game has less to see than most budget titles I’ve seen, and it still carries a top shelf price tag.

This title’s one saving grace is its 20 dollar price tag, but even at 20 dollars I’d still rather walk the plank then play this game.

It’s simply another in a long line of cookie cutter games that won’t really add anything to your collection.

Stay away from this game! It might have the voice of Johnny Depp, but it’s got the looks of something that crawled out of Godzilla’s throat, and the personality to match.

The game is simply too easy and over too soon.

The gameplay executed in Over the Hedge for the most part performs acceptably, but it's thin and repetitive.

Fighting is a joke, the game seems to involve far too much stealth for its own good, and the single gameplay improvement they've made provides you exactly zero real benefit.

Odama is a sheep in wolf's clothing. If it were truly weird, and perhaps a bit simpler, it could've been really fun. As it is, I feel like I'm playing the umpteenth reskin of an old pinball game that I picked up in the bargain bin.

A shallow, hyper-sexualized wrestling game that makes up its lack of finesse with an absurd amount of flash. It might be worth a rent to ogle the ladies, but beyond that, avoid it completely.

The camera is a constant pain, general movement can be challenging at times, and even aiming can be extremely cumbersome.

What promises to be a “race through Tokyo’s traffic-filled streets” is actually a race down a featureless gray highway that can barely manage to put two cars on your screen at once, one of them being your opponent.

It’s too short, too frustrating, and too unpolished to warrant a look over, awesome monkeys or not.

For the love of all that is holy, stay away from this game, it’s one of the worst examples of use of license out there.

The graphics aren’t going to wow you either with less then impressive textures, animations, and just plain graphical quality. The audio follows suit with scripted voice acting and a lack of sound effects that would make WWII come to life.

I can’t really say I enjoyed anything about this game. It is completely normal for a franchise title, anything based on a film or TV property, and although I wish it weren’t true, I can’t recommend this game to anyone.

Incredibly simplistic gameplay.

At first glance, this quirky little game captures the look and feel of the Shrek films well, but you’ll soon see that looks can be deceiving, once you crack into this little rotten nut.

And I don’t have to tell you all that when a game looks as bad as this one, it really makes it a stretch to keep playing.

Not something that is going to impress anybody. Hardcore fans of the series may enjoy the humor and story line some but even they might feel less then satisfied after their purchase.

The lack of quality in this game, its very short and simplistic play, and a slightly higher than 'really cheap' price point serves to, in my opinion, produce a game that isn't worth purchasing.

The graphics are dull and dingy and the audio isn't anything to write about. I suppose if you are a huge fan of stealth games, it might be acceptable but give it a rent first.

The actual gameplay follows a predictable pattern as you drive your big rig from point A to B while meeting specific requirements. There is very little if any originality or complexity present, so don’t expect anything revolutionary.

With unimpressive, if serviceable, graphics and a gameplay core that's overly repetitious at best, this is one big rig game you don't want to hitch a ride from.

What originally was a high quality, entertaining game, has really lost its way and I can’t think of many people who would be happy spending $50 for it.

While Delta Force: Black Hawk Down isn't a broken shooter or anything, there's just far too many better alternatives out there if you're looking for an action rush. Leave this one behind on the store shelf.

Sure they pepper the play with lots of weapons and the ability to use vehicles, but I really couldn’t get past how badly the game was programmed.

Graphically, Haunting Ground is of average quality, but seems to have been designed by an adolescent game designer, given that the main character is *ahem* extremely well endowed, and clothed only in a sheet for the first few minutes of the game.

I wouldn't waste money on this, even at bargain prices.

The idea behind the freezing bad guys and turning them into stackable blocks is fairly cool (in a Lode Runner sort of way) but ultimately the game just doesn't hit even the lowest of marks.

The biggest issue for me was the AI. I'm telling you it seems like the AI took one too many chairs to the head.

If you want to be technical about it, Nano Breaker really isn’t all that bad; it’s just uninspired and trite, un-compelling and absolutely average. It’s another hum-ho action title that won’t likely entertain unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past five years.

The story is a lot easier to follow if you know the character's background and even gives a good reason to see how it ends.

Hampered by an all around unoriginality combined with essentially horrendous gameplay. I was looking quite forward to this title, but ultimately, found myself disappointed.

This is, perhaps, the worst game I've ever played for any Nintendo console. I can't believe someone managed to get it published.

It feels incredibly rushed. From the recycled visuals to the middling audio, I couldn’t help but shake the feeling that Capcom Fighting Evolution was shoved out too soon.

This game should have been embarrassed to even rear its ugly head. Give it a pass and tell at least two friends to do the same, if you don't want them hating you come December.

But the problem is it’s a port of a very dated arcade game. The graphics are cartoony, the sound effects are more for nostalgia than any other sort of enjoyment and the game mechanics are infantile. There are a total of two buttons you use for the game.

Well, it's not all that wild and/or wacky. In all actuality, it's kinda mundane and uninteresting.

An unimaginative platformer and action game with a wildly unbalanced difficulty and nothing that would make you want to keep or even finish the game.

The first game had "not too bad" gameplay with a "not too bad plot", and in the end, was a passable title. With the gameplay problems in this one, I can't even give it that.

Above all, what Athens 2004 fails to do is capture the spirit of the Olympic games.

Much more frustrating than fun.

One of the most annoying games I’ve played in quite awhile. It’s not that it unequivocally reeks, it’s that it provides enough substance and possibilities to make you constantly realize that you should be having fun while you are playing it but aren’t.

Simply put, the cities just seem dead. There are few things to interact with that make each city seem alive, and there are even fewer points of interest to keep your attention while you're driving around.

Dark Motives has somehow turned a subject ripe with gaming potential into something that is pure process and no fun, forcing you to spend all of your time doing the most mundane parts of your favorite adventure games with little or no reward.

Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge is better at playing itself instead of letting you play it, and when that happens in a video game, the entire point got lost somewhere along the way.

Scooby-Doo: Mystery Mayhem just isn’t much fun. Blame it on its repetitive nature, the bad level design, the lame gameplay mechanics, the poor controls, or the collection mentality that composes a large part of the game – blame it on something because there’s no denying that Scooby-Doo: Mystery Mayhem is a huge bore-fest.

The biggest disappointment is how the online games end. As soon as the first player crosses the finish line the game ends. It does not matter if you have one or a dozen laps to go, the game is over.

Falls on its own sword in most aspects. The repetitive nature of the game combined with poorly executed gameplay elements make it hard to enjoy on almost any level.

A bit of a let down, promising a game filled with car transforming fun but delivering something more annoying than enjoyable to play.

Distractingly strange, with clunky controls, mixed up graphics and a story line that is just plain out confusing.

There are just too many problems with its core gameplay for it to be a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. In the end, Lords of EverQuest is a mediocre game in a sea of refined and polished strategy games.

Almost every aspect functions at an extremely low quality level with controls that are jerky, continually re-appearing enemies in the most unlikely places, and seriously weak AI.

There are few redeeming qualities and this title should be avoided.

While I appreciate the designers’ efforts to "dumb-down" the controls, unfortunately it also makes for extremely repetitive and boring game play - translation...NOT FUN!

While I wouldn’t exactly classify NFL Blitz Pro as a complete disaster, no question, it has taken a turn for the worse. Buy it only if you have to have every Blitz game ever made.

Although the online features may give some reason to standout, the gameplay and graphics fall flat keeping it from once again putting any heat on its competitors.

Playing MTV’s Celebrity Deathmatch is like watching a bad episode of the show and owning it is like watching that same episode over and over and over and over again. I think I’ll pass.

I had to force myself to plod forward, as I couldn’t withstand the overuse of a combat system that’s simplistic and lacks any really engrossing gameplay.

The controls are horrendous, relying on an uncontrollable camera angle that seems to mostly face the wrong way in a 3D game. The end result is that you won’t know what you are up against or where you are headed until it’s too late.

A truly abysmal gaming experience that doesn’t do the Square moniker justice, we know they are capable of better.

From a basic story line, to a highly simplistic control system, to graphics that really appear dated, there isn’t much here justifying even its $20 cost. Save your money.

You will be gravely disappointed if you drop some well earned cash for Purge. Good for a few fleeting moments of mayhem and little else, Purge was a disappointment to the extreme.

It’s best looked at as an extreme guilty pleasure. There’s plenty of obscene humor and over the top violence to be had, but not much else.

Contains nothing noteworthy and just about every aspect of it reeks of a half-assed budget title -- which it is.

Loaded with gameplay bugs and substandard graphics and audio, there are plenty of better options available.

With nothing beyond the gameplay to support it, and weak gameplay at that, I can’t recommend Black & Bruised.

A virtually unplayable RPG.

Although Backyard Football may work for a seven-year-old, few others would get much enjoyment from it. Lacking serious refinement in most areas, the “cute” style of gameplay wears off quickly and leaves few reasons to come back.

When the game can be completed in a hour or two, a sense of not getting your money's worth will likely be the impending feeling.

A dismal attempt at a resurrection of an age-old favorite genre.

Ultimately, a gap-filled and very linear storyline, a lack of any sort of multiplayer or joystick support, and the relative ease of mission completion undermine any real value here for the gamer.

For the very indiscriminate gamer, or those just crawling out of a 1982 bomb shelter, this would be the cat’s meow. For exactly twenty minutes.
